      Horrible experience with GE. Our gas dryer, less than a year old, Has been broken down for 7 weeks. GE has sent a repair company out 5 times, and it's still not working. I have spent $100 at laundry mat, just drying. Their customer service is awful. I find it amusing their number is 800-GECARES. GE ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT CARE!!! Do not buy GE!!!

      I ordered a double wall oven from GE which was delivered today. It arrived with its glass doors broken. When I asked the driver, he said it was probably like that when he picked it up from the warehouse (third party warehouse, delivered there by GE). When I talked to a GE customer service representative, she said the driver and his helper dropped it. Feeling very uncertain about whether they can deliver a reliable product.

      I’m having trouble getting them to fix my fridge almost, repair man comes out and they just keep ordering parts. Brand new refrigerator has 5 service calls in two months. How does a company like that get an A plus rating ? I thought I was getting a good product but got nothings but headaches and lost days or work waiting for repairman . I wished I would have read reviews on this website first , seem like everyone else is having the same problems

      We bought from Best Buy in February 26, 2022 “ GE 2.4 cu. ft. All-in-One Washer Dryer Combo” looked promising and we wanted to save space in our newly renovated rental property.
      When the new tenant moved in & used this new machine for the first time on June 20, 2022. The water leaked from the machine & flooded the floor. We called Best Buy & their tech came on June 27, 2022. He noted that the issue is manufacture defect "crack in the washer tub" and we have to contact GE …… At this point our pain starts, we called GE service, waiting on phone for long period of time, then they answer & told us that they will get back to us on when the GE tech will be scheduled. Then week went by & no call back. We called to check, they said that the GE tech schedule for July 27th (whole month). We explained to GE customer relations that this is rental property & we need someone sooner and if we can review with GE management, the response was that there is nothing they can do expect July 27th. On July 27th, GE tech came & found that the tub is cracked & he noted that this manufacture defect and some of the parts are not available & back order. Then we waited one week & reached out to GE customer relations to check on time line to replace the machine, their response was that those parts are back order and they will not replace the machine. They noted that as soon as parts ready they will call us to schedule the repair. Every week we call and GE answer always is the same, that all what they can do is to replace parts & no one else we can talk to. August 7th, we found that someone sent boxes with spare parts to the apartment "off course no one from GE customer relations called us to let us know". We called GE customer relations on August 7th and they noted that only available time is Sept 16th. Sept 16th, GE techs came and installed the new parts.
      As soon tenant start the machine, the machine leaked & flooded the entire kitchen floor. We scheduled another service again on GE website.

      Poor Products. Purchase a washer and dryer. The washer casket is rubber in the front load. The casket is wearing out already and is leaking from the broken split in the rubber plus washer is leaking water on the floor. I will never purchase
      another GE Product.
      Had a Sears washer and dryer for 35 yrs.
      and replaced it with a GE washer and dryer and now regrets the purchase. Have to pay about $300 to replace this casket.
      so disappointing using my washer and dryer. The dryer is also poor
      the lent filter does not collect all the lent . The inside socket collect the lent materials.

      Problems with almost all of my less than 2 year old GE Kitchen Appliances.
      The show stopper is the flooded kitchen from a know issue with the GE Dishwasher. There is a known issue with the failure of the rubber elbow on the washer pump! How has the insurance industry not stepped up to GE due to the losses incurred from all the insurance claims from flooded kitchens.
      Dealing with my flooded kitchen nightmare now!!!!

      09/16/2022-Purchased a new GE washer & dryer at Home Depot. Less than one year the washer started falling apart. Now the screws holding the dryer drum together have fallen out. Poor quality products. Shame on GE for ripping people off. Will NEVER by another GE product again.

      Constant battle. Trying to get somebody to come out. They have canceled my appointment two times because they wanted to first time the technician calls me to ask me what the problem was. I told him my ice maker does not make ice and he said oh you're warranty doesn't cover ice makers. Yes it does. He turned around and then put a note in there and said it was a defective water filter. My water filter is just fine. They were delivered by GE themselves rescheduled and they canceled themselves again. And of course you can never get through. Don't buy GE

      We purchased a GE induction range that took over 11 months to arrive. I noticed some type of small smashed bug embedded between the glass and the LED control panel. I contacted GE since the range is still under warranty. They told me that since the range still works, it is not covered and they wouldn't do anything about it. It is good to know that GE doesn't stand behind the construction of their products before we purchased the rest of our kitchen appliances. So much for the various statements about quality that GE posts on their website. So disappointed.
