      Purchased a GE Washer delivered on May 27, 2022 . Noticed brown rings on clothes, changed detergent. Looked in the washer and seen the inner tub was full of rust. Called on June 20th, 2022was told we will order a new inner tub and have a technician sent out. Technician called told him what the problem was, did not have part. Ordered part, wrong one was shipped. Called again, another tub was sent correct one. GE missed 3 appts after part was here. A third party company Kenwhirl came out took washer apart found out yet again wrong part was shipped. Called Ge yet again was told Technician stated the part was not able to be here till November 29th, 2022. Td Technician unacceptable I want a new washing machine.Parts came today Oct, 14th 2022. I WANT A NEW WASHER, WE HAVE HAD TO GO TO LAUNDROMAT SINCE JUNE 20TH, 2022 !!!

      Recently purchased a brand new dishwasher a 5 months ago. I was able to use it for 9 days . They have sent out 3 different companies to basically replace every part on the dishwasher and yet still washing dishes by hand. They refuse to just replace the dishwasher. Buying a GE appliance worst decision of my life.

      The service for my KitchenAide refrigerator has been terrible. The freezer has not worked properly since April 2022. The service provider is D3 service. After scheduling another service call I received a call from D3 Service the day before the service call that they would not be coming because the freezer is not repairable. I called the extended warranty company and they did not have any information from D3 Service and would only submit another repair ticket. I asked who to complain to and they had no answer.

      I ordered a product online and had it scheduled for delivery. Very easy I though. On the day of delivery, no one contacted me, so I contacted GE. After 15-+ apologies, I was told the item was "no longer available." They then forwarded me to another site, for which the item closest to the item I purchased was $500 more. Stay away. They claim it happens all the time. You can't rely on them. Order somewhere else. I wish I would have seen the reviews first. I had no idea how poorly managed this company is!

      **** **** *******. Brand new appliance that does not work within 3 months of purchasing. Then has the nerve to offer a service appointment but because i did not return the call within 20 mins they cancel my appointment and then force me to reschedule within 5 days. Your sub par company deserves less than a 1 star. I work from home and use the telephone. I do not have the fortunate ability to pick up the call for you. You already confirmed my appointment what kind of a nonsense company doesnt want to fulfill their end of the bargain.

      I purchased a ge cafe refrigerator 4 years ago it has a 5 yr warranty on the sealed gas system 2.5 month ago it broke the ge licensed service tech said it needed a compressor and other various parts. None of them are available. Called ge started a case and have been playing with the claims department looking for parts and never returning my calls and flat out ignoring me. Last claims agent I spoke with told me that all others before me were sussposse todo this or that and just flat out never did. Asked to talk with a supervisor and was laughed at and told wouldn't make any difference. Case# 08512886. I have been getting the run around by ge for over 2.5 weeks at this point. It seems as if ge does this runaround do just discouraged customers to piss off.

      Our church purchased a GE Opal ice maker for our Pastors office as a gift December 1, 2021. It stopped working by April. We have called endless times and sent emails to get it repaired for a few months. Finally someone came out to fix it and he could not. He Advised us to have it replaced. We submitted everything requested several times just to be told for us to go purchase some kit. This is now October and no one’s is returning calls after being passed around for months. We would like a new one or our money back before our one year warranty is up.

      I got a GE gas range that came with my house. I wanted to replace the griddle but they can't do it without the part number, which isn't on the range anywhere. I know the size but they can't figure out which one I need from that?!

      Reading the other comments here is amazing - I have the same story. Bought a nice new fridge, and it died a year later. Good thing I have a "warranty," right? Wrong! After months of technician visits, wrong parts being delivered, etc., it still doesn't work. And of course when I call customer service they brush me off - all they want to do is send the same technician out again (when? who knows...). I will never buy another GE appliance again.

      GE does not let you submit honest reviews on purchased products on their website. We purchased a gas range and tried to leave a review on the purchase but it was rejected. Please do not depend on only the reviews that are submitted on their site to vet their products.
