      I purchased a 2018 Audi Q5 with ****** miles on August 28, 2023 from *********************** (salesman) and *************************** (manager). Within 1 week it was already in the shop. Not only are the wheels badly out of alignment (despite the salesman assuring me that the wheels would be aligned before I picked the car up) but the air conditioning is completely broken. Now I'm looking at $1,200 for a new air conditioning compressor and another $120 for the alignment that was promised.

      I took my ********** that I purchased from napleton ************ to get service done and they told me they where unable to do the work and to take it to the ********** dealer to have it fixed I have a Platinum warranty with a 100 dollar deductible and now since I had to take the vehicle to ********** they are telling me to pay a 200 dollar deductible plus 90 dollars for oil change do to the problem tha caused the brake down

      The smile on your face and take your money and act like they're they'll take care of you but when something happens to your car good luck haven't even put ****** miles on my 2017 Jeep Patriot and the transmission went out on it I have literally spent all day trying to get these people to answer the phone I finally get a hold of somebody and they tell me they can put a transmission in for me but I'll have to pay for towing and pay for another dealership to reset the code which is fine but then when I have tried to call back and tell them I found somebody they refuse to answer the phone again I am sick and tired of this place

      Horrible dealership! The only bright spot was the awesome sales person **** Was held hostage for almost 2 hours with a finance guy who said he was not letting me leave without the warranty. He told me that my deductible would be $100, lies the deductible is $500. They stated it is with APEX however when I called APEX they had no record. Found out its with a company called Endurance they said this warranty totally is from and paid to dealer so I would have to speak to them about a refund. Called dealership spoke w a guy who said his name is ***** and if I didn't have it in writing I can't prove it and it's slander. I called back and was told no one named ***** works there! They said it's 100 ded if I bring car there for service only! It's VW. I BOUGHT A ***** Sales Director/Manager refused the call!

      My wife and I went there after seeing a low priced car. ***************, we wanted 3k of our 8k trade in to go towards the new car. He came back with all 8k down (he didnt listen to a word we were saying).He had also added a $3000 used car inspection fee.. this amount was added into the price of the car, now $32k. Not on a separate line item or anything with an official title. When asked where that fee came from he said we just add it to every car. So I asked to see the dealerships policy or WHERE that fee disclaimer was posted. He walked away.I asked to see a manager, ***, and basically called him out. He gave me a BS story about how they had the cars mixed up. So I said if the sheet for the wrong car had the price of $32k and that included the admitted $3k fee, then the sheet for the correct car showing $29k must have the fee included too, and since the fee is ********, the asking price should be $3k less, for an amount of $26k. At this point he asked me if I could speak quieter and was looking around to see who was listening-which was everyone. Of course he interrupts you every chance he gets with irrelevant info. So I told him to stop talking and stop interrupting me. Then when I told him he was full of s*** he said ok, what can I do to make it better? I said since you tried to scam me for $3k, how about you take $3k off the asking price!? Of course he didnt do it. His remedy was to offer me the car at the original price that brought me into the dealer. I asked how many other customers have they scammed with this $3k fee.By now the entire showroom was listening to us argue. He said here at napleton we advertise low to get you in the door. And some of our salesmen will add fees to cover the price difference! Basically admitting to the scam. My wife cussed him out, saying she told them she was 2 hours away, 8 months pregnant and has skyrocketed her blood pressure. We told him this dealer is a huge scam and we left.

      I came to Napleton to purchase a new vehicle specifically a 2023 ******* Kona. At first look, it looked like a very nice professional dealership until they sold me the car, but afterwards when it came for support and aervice, this place is complete joke. With the exception of few unique individuals who are really unique and talented professionals, such as ************* **** and the sales manager ***********************, and the finance manager ***********************, the rest of the team and the entire establishment are clowns. They are inept, illiterate peasants. They don't give you ***** support, they don't know their job well, and they don't care, and lastly, they will try to rip you off in a major way, becauae they are not honest! With that said, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, OR YOU WILL GET BURNED LIKE I DID!!! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR I GAVE THEM, THEY MIGHT DESERVE ONLY 1/16 OF A STAR, BECAUSE THEY ARE GREEDY LYING THIEVES AND CRIMINALS THAT SHOULDN'T EVEN BE ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS!!!

      My car is 2017 ***** fe well maintained every oil change and tire rotation all Maintenace kept up to date with records. On March 10th caught fire driving to the beach with the kids and the engine rod went through the engine block Hyuandi napleton gave me a hard time about wanting to fix the engine i had to go through corporate that was finally approved on April 22nd i was finally put into a rental on 4/27. My service adviser kept promising me 2 weeks more 2 weeks more after 4 months of having my car i go pick her up and there is a raddling kind of knocking noise. i take the car back in 2 days later soonest i could get off work yet again after no response on the calls. Supervisor **** proceeds to ensure my car is *************. that it isnt going to run the same there is alot of miles on this car.... well 6 years old and 133k miles i should not be in this situation i could have paid less than 60k on a **** and would have lasted longer than this.... not to mention I had the extended warranty on the car and because i separated from my spouse and signed the car to me the warranty was only good with him even though i have the very 1st oil change and all her records with my signature on them just put it in my name. i have went in a few times and have it in writing that customer complained shaking on front end they hooked up to pc and no errors but what about the cvc joint that was just replaced please check my ************* is wrong there is warning lights i took pictures of and the whole front-end shakes now it has gotten worse. Supervisor went on to tell me my Trans was replaced 2 years ago and we both agree is out of warrenty well is that the problem "no not at all the car is *************" warrenty or not this car is not safe to drive and they sent me on my way. now i was told to take it to another hyuandi dealer for 2nd opinion but it was fixed here so why would i take it elsewhere are the techs not good enough to figure out front end mechanical with out pc reader

      Stay away!!!! Would give 0 stars if it were an option!Horrible experience at *********** ***** in *************** **. Negotiation process was sneaky with add on and market adjustment - and while legal, not a great experience. Especially considering the neighboring ***** dealer does not even mention Market Adjustment with a more robust inventory of same model!But the real issue, and one I will be pursuing further with the appropriate parties, is the financing piece. The Finance Manager wasTHE MOST unprofessional employee I have ever encountered. Demeanor was downright rude. But the issue at hand is the deceptive lending practice. No disclosure of interest rate until the LAST paper to sign. This rate was with a non ***** bank and 2.5 times the ***** rate of 2.9% despite my stellar credit score. They also did not disclose that full loan amount was required to avoid said market adjustment. He then blatantly lied and said the interest impact of the high rate was only a couple hundred dollars. I actually understand simple interest and calculated in the room that indeed the impact is $1400. Totally misleading! I wonder how many women listened to his reassurance and just signed???They next day they were kind enough to offer me the ***** Rate which all the other dealers were offering without these horrific provisions. Seriously?We walked away of course and found a better equipped model for a lower price AND lower interest rate down the street. Will never ever set foot in this dealer and will make sure no one I care about does the same.

      On July 29, I went to ******************** to test drive a Chevrolet Colorado. Asking price listed online was $31,399. When I got back to the dealership, I asked for an out-the-door price quote. The quote included *on top of the asking price* one line item for "Diamon Fusion" windshield coating for $899 and one line item for window tint for $599. According to the Carfax report, these accessories were installed on July 21, 8 days before I saw the car. There is no reason that these line items should not be included in the listed asking price of the vehicle, since they are permanently affixed to the vehicle and ought to be considered "part of the vehicle."
