      I do NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this **********************. My sales person was great, but the ** has been horrendous to deal with. I purchased a used vehicle (2022 *** with 26k miles on it) from this **********************. Within 24 hours, the car broke down on the highway and had to be towed to the nearest *** ********************** to be serviced. After it sat in service for 2 weeks, I was notified that the part that was necessary for the repair could not be ordered and they had no timeline on when I may get my vehicle back. I notified Napleton of all of these issues as soon as I was made aware. I asked that they take the car back as a return. They said they would only take the car back if I purchased an additional vehicle through them. They didn't have any vehicles in their inventory that suited my family's needs that I felt comfortable purchasing. They refused to let me return the vehicle outright, so I opted to keep my vehicle under the condition that they cover my first month's payment. It has now been over 4 weeks without my vehicle and Napleton only offering to cover 1/4 of the payment on a vehicle that I haven't even had since it was purchased. It is going to be an additional 2-3 weeks before I get the vehicle back. The ** feels he is being "generous" with his offer. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

      I wont even give it a star. Wasted so much time with empty promises. Drove over an hour to get there plus took vacation time. Their emails are scams, their business practices are questionable and they not only take advantage of women but older people too. I dont have time or money to waste. Im not surprised to find bad ratings after my last experience. Recommend going to other dealers that are more reputable if you want a vehicle! I know they wont get anymore of my business nor recommend them to anyone!

      They tried to scam me, but didnt know that I knew better. Ive been a mechanical engineer for over ************************************* german made equipment. I went for just an oil change and they tried to charge me $1000, they told me the drain plug was stripped and they needed to replace oil pan. I asked to come look at it and some how they figured it out before i got there. They said it was just over torqued(too tight). An extra $800+ because a bolt is too tight. Be careful im pretty sure they take advantage of whoever they can.

      1) On Friday 9/15, we took our ******** in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Upon arriving home, we found that the wiper fluid reservoir was suddenly leaking out of the bottom of the vehicle. With no damage to the panel underneath or undercarriage, it is clear it was broken/cracked during the routine maintenance. 2) On Monday 9/18, called and left a voicemail for the service manager explaining the situation. No response. 3) On Tuesday 9/19, I received a call from the customer service center asking how my service was. I outlined the situation, explained I never heard back from the service manager, and they advised they would email the dealer who would be required to reach out to me as a result. 4) Also on 9/19, I left a review on the ******* of ******* platform which I received via email explaining the situation and asking for a call to remedy the costly error made by the dealer.5) Also on 9/19, I left a ****** review explaining the situation and asking for a call to remedy the costly error made by the dealer.6) On 9/20, I called back again and left a message, yet again, for the service manager. 7) After waiting a few more ours, to no avail, I called ******* of ********* customer service line and lodged a formal complaint, asking for help from corporate. They said I'd hear back shortly, and also that I should contact the service manager and general manager of the dealer. After I told them the service manager would not answer or return my calls, they told me to call the general manager. 8) I immediately called the *** and ultimately left a voicemail there too. 9) I have yet to hear back from any of these venues and from routine Maintenace, now have a broken wiper tank. I expect a free repair from the dealer to remedy their glaring error. I expect a way to actually speak with a person to fix this error. This is beyond unacceptable for a customer who not only bought the vehicle there, but has been a loyal service customer for going on 10 years.

      ************ is undoubtedly the worst establishment I have ever gone into. They are SCAM artists, charging extra fees to consumers & then back peddling on what the contract states. Do NOT trust these people with your money. They are unethical and only in it to fill their pockets!

      I wish I could give it a big 0! Worst car dealership ever! This place is a shame. Leased then purchased a 2017 Santa Fe 6 years ago. There is only ****** miles on it. The engine started banging and knocking back in March 2020. I took it in and they "fixed" it. It happened again in January 2023. They told me it would be covered by their power train warranty, which is fact is what persuaded us to buy it in the first place. I get a call telling me they don't have records of my oil changes from 2017-2020. Ironically, I had ALL my oil changes done at the dealership because they were free! I didn't keep my paper receipts (for FREE oil changes from 6 years ago), so they used that against me and said it was extreme customer neglect! They refused to fix/replace my engine! Then the service manager had the gall to tell me to my face that a replacement engine and install would cost about $25,000! DO NOT PURCHASE/LEASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY ARE CROOKS!

      Was robbed of $200 yesterday from service ***** took car in with an issue with my 2011Eos and told them exactly what was happening and how to get car have situation occur. Instead they just read code and went off of service bulletin I mentioned to them. I asked if there were computer program updates but see nothing in paperwork. They just said car was experiencing other transmission issues that it doesnt nor ever had. Total bull and their solution is to replace clutch packs not because mechanic saw something wrong but because a service bulletin said to start there. They were going to try and take me for $thousands. $200 so they could clear a code I could have done myself. Doubt they test drove or looked at car at all. Made up symptoms that never existed and chose most expensive fix not knowing if it was any of the numerous cheaper options. Total scam dealership.

      Ed ********************** has made me want to never buy a car again. My troubles began in January of 2021 when I decided to buy a 2019 ***************** from Ed ********************** Kia Acura of ********. The salesperson was Enes Topic who I've heard still works there. I got there around afternoon and test drove the car a few times. After liking the car, I agreed to purchase it for the price listed online and on the window of the car. After running some numbers (credit checks etc.), the salesperson comes back with an inflated price explaining to me that this was a market adjustment. I was ready to walkout when they agreed on the original price. I should have seen the red flag right then and there. They then decided to offer me their ********************** Care Plan which gives me 3 years of free oil changes (along with chip replacement). I did not want this care plan. I just wanted the car. I was practically begging that I do not want this plan. They coerced me for hours into buying it. It was 10PM and I wanted to leave so I decided to buy it. Fast forward, every time I go in for this "free oil change," they tell me that my care plan is not in their system and they have no record of it. This has happened four times now. I go in for my appointment, they ask me to pay for the oil change, I explain I have a care plan, they tell me I don't. I pull out the contract and show them proof. They apologize and give me my oil change explaining that they will add this to their system. Every **** time. Except today, they denied me service despite the physical contract I showed them. I'm not sure what kind of training these employees go through. It seems like nobody at this dealership even knows what a tire rotation is. These kids look like they're 17 years old and hardly know the difference between financing and a lease. I highly doubt I will receive any compensation for all this trouble but it was worth leaving a review so future customers will not shop here. Thank you for nothing. I love my car, hate the dealership.

      This company has caused me nothing but stress. I purchased a ************** limited 2015 and didn't even drive the truck 2 full weeks before it started malfunctioning, A noise started coming from the truck when i would put the car in drive, reverse, park which only tells me that there is something wrong with the transmission, I also heard squeaking by a tire and my radio was not working properly and the 4x4 service kept coming on. The noise that was coming from underneath the transmission got worse at the time I told them i needed to get in, and the person who helped said i needed to wait for an available appointment. i was under a lot of stress kept calling the salesman who sold me the truck .Finally i just went one day after work and the salesman saw and heard my truck and said " well now you are out of warranty" how could it be possible if i had just bought the truck. he said "don't worry just leave your truck and we will give you a loaner" which was fine i just wanted my truck fixed all i cared about is to make sure that i am able to have a reliable vehicle. I had two loaners and because they said i had to wait for my insurance for engine/transmission to kick in exactly a month from purchase this was **** 10,2023 so i had to wait til July 10,2023 , My truck did not make it to the shop until 07/14 . on top of that they said I had to pay 200 after I just had to make my first truck payment because that was a 200 was insurance deductible. When I had to take the loaner to get my truck back it sounded the same as soon i was reversing. i went inside the guy said the repair will cost **** that it was the transfer case motor it also has and it also has a leak. I was in disbelief, and i had to take my truck like that not working properly im stilll driving it like that. bought the motor transfer case where i got my leak fixed all for $1000 dls, the problem is actually the entire transfer case which costs $2900. Thats not even what i have payed now in truck payments,HELP
