Very disturbing, my 21 year old son had a quote over the phone and was told by a sales person by the name of ****. The terms were **** down interest rate of 15% and 307 a month. When we took him to purchase this used 15k vehicle, they told him his interest rate was 28% and 578 a month with **** down. This is a classic bait and switch as they tried very hard to talk him into a ******** deal after he was told different. And amazingly they never heard of ************** called my son 3 times from the dealership phone number. We drove an hour in each direction for incredible disappointment.. arent there laws protecting from telling a verbal contract to switch to a very bad one.Ed Napleton Automotive Group

I don't even know where to begin... This has to have been the worst experience in my adult life to date and bought upward of 14 vehicles from dealers and private sellers alike. It continues to haunt me to this day. Let's start at the beginning, It's February 2022 and I make an inquiry to Napleton Acura about my future current vehicle. I am directed to a sales consultant and quickly provide him with the vehicle stock number I am interested in.Now is when everything begins to go wrong... I arrive at the dealer and upon initial inspection, I address all of my concerns with the vehicle after the test drive. The important part I must note is that I purchased the vehicle with a warranty just because the whole experience forced me. Long story short the dealer charged me an additional $3250 for a vehicle inspection fee for which there was no physical inspection. This was addressed during the purchase process and never remedied because they stated that they could not revise that fee or remove it. leading me to the present day at which point I am told that my warranty will not cover this part. In addtion I was told I would be getting **** care and what I was sold was acura care. I was basically schemed with "Yeah sure we can do that" but it was more like "Ill have a Coke, is pepsi okay? Avoid this dealership and anyone who may have or ever will work there. They are liars.Ed Napleton Automotive Group

DO NOT GO HERE, the prices they advertise online and over the phone are completely different than when you go in. They immediately add a Mark Up for no reason. They marked the car I was looking at up 10k. They do not tell you until after they run your credit about the mark up. On the lot the price does not include the Mark up. Then when you ask them to remove it and they say they are just trying to help you out. All lies. Also when you go to finance they say you can get a lower interest rate if you take the *** insurance. I had to agree to get the lower rate and then contact the company to try and cancel the optional service. I filed a complaint with the ******** attorney general and hope to hear back. They recently were fined and had to reach a settlement for this exact thing and they continue to do it. Dont trust them, dont go here and like I told them no I would not recommend friends and family to this dealership.Ed Napleton Automotive Group

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! READ BELOW!!!!I arrived the dealership with a Pre-Approval letter from my Bank. I showed it to the Salesman (*****) and the Sales Manager (*****************************) and told him that I WAS ONLY APPROVING MY **** TO BE CONTACTED FOR MY FINANCING. I WROTE THE **** NAME IN THE ***** SHEET I WAS PRESENTED WITH AND REPEATEDLY TOLD BOTH OF THEM THAT I WAS ONLY AUTHORIZING MY PERSONAL **** TO BE CONTACTED FOR MY CREDIT INQUIRY AND APPLICATION.WE DID NOT REACH A DEAL WITH THE *** I WAS INTERESTED IN AND THATS COMPLETELY FINE. I RESPECTFULLY LEFT THE DEALERSHIP AND WENT HOME.A COUPLE DAYS AFTER, ******* REVIEWED MY CREDIT REPORTS, THEY CONTACTED 8 DIFFERENT ****S AND PULLED MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. 8 DIFFERENT ****S NOT INCLUDING THE **** I AUTHORIZE AND REQUESTED TO ONLY BE USED FOR MY CASE.AFTER 3 WEEKS TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF A GENERAL MANAGER, the *** ENDED UP CALLING ME AND THEIR ONLY EXCUSE WAS THAT AFTER YOU SIGN A CREDIT FORM THEY CAN REACH OUT TO PULL YOUR CREDIT TO ANY ****!!!!BASICALLY MY REQUEST AND SIGNATURE WERE NOT TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION AND THEY BASICALLY DID WHATEVER THEY WANTED.I WOULD RECOMMEND TO LOOK AT ANOTHER DEALER WERE SALESMAN AND SALES MANAGERS INCLUDING GMS WERE STRAIGHT AND HONEST WHEN MANAGING SOMETHING AS IMPORTANT AS OUR CREDIT!!!!MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE AND THE PROCESS TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT THE FOLLOW UP PROCESS WOULD BE THE WORST.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!Ed Napleton Automotive Group

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. When I test drove the vehicle, the engine light popped on, but the service advisor, ***********************, assured me it was just because the Jeep was in the process of being serviced and it would never turn on again after they serviced it. Two days after my purchase, the engine light came on. I immediately made an appointment for them to look at it and they kept my vehicle for over two weeks, stating it was a thermostat issue. After they said it was fixed, it came on three days later. I called the dealership back and they had to keep my Jeep for another two weeks, only to tell me that it was a different problem and the spark plugs and coils needed replaced. I replaced those and sure enough, the engine light came back on again. Because this dealership couldnt seem to diagnose the problem correctly, I took it to another dealership that realized it was the cylinder head that needed replaced. At this point, my dad was in contact with the dealership because I had left seven voicemails with no response at all. They would answer him, promise to call back within the hour, and then we would hear nothing. He eventually showed up at the dealership where the manager, ***************************, promised he would leave it on the desk for the ** to see in the morning. This went on for over three weeks and we still could not get a response from the dealership. Finally, we were able to speak with the **, ********************, who stated he would call the warranty immediately because this was something that should be covered under warranty. He promised my dad he was a man of action and would call him back the next day, but it has been two weeks and we have heard nothing again. Ive spent $4,500 at another dealership to replace the necessary parts for the cylinder head and Napleton *** has not tried to resolve the problem in any way. I have only put ***** miles on this Jeep, in total. *** had to resort to seeking out a lawyer just to get a resolution.Ed Napleton Automotive Group

I've been dealing with them for about 10 years, bought multiple cars from them. The service has declined steadily over the years. The communication from anyone affiliated with the place to me and my wife during our last experience was near non-existent. We begged for information and answers about our car in for service, but never got replies. When we did, it was almost confusion on the other side as to what we were asking about and at times I was unsure if they even still had my car. Sometimes, in the middle of the day on a normal workday the answering service would pick up and say they were closed. Messages were left many times but no one ever called back. Of course when they finally got us what we needed and we authorized the repair (solely because the car was unable to be driven anywhere else), it sat for 5 days while we were under the impression the repair work was being completed. We called on the day agreed for pickup only to be told that the car was just starting the repair and it would be a couple days yet. Now, as we are about to pick up again, we are told the battery for the car is dead and will not hold a charge. So it was working fine to move the car for the repair a couple days ago, but suddenly it's unusable? It's been in their possession for over a month. The battery was fine when we dropped it off. But now to get the car back and off the lot, it's another $700 for a battery and the labor to install it.I should have known better after reading about all the lawsuits they've lost for treatment of employees and customers and went elsewhere. Instead I'm completely bent over with zero recourse. They should be shut down and anyone who continues to patronize them should question their luck before doing so. One star rating is too generous. And definitely shop around for the cost of parts. I was able to get the parts they quoted me at 40% of their cost direct from the manufacturer.Ed Napleton Automotive Group

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! But, if you decide to buy from there, beware! They slip in a $5000 market adjustment (or possibly more) into your finance contract, and never point it out to you! They also do not ever go over the actual finance contract with you, as other dealerships normally do at the time of purchase. Sure, they have you sign it; they mix it in the middle of all the other paperwork they have you sign, after keeping you there negotiating and waiting for hours, well past what time you have to spare. They do not respect you or your time; if they did they did, they would make an honest deal with you and would NOT hide markups in the finance contract. AND THEY WOULD GO OVER THE FINANCE CONTRACT WITH YOU! They do not want you to see the markup adjustment they add to the price of the vehicle over the listed price! In my case, it was a $5000 markup, above the sales price label on the vehicle and the price listed on their website. I caught it the same night as the sale, and came back the next day and they would not redo the contract or cancel the contract and return my trade. Now I am taking them to arbitration.Ed Napleton Automotive Group

1 starBAIT AND SWITCH!!! Called and asked if vehicle was on lot. Made an appointment to be there in 1 hour. Should have known when immediately entering dealership they request to copy your license. Then the salesperson tells me it was purchased the day before and turns his computer to show me a copy of the person who allegedly purchased it. This is Napletons business model!
