I purchased a vehicle on 9/23/23. I was lied to by the salesman, Dir of Finance and Finance Manager. I was told I had to purchase at least one add on package if I didn't want a higher APR by both the salesman and Dir of Finance. When asked what the price difference was for the extended warranty I was told it was a couple dollar a month, when I reviewed my paperwork I learned it was an additional $50/mth. I was quoted a higher interest rate than my credit union pre-approved me for. It took 10 weeks to get my title after being promised to have my calls returned and ignored repeatedly. I was promised to receive a call from the General Manager and never did until I wrote a complaint. I was written a ticket for failure to register due to having to drive with expired registration. Ed ********************** was fined $10 million in April 2022 for the same practices as well as for charging black consumers more for financing. It appears they're still following the same practices regarding sneaking in additional packages/fees.

I don't understand how this happens. 2017 car, on the website for $10,897. *********************** (salesperson) comes back and says the price on the car is $14k, "to cover the cost of the service work we had to do to it." Nope. Sorry, customer doesn't pay for that. Now, comes back and says, "ok, how about $12K." Nope again. THE DEALERSHIP WILL NOT SELL THE *** AT THEIR ADVERTISED PRICE. Called and talked to one of the sales managers, "***." Ask for explanation why they won't sell the car at the advertised price. "I'll check into it and get back to you...." crickets. BUYER BEWARE here. This is nonsensical, unethical BS. Shop elsewhere. They will prey on the unwary. WALK AWAY. This seems like cause for legal action. I'd say they should be ashamed of themselves, but being car salespeople, I'm sure they never will. This is a classic example of why dealerships make people's skin crawl. They are slimy, dishonest, shameless, soul-less creeps. Adding insult to injury, the car came home with a headlight out. So much for their "inspection" (and charging extra $$ for "service" on the car). If they had an OUNCE of integrity, they'd send someone out to fix the dead headlamp. But, I'm pretty sure I know the answer...

I am 63 years old & this was the worst car purchase experience I have ever had! The car only had a little more than ****** & we were told the car had a 125-point inspection from the ***************************** took it to a **** Dealer to do a 21-point inspection and got it **** Certified. Only to find out there was ***** taken out of the front passenger side wall of the ********* was leaking oil. We took the car to a local mechanic & found out it had been leaking oil for a long time. Long story short, the car was at 2 different **** dealerships and at Napleton for over 45 days to get it all fixed and we had to rent a car during this time. They did replace 3 tires. The car is an all-wheel drive, why not 4 tires? I asked for them to pay for an extended warranty because we did not feel comfortable in the car and because they never got the car **** certified. If it was **** certified, the tire would have been replaced, the oil would not have been leaking and we would have 2 key fobs, not just one. They said no they were not going to pay for the extended warranty, but we could purchase the warranty at their cost. Which was $75.00 less than what we could have purchase it at the time of purchase. We caught them in so many lies. It is hard to believe a business can stay in business this way. Can I leave 0 star's!

Bought a Vehicle from Napleton ***********************. Purchased a warranty called Endurance from them which was another horrible issue. My car engine went out and the warranty would not cover it. They use any loop hole to avoid paying out. So I end up buying a new vehicle from them which had another problem. Stay away from them and avoid the headache

!!BUYER BEWARE. USED CAR BAIT AND SWITCH!!I saw a used 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee online at Napleton ***************** priced at $27,989. I called and set up an appointment to see it with *******************. He emailed info on the car and the price was now $28,995 in the email. I flagged that to him and he said he would honor the online price. Awesome. I go in for the appointment, *** isnt there and I just get whatever sales person is open. Fine. We see the car and it doesnt match the pictures. It has black rims, not the silver rims in the photos. I flag it to my new sales *******************. He stumbles around with an excuse for why it doesnt match neither the photos that are online nor the photos emailed to me from ***. Whatever. We test drive and its fine. I move forward with pricing. ****** shows me the detailed pricing sheet and the car is now listed at $30,999. I flag that and he gives some BS excuse that it got appraised before it went online at another warehouse and then they do the ************** here at Napleton so it doesnt always match. 1. The salesperson didnt match.2. The car didnt match what was advertised.3. The price didnt match what was advertised. No integrity at this place. Go anywhere else.

On Tuesday, November 14, at around 4:45 pm, I experienced a distressing incident at Kia ********************** of Fishers involving service manager ***********************. Earlier that day, I had my vehicle towed for service, but upon learning of an unexpected fee increase from $100 to $470, I declined the services over the phone due to ************** aggressive and belittling demeanor.Later, at the dealership, I was denied my keys without cause, facing unprofessional behavior from ******. He insisted on a $470 diagnostic fee, despite no services rendered. After a prolonged wait and dismissive attitude, I went to his office, where he continued to deny my keys, citing unfinished paperwork. During the altercation, ****** physically obstructed me from retrieving my keys, resulting in stomach pains, stress, and anxiety, particularly concerning as I am six weeks pregnant with a high-risk pregnancy.Despite repeatedly asserting my right to my keys and emphasizing that no services were performed, ****** persisted in his inappropriate behavior, even instructing a colleague to record the incident and call the police. Eventually, after experiencing physical aggression, he returned my keys with dismissive comments.Upon reporting the incident to General Manager ***********************, he downplayed the situation, offering limited assistance and only providing an email for contact. ****** told ****, that I was upset because I couldnt pay for services. This was a complete assumption, and matters none as consumers are allowed to decline services. The unprofessionalism and discriminatory treatment during this incident are deeply concerning, warranting a thorough investigation.

Beware of their sketchy practices. Do not trust that they are including a service or a product for "free". They add it into the contract if you are not aware. They added about $6500 in expenses to my vehicle I did not agree on. They made me wait 3-4 hours in the lobby to sign a contract and made me sign onto options that I explicitly said I did not want. They are very predatory and will smile as they scam you.

If you don't want to be scammed, look away! It is a total waste of time. Their online prices are just hooks. They will add a $2000 safety check, clean, restore, or whatever they called fees on any listing price you see online. In addition, they will add other $2000 service packages to your out-of-the-door prices.

I recently took my **** in because my check engine light was on. After a diagnostic, they came back to me with over $8,000 of necessary and critical concerns that needed immediate repair. They charged such exorbitant prices that my ******* mile Premiere Warranty would only cover about a fourth of that. And although I know that regular wear and tear (brakes, tires, etc) are not covered, just to give you an example, they wanted to charge me $136 to change the rear wiper. I bought one at Auto Zone for $12, and they installed it for free. They wanted to charge me $2000+ for a new set of tires, the same tires I just purchased at ******* for $352. Unless you have cash just burning a hole in your pocket, please take your car ANYWHERE except here.
