Steel River Systems, LLC appears to be in direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Steel River Systems, LLC added a collection to my credit report claiming that I opened an account with ******************* for $1,033 on 12/19/2022, and it's now delinquent, and ripe for collections. I have not been a member of ******************* for over a decade. What they are stating as the verifying data is impossible. This looks like a mistake on Steel River Systems, LLC part, at best; or at worst, they are knowingly illegally operating to collect a debt that's not valid. If this is happening to me, this may be a common, and regular illegal practice of Steel River Systems, LLC, and all of their files should be check for accuracy.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:The document attached, the alleged to the my Vystar original loan documents can only be identity theft, if not a fully fabricated document.
1. I have not been a Vystar member in over a decade, this loan appears to have been taken out in August 2017.
2. The drivers licenses attached to the loan are my licenses, but they are old licenses that mustve been used to take out this false loan.
3. The information provided in the letter from the debt collector does not appear to completely match the alleged documents from ******.
Please remove the false debt from my record.

As of March 1 of this year this company has appeared on my credit report again even though I have never heard of this company and can not get in contact with anyone from there. I tried to dispute them on my TransUnion credit report and was told that the dispute was resolved but yet they are still reporting on my credit report. I am sure this is fraud and they have no proof at all to be reporting on my report like this please help.Business Response

The company is practicing deceitful business practices by buying a bad loans that are past the 7 years of reporting stipulated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Then they fraudulently change the loan opened date to the date they purchased the bad loan and report that date as the loan open date with the credit bureau so they can keep reporting it to the credit bureau past the 7 years so they can get a payout from the loan holder.Business Response
