      I will never purchase a GE appliance again. I purchased a new washer/dryer around 1.5yr ago, the dryer is fine but the washer has had issues. I requested service because the washer bucket started gathering rust. It took 5 appointments to finally get it replaced, between the tech not being informed of the issue, them not having the correct tools, and then breaking my agitator bar. Once the "repair" had been completed and I had a new basket installed the machine was noticably louder. I tried to reach out to inform GE through service reviews and never recieved a response. Now 6months later the washing machine no longer works and their closest appointment for repair is 3 weeks away. I have recieved nothing but attrocious service at every step of the way with GE and for that will never purchase anything from them again.

      Our 2.5 year old refrigerator, model # GFE 28HMKMES, is awaiting a repairman…again……for the same issue with the beeping noise due to the door not sealing properly.
      After I complained they offered me a new refrigerator for about $2,000.00 and they would take the one I have away. What? Do they seriously think I’d pay for another piece of junk?! I’m soooo disappointed! ??

      I bought a GE oven in Feb 2021, and it did not function well in a couple of ways. I first contacted GE in April 2021 or even earlier. Technicians were sent about 4 times, and other issues were resolved except that the oven bulb constantly goes off while the oven is working. GE denied my request of a refund even though the unit was in warranty, but it promised for an upgrade at a discounted price. Then I picked a better model (PSS93YPFS). Due to the unavailability and GE Consumer Relations’ unresponsiveness (usually I had to write 5-6 email messages to receive one response and they NEVER kept their promises to call me or contact me), it has been almost a year since we agreed upon an upgrade replacement. In July, they offered a discounted price of 1599.33, and two days ago, a new price of 1008.42 was offered. We were about to get this done. However, today, when I was ready to pay via the phone, GE Consumer Relations told me the numbers were calculated wrong, and I need to pay 2240 something. The price of this model is listed 2221 on the GE website. Their “discounted” offer is higher than the list price. But, I was told 2240 is the price Consumer Relations can offer. Or, I can purchase online on my own.
      I have NEVER encountered any customer service departments like GE’s. I cannot find their superviser to complain. For a year now, I still have to deal with the dysfunctional oven and incompetent customer service.

      Fridge under a year old and the customer service reps are unresponsive! Had the maintenance crew come out to tell me the mother board needs replaced and would take a month to get the part. So the no ice or water was fine. NOW MY FRIDGE ISN'T RUNNING AND I HAVE TO WAIT TILL 10/10/22 FOR A REPAIR GUY TO COME BACK OUT AND NOT BE ABLE TO FIX THE SAME ISSUE. GE is a disgrace and I would be embarrassed to say I work there. If I had to guess I would have thought the 3 blind mice and a deaf and mute quadriplegic made this machine. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

      Run, don't walk, away from this company. I bought a fridge 4-5months ago. It worked okayish for a month or so then just stopped working. Tech has been out 5 times, motherboard and fan have been replaced and it still doesn't work. I keep requesting a refund or a new fridge and they keep refusing. So far we are up to about $1000 in spoiled food/supplements/medications and still no working fridge.

      Bought GR French door refrigerator in April . in June noticed moisture with ice formation in refrigerator. Warranty service contractor has since replaced the freezer rails, coil, condenser. Next they plan to replace fan motor and damper. However damper has been on back order for a month with expected date now Oct 31. They are doing a part search currently. It has been 4 months and my refrigerator is mot working. I have been using a small dorm sized refrigerator in the meantime. No one cares about my inconvenience. Nor will they replace it or offer me a buyout.

      We bought a refrigerator in june2022. 2 weeks later the compressor went out. After several forever on hold. They set a date 3 weeks later for repairs. Date came and went. Said the parts were not ordered correctly. Ordered parts again. 3 weeks go by. Repair man shows up. No parts have arrived. Several calls have been made over and over. Same repair man come back 3 weeks again. Not all parts are here. He was on the phone telling them the parts are not available and appliance needs to be replaced. One week ago new repair guy comes. Still not the right parts!! I have missed work 5 times for repair guys, and nothing is happening!!! They sent me a text saying parts have been ordered. Call was made. Now they are saying there is no history saying this has been going on since June. The parts are ordered and they do not have an ETA on their arrival. He was very rude and disrespectful.

      Bought a GE dishwasher that failed less than 9 months later. Six "repair" visits and 3 months without a working appliance. Had to keep calling GE Customer service & their designated repair company back to get any progress. After it was declared "dead" GE wanted to exchange the old one but without installation, saying they couldn't find anyone to install and we should "call around ourselves". More arguing with them they finally agreed to give us back full cost, including what we paid for warranty/ installation. They took the old one and handed us a check. Only then we discovered they shorted us over $300. Contacted GE again about discrepancy and now they claim they won't honor first agreed price. If I sign the check it says I'm agreeing to their altered terms.
      Spoke to 2 people in store who also were having GE issues. Went up to others looking at GE appliances and warned them against buying them. Will continue to do so every time I enter a store. I work as an electrician and go into stores regularly and have no problems going up to every stranger and telling them to stay away from GE.

      If I could give them a -5 I would, the customer service is horrible and the products is trash. There is no way I should have to call for service on an oven that is less than 1 years old.

      What the heck we bought frig,microwave, dishwasher. Oven. All of them have something wrong with them. Will never buy again since we can't replace them we are stuck with stuff that d I especially not work.
