      This company is horrible. I live in ******** and was forced to change to them. I am severely upset with this. Their customer service reps are rude, none of them have knowledge and you have to call in several times just to get issues fixed. I hope our contract with them changes when the mayor does.

      Absolute waste of a company. They do not pick up trash when they say that they do. Their website boasts a 5star BBB rating.... REALLY... as of this complaint - 1/5 here...We have had other companies at various addresses for many years. Never any issues. Until now. Our bills are always paid on time.

      We paid 4 months in advance. They picked up for about 2 months and then they just stopped for 5 weeks. We called and called and called and emailed and rarely got an answer or call back. They gave us the run around like crazy. First they said they couldn't pick up because of the weather, then it was just missed and it would be picked up the next week. Then they credited us 2 months but said their trucks couldn't get down our road even though they had been for 2 months. They had the nerve to tell us we could push our can to the end of the road. We have had it and cancelled service and went with Apex. Now LRS won't take our calls and refuses to refund is the 5 weeks that we prepaid and never received the service for. We are looking into an attorney now to get our money back. I suggest nobody goes through these criminals.

      This company is at bare minimum UNETHICAL. I had great service with my "old" company and then LRS must have bought them out. First, I did not get a bill and I had to call to get one. I received it through email and paid the $60 for three months. Three months go by - again, no bill comes in the mail. I called again. Got someone who I could hardly understand since their English was not up to par for someone doing customer service in an Engish speaking country!!! She sends me a bill via email - and it show $72 for three months. They had raised their prices for $20/mo to $22/mo. (which should have been $66/mo) Then I see they "backed billed me the $22/mo rate for the prior three months that I had already been billed and paid. When I inquired about this, their response, "That was a billing error", it should have been $22/mo but in error they billed $20/mo. I had been paying $20/mo for a while. When I pointed out AGAIN that it is unethical to raise the price on services already billed, paid and rendered, they just ignored me. What is they wanted to raise the price to $100/ month - would we be liable to pay that for services that had already been billed and paid? Some people would say, in this case, it is only 6 dollars, but is the principle. These are not honest people. I found a different service, which is quite a bit cheaper AND it is owned by locals. Good riddance! I would give no stars, but that is not a choice.

      Extremely dishonest company. They will lie and steal to get more money. It does not get worse than that.After many shady acts, it is clear they exist simply to rip off consumers. I contracted and paid them to pick up post construction waste (drywall, insulation and 4 completely empty paint/primer cans). They asked for and I sent them a photo of the bags of construction debris and had multiple calls before they sent me an estimate and I paid (2 yards). They never picked it up for days. I called 4 times before they finally admitted they didn't want to pick it up for what we agreed upon and they tried to ask for 5x more money to actually get it. 5x! They said they "made a mistake" but you can't mistake 5x. That was intentional or at least the most negligent and embarrassing kind of thing a company could do but they shirked it off as MY PROBLEM. They left me on hold waiting for 12 minutes for a dumpster quote. Their customer service is next level rude and unhelpful. Just horrible top to bottom. Fraudulent company.

      LRS is unprofessional and a frustrating company to deal with. They have no customer service and their billing department is never available. I contacted LRS to resolve a billing issue four times and each time was placed on hold in excess of ***************************************** and everyone I spoke with insisted -- incorrectly -- that I had not paid my bill. I was incorrectly told I had only paid $15 toward an $83 invoice even though my electronic bank records showed that my account posted a payment for the full $83. LRS sent me a Service Interruption Notice due to what they claimed was my past due account for $233. After numerous emails and phone calls I was finally able to reach someone at the company who agreed with me that the notice had been sent in error. The time, effort and aggravation was unbelievable! If I had a choice, I would select another recycling service!

      Missed pick up.used the email system they have in place.it replied contact you shortly. 2 hours later repeated. Again replied contact you shortly. Next morning I called.so sorry he will have driver stop today.Received email saying it needs more info. The 3 rd day called again she said it's reported but not sure why it hasn't been done. Also stated they are short drivers.i advise her many trash trucks going by all day even one sitting in a parking lot for 15/20 minutes. She said she would expedite. We'll now 2 days later no pick up yet.. I get my bill and pay online with in minutes. Wish I could of stayed with groot.

      I have called 3 times over 3 days for my garbage to be picked up. There is a mile stretch of my road that has NOT been picked up. **************** IS horrible due to waiting 38 minutes for them to answer my call and NO answers on when it will be picked up. When we had Waste Management they ALWAYS picked up on time and NO issues. LRS is a WASTE !
