      Absolutely the worst. We haven't had a working fridge for over a month, we had to have all the parts shipped to our house and somehow validate them, and then GE keeps cancelling the service dates THE DAY OF THE SERVICES!! Not to mention the fridge is less than a year old. They refuse to replace it but may not have the parts to fix it, so they want us to wait for parts to be delivered, which may or may not resolve the issue. Appliances are junk, services are junk, experience is junk. If you can't fix it within a reasonable amount of time, which should not be a month, then you have to replace it if I'm under warranty - and I am! I'm doing everything in my power to make sure everyone I know and haven't met yet knows about this.

      I have a very expensive 2 year old refrigerator/freezer that hasn’t worked since July 4, 2022. It’s now the middle of September I’ve had a technician out 4 times to “repair” the freezer. The freezer has never been repaired. The technician is rude and “thinks” or “hopes” it’s repaired never reassuring in his work. GE on the phone is impossible to deal with. I actually had a CSR yell at me and tell me I couldn’t speak to a supervisor even after I told her the complaint was not about her but the ongoing issue. Horrible customer service, horrible products and a company that doesn’t fix their equipment.

      Ordered a GE fridge cafe line one year ago and have had a horrible time getting replacement parts. I ordered the cafe line because it was supposed to be a great product but no one is able to get the correct part and customer service is poor. They promise to call back and never do. If I would have known this would be this difficult I would have went with another product. Very disappointed

      No stars would be appropriate. Boughtba new suite of ge appluances that were delivered April 5. 2022. My refrigerator, model no.GFE28GYNFS, quit cooling or freezing altogether in August. In short, ge's warranty does not include loss of food ot time without a refrigerator. I think that a $2800 appliance should work as designed. I am not confident that the compressor was even repaired correctly, and i did not accept ge's offer of $100 for loss of food. I think a warranty means the appliance should work properly. Loss of food is a casualty of the improperly working compressor--the same as a broken leg is a casualty of a rung on a new ladder breaking. I am sorry i purchased ge appliances.

      My 7 years old GE range hood started a fire inside the filter by itself while I was cooking dinner. Good thing I was there and started to extinguish the fire after flooded my kitchen. I called GE to do the inspection and they came out 10 days later( happened on 8/26/2022 and they didn’t come out until 9/6/2022). Now another week has passed ( 9/12) and no one contacted me to follow up as what they want to do with this. My range hood still hanging there with all the debris. The product needs to be taken off the market. It’s so dangerous!!

      I purchased a gas range it had a bad gas valve right out the box I’ve call a call the device man the sent out to repair it and no answer are call back it’s been 8 weeks

      The company ge uses to deliver appliances is a complete joke. They don't answer their phone, we've now had 3 days in a row that we have been told that our appliance was on the truck to be delivered that day... And yet we still don't have it.
      Since we ordered directly from ge website, this is THEIR responsibility. They are the ones who picked who delivers it, and so far we have not gotten any actual answers or help when we've spoken to ge about this.

      We bought a GE café refrigerator approximately three years ago in May 2022 our refrigerator stopped working the freezer stop freezing the icemaker stopped making ice and the top of the refrigerator was consistently above 50°. I called GE customer service and advised them what was going on with my refrigerator and they told me that the GE warranty was no longer valid and I had to use the extended warranty that I purchased for $600 would have to cover the repairs I have an appointment scheduled in three weeks (the end of June) That appointment was just an assessment and wake me to be done and we waited for parts to arrive (1st week of July) 7/25/22 we finally had the fridge. (Evaporator replaced and recharged) Needless to say our refrigerator has not worked since the end of May 22. I called and rescheduled an appointment with the extended warranty service provider the only appointment we could get was 8/17/22. On 8/16/22 I received a text that canceled my appointment on 8/17/22 and changed it to 8/31/22. That appointment was cancelled because GE told me that the repair should’ve been covered under GE’s warranty. They scheduled an appointment on 9/8/22. When the repairman arrived to do the repairs he advised that this was not covered under warranty and he wasn’t touching that refrigerator it was already worked on by someone else. I waited on the phone over two hours for customer relations to resolve this issue with no answer. I Call the warranty company myself I now have another appointment scheduled for 9/21/22. This GE refrigerator is junk I bought the whole café package and a brand new washer and dryer and I will never buy GE again!

      I purchased a brand new washing machine from GE. A top load with an agitator. From day 1 it has not worked. I have multiple case numbers and have called way too many times to keep getting told they are looking into it and will call me back. They have done this for so long that now my warranty is up!I’ve sat on hold for an hour and a half at least 15 times! The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Their own technicians told me
      My washing machine was a piece of junk and i should have purchased a Speed Queen!!!!!.

      I purchased my brand new built home 4 yrs ago and upgraded all my appliances with my builder to the most upgraded version which happens to be all GE appliances. I used my upgraded GE microwave today for 5 mins which I have never gone pass 3 mins and when it was done I immediately smelt a burning plastic fume from the microwave. I opened it to discover a inch of the plastic frame of the interior door has melted. I was so shocked and in disbelief that a part of a microwave would melt when in use. I called to complain and all they can do is send out a tech. To explain why is happened and to give quotes on how much it will cost me to repair or replace the microwave. I don’t want to spend money on a microwave that might melt if I use it at 5 mins! What am I to do?
