    I ordered a jumpsuit April 26th from Wrenley and Brynn. I have not received any communication since purchase or received my jumpsuit. I emailed and still have not had any response from the company. I am looking at the reports now and see that it is a scam.

    I ordered a dress through Wrenley & Byrnn over a month ago and it has not even shipped yet. They charged my credit card. I asked to cancel order and to refund my credit card. They do not respond.

    I ordered 2 dresses on April 26th for about $65. Never received the dresses and any attempts to get information have been ignored. Posted comments on ******** and have since been blocked by the company after the deleted all my comments. I have since started a case with my card company.

    I ordered two items and only received one. The one item I did receive was nothing like what they described on the website. The measurements are wrong, the fabric is wrong, and the style and fit are wrong. There are no pockets as advertised, the style is not a wrap. The bust measurement is 30" when it is supposed to be 38.6" - that is ridiculous. The fabric is cheap polyester and no cotton when it is supposed to be "quality cotton/polyester blend."
    The company was rude when contacting them about this, and then nonresponsive. This business is a scam.

    I ordered two items from this business on April 3, 2024 for $65 and only received one of the two items. I contacted the shop on April 20th, 2024, inquiring about the missing item and they said it was still being shipped and I would be sent a tracking number. I never received one. I contacted the business again on April 22nd, April 26th and May 2nd and never received a response. I also have never received the item I paid for on April 3rd.

    I ordered the item on 3/20 and the status is still showing unfulfilled. I have contacted the company and requested a refund and they have stated that they are unable to refund until the product is delivered. I have requested cancellations several more times with no answer back from the company.

    I placed and order on April 29, 2024 and paid with a credit card. I received an email confirming my order. On May 20, 2024, I requested status of my order and advised I would dispute it with my credit card. On May 23, 3024, they responded and said they would cancel my order and credit my $64 but they have no way of “recalling” the order but yet they can’t tell me the status of it. This company has no telephone number and it takes them days to reply with a copy and paste email. I want my money back.

    I order two dresses from the company on
    March 20,2024. They have already taken payment from my credit card. I have sent three emails with only one reply back and still as of May 28th have no tracking number or package.

    I placed an order on 3/23/24 after seeing an ad on ********. Their website gave me a code for 15% off. I purchased 3 items which totaled $91.22. I received 2 of the items and neither fit. They were both very small. One item did not look like what they sold me on their website. It was the same design on the fabric but was sewn into something simpler that what they had shown. Both items were very thin and not lined. I reached out via email to the company. They said I had to wait for the 3rd item before making a return. They said it was coming from overseas and they hoped it would arrive soon. I reached out to them on 4/27/24. It's now 5/26/24. I still haven't received the 3rd item. They replied today and said, "Thank you reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you wish to make a return/exchange. I also apologize for the inconvenience, though upon evaluating your return request it appears that your order is ineligible for a refund. It looks like you checked out using a promo code for an additional 15% off. Per our "Returns & Exchanges" policy (see section titled: "Notes"), any items purchased using a discount code are final. The last item in your order has been shipped and should be arriving soon. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks again!" So I still don't have my 3rd item, and haven't been notified of shipping. The other two don't fit and and 1 wasn't made as promised. And only now are they telling me that I was never going to be able to make a return in the first place because I used the 15% off code that they offered me for being a new customer.

    I ordered on March 29, 2024 a dress and a shirt. The dress was delivered. It was very pool quality. It did not resemble the picture and was not an accurate size. I still have not received the shirt ordered. I emailed the company for weeks and never resolved the issue. I was told I was unable to get a refund on the dress and still no response about the missing item.
