      We have been using this company for residential trash pickup for a few years. Over the last few months they continuously not picked up our trash and when we would attempt to contact the office in ********, ** they would not answer the phone. We would occasionally get them to pickup our trash on a different day than our prearranged pickup day but that was rare. The end of April was the last straw they had not picked up our trash for the entire month of April 2025. We went to the physical location since no one would answer our calls and found one lady sitting in a giant building alone at a desk. The entire place was very shady. The lady that helped us was nice and assured us that they would have our trash picked up the next day. Unfortunately they did not pick up our trash the next day. We went back and had our service cancelled and they still had not picked up our trash for another week. Our trash was eventually picked up by our new company, Waste Management which was not their job to do and we appreciated that. *** still has not picked up their trash can and I want it gone. We cannot get a hold of them to come collect their property. This business is being ran horribly. I have never had such a terrible experience with a company. The lack of ability to contact this place mixed with the shady office of nothing but one desk makes it appear to be some sort of scam or fraud. I just want them to collect their trash can from my property like they said they would and they can't even do that. It has been three weeks since they said it would be taken care of and have seen no one. They also haven't picked up the trash from anyone else on our street who uses their services. The only evidence this place is even running is the one lady at a desk in the warehouse office in ********.

      The LRS garbage truck driver for the yard waist was so rude and he did not pick up the yard waist.. I called the company and I spoke with ******* and ***** and both of them were rude as well. They want me to pay extra $25 dollars for the pick up of the yard waist. Extortion of money for retired people. They claim that there was more then *********************** the bucket, but they did not put it on scale. It is my word against theirs. If I don't pay $25 bucks they will not take it.

      I barely started services with LRS and am already having issues. Calling them directly and telling them about missed pick *** did not help at all but they were good at making false promises. well let the garage know to come back around 2 weeks have past and no one has come to pick up anything. I gave them chances to come but here I am 2 weeks later with overflowing garbage and recycling. I finally had enough of the false promises and attempted to cancel altogether. Once you mention the word cancel to a rep, they pretend they cant hear you and hang up or reset you back in the residential queue to start the wait all over again.

      Paying for trash pick up service that is not being provided. Third time trash pick up was missed during the past 5 weeks. No one asnwers the phone at their office and can not leave a message as voicemail is full. No one has responded and the trash is still at my curb.

      I am complaining about an incident that happened twice to our garbage. The first it happened was a couple weeks ago and we did reach out to your company and spoke to someone who said that they would look into it and said it wouldn't happen again. And yet the same thing happened the following week during garbage pick up.Our trash was taken out of our trash/recycle bin and left on our driveway. (Attached are pictures). We don't get home until 5pm or 6pm so the trash has been on our driveway for hours. There is no note or sticker to indicate why this was done. We noticed that there are no other houses on our block that this has happened to. So far, It's only been our house.I don't know why this has happened as it never happened before and we are not given any reason or explanation. If it's something that we can fix on our end, we would gladly cooperate but leaving trash on the driveway is not acceptable. Our address is ****************************************** We have initially contacted this institution and have not received a resolution. Thank you.

      November of 2024 missed pick up. Dumpster sat full until the next month. The customer service on phone was actually good, but the driver was very lazy. A old bike and brick was on my lid to hold down from wind. Could not pick up due to this matter. Bottom line the service was not getting done missed picking up multiple times and charging me for a Dumpster that I can't use it was full. When i called customer service said they would swing by and empty they never did. I terminated service with a very nice lady who agreed services were really bad and my current bill would be wiped off and Dumpster picked up and removed from my property. 6 months later I received a bill ? Even the bill makes no sense.

      ************************ cancelled our contracts with Lakeshore effective Jan. 1, 2025 for breach of lease. As of today, May 13th, the dumpsters are STILL not picked up. Dumpsters are overflowing and the city is issuing violations and tickets. As of January 1st, we have a contract with a new waste disposal service and they have had their dumpsters there since January. We have called over 20 times, written emails and even involved our lawyer and there has been ZERO response from Lakeshore. We want these dumpsters picked up immediately.       I paid $35 to Lakeshore Recycling Service to take a tank away from my property. Lakeshore Recycling Service has been out twice and each time has placed a sticker on it stating that I needed to call for pricing. I have paid with my credit card on file. I would like the money back since *** doesn't seem to be going to honor the pickup of the item.

      We pay a montly fee to *** for our weekly garbage pick up as well as several neighbors. Our trash has not been picked up since April 21. I have left several messages to the company through email and phone and they have not returned any messages to me or my neighbors.

      Had service several years back in ********. Filed bankruptcy which was discharged in June of 2023. I should not be contacted nor receiving any communication from them however they keep harassing me, I have called at least 6 times, staff is incredibly useless, they transfer you around to different extensions and get mad when you are upset because they will not handle the situation. I personally delivered bankruptcy paperwork years ago, I also gave them my attorney name and phone number, of which they have never contacted. I am asking that they cease and desist contacting me and to close the account because they have the bankruptcy information. The business was formally Modern Waste, which was who I did business with, and was sold to this company, *** after my bankruptcy was already in the works.
