We bought a GE appliance package from Lowes 4 years ago. We’ve already had to replace the stove and dishwasher, had the microwave worked on, and now I have someone coming to see why the fridge isn’t working now! You used to have a quality name in appliances. What happened?? It seems like all your appliances are now made “disposable”, because they aren’t lasting even a reasonable time. Btw, the 2nd GE dishwasher isn’t working now either! A lot of money, time, and frustration has gone into your worthless products!!! Not again.

I bought a GE washer 2 months ago, I had two service people come to my home and tell me the washer is defective. No GE says that they can replace motor. So I will now have a refurbished machine. I could have saved a lot of money if I bought a refurbished machine in the first place! But I bought a brand new one that cost over $1,000. So basically GE answer is screw you! I will never buy a GE appliance again. I am a retired person and have save every penny for a long time to have a state of the art washer. I am so sorry that I chooses to spend my hard earned money on a GE appliance.

Our dishwasher in our new construction home broke down more than 5 times in just 5 years! I am so frustrated that this dishwasher breaks down so easily. You better make products right so that they last at least 7 years without breaking down once! I am so unsatisfied with the purchase.

I bought a new GE refrigerator in April of 2022 and in July 2022, the compressor has gone out leaving us without a working refrigerator. My wife and I have contacted GE about sending a technician out to us to repair the refrigerator with absolutely no help from GE. A technician was supposed to come out 2 weeks ago and did not show up or call. We have asked GE to either come out and fix it or replace it. They have failed to do either. We keep getting the run around with GE. If it's not fixed this week, legal action will be filed. I have dealt with a lot of crappy companies over my life, but GE is by far the worst to deal with. I will never recommend them to anyone or buy any future GE appliances.

I purchased a washing machine for my mother in May of 2020. The machine was off balance and when a repair man came out he said that it was leaking oil from the gears. A repair would be over $400. It is no longer under warranty since GE only has a 1 year warranty. I get that, but it's only 2 YEARS OLD. Poor quality and poor Consumers Relations. GE used to be a dependable brand!

I purchased a monogram hood (ZV800 SJSS) from Howard's appliances last June. I still have not received the product. If I knew that GE was such an incompetent company that they could not deliver my product after over a year, I would not have bought their product. It is either GE lying to Howard's or Howard's is lying to consumers, either way the consumers are suffering at the end.

GE has been a nightmare to deal with. Purchased a 4000 dollar GE Profile refrigerator in November 2021. It was was delivered in February of 2022 as it was back ordered. It quit working after two months of it being delivered. GE sent out a technician that "was not qualified to work on such a new appliance." They then sent out a second technician a few week later and I was then notified that the parts needed were back ordered and that they would not be able to come back to repair the fridge until the middle of September. GE then stated that they would send out a new fridge in two weeks. Set up multiple appointments with the delivery agency who then no called/no showed twice. The delivery agency is stating that they don't even know if they have the fridge at this time. GE is refusing to refund our money. Customer service is stating that there is nothing that they can do at this point and we just have to wait indefinitely for this fridge to be repaired. It is now 8/12/22 and there has been no resolution.

I purchased a GE Profile refrigerator June 2022 and 1 month the compressor went out. It is now August 11, 2022 and still no refrigerator. Supposedly the compressor is coming in, but no one will install until the end of the month or next month. The company that GE has contracted with A&E factory service is totally useless. They make you feel guilty because the compressor is hard to replace. Also, you have an extremely hard time getting a hold of a real person to talk with and understand. We went with GE since there are suppose to be less issues with them. Well I needed a refrigerator to last longer than 1 month. What are you supposed to do when you need to keep medication for cold for your elderly parent? Obviously GE doesn't care!!!!

I purchased an air conditioner June 3, 2022. Reported that the air conditioner was it cooling on June 10, 2022. It took over 30 days to get a service repair out the house. After the second repair call the next week, the company stated the s as it conditioner could not be repaired. It took from July 7th until July 28th to receive an RA# to return back the purchasing store. “NO ONE” would assist on getting the number to the vendor. Badcock Furniture Corp. did not do there part and GE would not offer to call.
I have spent have the summer with no air, and have over 3 children under the age 18 living there and my 8 month old granddaughter having to visit after daycare for days there with” NO AIR”. My granddaughter and myself both have been Ill from upper respiratory infections due to the heat from this situation.
After finally receiving the RA#, Badcock stated I would not be able to get a refund but an exchange. A GE representative advised I get the exchange and call for legal advice, and I would not have to deal with Badcock anymore and call back to them for a refund. I pickup the exchanged air conditioner the next day and called GE for further assistance and the customer service Rep, stated in order to get my money back for all the inconvenience that I should ho through the hassle and sell it myself and get my $820, dollars back. I clarified with the rep, to make sure I heard him correctly “You want me, the consumer to get my own money back, by finding someone to buy the air conditioner from me”,
“WHAT IS CUSTOMER RELATIONS FOR!” Is it not to satisfy the customer that spend the money? I know it’s only $820, but it’s my $820 !!! I want to know if I’m wrong?

I recently purchased a brand new GE gas range and since I’ve purchased we’ve had to call for repair twice within 2 months. The first repair was faulty wiring and second repair is a gas valve leak that resulted in my family and I had to evacuate our home after dispatching the fire department, upon the fire department investigation, we were advised that the gas leakage was from the brand new GE gas range and we will have to shut off the gas valve; we were then advised to contact GE for replacement being the fact that this is the second issue we’ve had with this gas stove. After speaking with several GE representative and technician visits we’re still being left with a gas range that has a “confirmed has leak” from the fire department and a GE technician. Please follow up on helping me resolve this on going issue. Thanks *********** ********
