      I purchased a 2016 ***** Civic in January 2016. For the last few years, I have had a few issues which ***** fail to acknowledge:1. Windshield washer fluid stopped working. Rats ate wires which are coated with materials they love to eat.2. Air conditioner not cooling. The first time, they wanted to charge me over $300 - $600 to trouble shoot and maybe fix the unit.3. When my warranty was almost up, I tried to purchase another one. It took me 3 months to get someone to work with me in getting a new Service Maintenance Contract.4. STICKY STEERING WHEEL - I am driving a potentially dangerous car. They can't find anything wrong, They are aware of the problem. They recalled 2017-2018.

      Been here 4 times to get my tires looked at. I bought the car from here. The 1st time I was told nothing was wrong no inspection was was done just filled my tire with air. This was the cas the last 3 times for the same tire. ************************* was not interested in my issue for 2 of my visits. He told me I didnt have a warranty thats not something they offer and take my car to another location for repairs. That was a lie because in my contract there is a tire warranty but he didnt bother to look until I said I will pull it up then he miraculously found it. This last time I went I had to wait 3hrs for service for the same tire an another tire. ******* came out to tell me nothing is wrong again but claimed to have replaced the air valve. Well today my tire is back flat and I called the location and he was unavailable and still have yet to hear back. Ive missed 2 days of work because of this and both of my sons doctors appointments . My tire should have been throughly inspected and replaced. The *************************** should have had better customer service and properly did his job.

      ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS A OPTION Your Northlake ******* Dealer should really have a Management Attitude Adjustment and Training on **************** or fire them and find ********************** that knows how to respect potential clients, They are simply smart ***** that don't deserve to represent your company. , They made my decision to buy 2 vehicles someone where else very easy, Thank you for that< Myself or anyone I know will never ever buy anything from Napleton EVER

      I bought a new 2020 sportage and was treated very well, but now I was looking for a telluride and was sent a text massage that they had what I wanted and ask for *******. I had 7:00 appointment, got there and asked for ******* and ******* laughed and said that she was their internet person and worked from *******. The greeter said he would get us a salesperson and after 15 min. a salesperson came over and said he would be right back, a family came in and he took them over to his desk and did not come back,so after a 1/2 hour a manager came out of the back. I went to him and told him our salesperson had bailed on us. I did not understand why it was a problem because it was not busy, the only other customers in the showroom was that family . we finlally got a different salesmen. I had trade-in price I received from their website and showed to him, a manager took my explorer for a drive, when he came back he said that my SUV looked good and was very clean. The salesmen took the on line estimate trade-in back to the office, so after 20 min he back and made an offer that was $4000.00 less than the on-line estimate, by now it was after 9:00and I told him I had enough and would never come back.

      I recently had an unfortunate experience with ****, the supposed lead supervisor in the service department, or as he introduced himself, "*****************." Not only did he display passive-aggressive behavior, but his customer service skills were abysmal. When I sought clarification on the services I was paying for, he dismissively claimed it wasn't his job to explain everything to me. As if that wasn't enough, they failed to notify me when my vehicle was ready for pickup, leaving me to discover it by chance after I called them. It's utterly unprofessional and indicative of their lack of regard for customer satisfaction.Furthermore, **** seemed to believe he was intellectually superior to everyone else and couldn't be bothered to provide a simple explanation of the items listed on my receipt. It's evident that this location lacks a customer-oriented approach. I strongly advise seeking service elsewhere for your vehicle. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment that I experienced.

      Terrible service. My car has been sitting there for almost 4 weeks while the dealership is trying to charge me for something thats covered under warranty.

      Sold a used car with bad breaks, they fixed it then I took the used car home for it to over heat. Sitting here today they proceeded to argue about the fact its a used car and theyll let it sit in Wendys parking lot to collect tickets. The staff is unprofessional and judgmental. This is not how you run a business. Very upset how they treated us.

      Bought my Kia **** 5 years ago , and last year I found it that is consuming a lot of oil. I already took it so many times to the dealership shop for repairs and almost after a year the request for a new engine was declined. Last time I took it to the dealership they keep my car for repairs for a whole month, and when I asked for a spare car, the worker there told me they ran out of spare cars . so disappointed of this place, and I know for sure I will never buy another car from ****

      Worst Service, avoid it with a wide berth. I went to them to program the batteries after replacement because the stop start system did not work ... They charged me for $ ****, the car was with them four times, they did not give a replacement car. When returning the car for the last time, after replacing the new batteries with new batteries (only from their store), they did not tighten the battery clamps, did not connect the plug with the cable to some sensor, which resulted in the engine service light lighting up. I wanted to talk to the site manager, but he just brushed me off. Bad and expensive experience, I would not recommend ***************** jeep service to anyone.
