      I was offered $20,800 to buy my car. When I got to my appointment at 9:15, I was told the person I was supposed to see wouldnt be in until later. Another guy (sort of stand offish) looked at my car and offered $18,000. A total waste of my time. He explained nothing. I called the ** of Napleton Automotive Group and left a message but heard nothing back. I rd wives a text asking if everything went well and I responded no and I never received another text. Their customer service is NON EXISTENT

      This is for "Napleton KIa" *************************************************************** sales team (***********************) is always trying to cheat customers. He is not only lies and deceives customer by partaking in unfair business practices. I am sure showroom manager and other team members is aware about his way of treatment but seems encouraging or not stopping since they are getting benefited in terms of $.I would not recommend to even visit that showroom for any reason.Also, would like to high light higher management of this group to take a appropriate action against him to protect showroom and brand image.This all experiences are based on 24th Feb ****.

      I have had nothing put trouble since I purchased the car, I should have left when I a 19-year-old the salesman thought it was to address me as a girl but because I was referred to the establishment I moved forward. They do not expose the truth when buying and now the car has been serviced several times and now the car is broken and not working at all!!I am very sad, disappointed, humiliated, and feel like I was given a bad deal!!

      If zero stars were an option. Napleton ripped me off. Sold me a 2018 Pacifica with ****** miles on January 20th. ONE WEEK of driving and it started spewing transmission fluid and oil all over the driveway. Avoid this dealership.

      Hello I was ripped off, I Dodge journey car worth 3k was sold for me for 17k moreso the finance company charge me 27% this is complete rip off, kindly come to my aid

      I thought I had a deal with this dealership. I came in at the time they wanted me to (earlier than what was planned). When I got there, they retracted the deal.

      I called and asked about a vehicle I was interested in and was assured it was on the lot. I drove an hour to the dealership to find out it in fact had already been sold. Most of the cars they advertise online are not in stock, inventory stock is low with not a lot to choose from and worst of all they have the wrong sticker prices on the cars. They tried selling me a base model Jeep for the same price a limited would have cost at another dealer. Their customer services ***** and is very unprofessional all the way front the salesman to the manager. Do yourself a favor, save the hassle and go elsewhere. They are giving false information on trade amounts. Very sneaky business practice going on

      A gentleman that works here by the name of *********************** has been harassing my family and I. Calls at 6:00am, texts at 2:30am aswell as reaching out to us on multiple platforms. Inappropriate in nature. We have no business with him and would not like to purchase a vehicle from any company he represents. He has no reason to call or text me or my family outside of our interest in a vehicle.Please be weary of doing business with companies that employ people like this.I will get assurance from napleton that this employee will no longer contact me or anyone in my family.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Ed ********************** ******* regarding a recent and highly unsatisfactory experience I had with their service. I believe that the conduct and service I received during this incident warrant your attention.On January 5, ****, I encountered issues with my vehicle and promptly contacted the dealership to schedule a service appointment. The scheduled appointment took place on January 8, ****, and the events that transpired during this time have left me deeply dissatisfied.The issues include a lack of communication, unfulfilled promises, and a disregard for customer convenience. Despite assurances of a valet service and a loaner car, the dealership failed to provide these services, forcing me to drive 40 minutes to the dealership without any guaranteed means of returning to work.The subsequent days were marked by a lack of updates, unauthorized sharing of my vehicle information with a third party, and an unreasonable demand for me to return to the dealership to refuel my vehicle due to the absence of on-site gas facilities.Such a level of service is unacceptable, and I am compelled to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that the Better Business Bureau can mediate and address these concerns.I have attempted to resolve the matter directly with the dealership without success, and I believe that your intervention will help in ensuring that other consumers do not face similar issues in the future.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and your commitment to ensuring fair and ethical business practices.*************************
