      Bought the Adora set about 5 yeas ago what a piece of junk always replacing parts on the refrigerator still doesn’t consistently cool the fridge. Dish washer had to replace the control board. Microwave and gas stove haven’t had issues with/. I will never buy another GE product and hopefully I can steer friends and family away from their garbage.

      I would suggest that my complaint is the same as others, Purchased G.E. refrigerator, delivered late March of 2023 resulting problems started, have had at least 10 repairs for the same problem . Today I called G.E. srepair man, Caleb, who has been the major repair person, except a person who was supposed to be more knowledgeable, who said they had it under control, yah, right. They have replaced the sliding door, the motor to the cooling mechanism, the gaskets (seals) twice, last time in August, now it's doing the same thing, I called repair tech, Caleb, NO RESPONSE, this time, I guess the new refrigerator is unfixible and I am stuck with it.I REGRET not keeping a record each time, and of course there never was any paperwork, only a sign off on their computer. It doesn't make much difference about model etc. seems the story is the same, over and over. oh, by the way, I am 87, and my husband is 91, we just are having a bad time with all of this..

      We purchased a GE appliance last year and it stopped working a short time ago. We have been trying for 1 week trying to get through to someone that will listen to us and help support us with the issue (or honor the warranty) and NONE of the phone numbers on the website are in service nor do they respond to emails. We cannot talk to anyone at GE & I'm starting to think that the company doesn't exist anymore. Very unhappy with their customer service and not feeling supported. Will never purchase another GE appliance and would not recommend to anyone.

      Absolutely terrible. They couldn't send a repair person out for 5 days. He cancelled my appointment even though I was here waiting for him. I called him multiple times and he wouldn't answer. They wouldn't reschedule him for another 6 days. I will NEVER buy another GE product. Disgraceful.

      GE wall AC unit ....do not ever buy from GE. Within the first year the compressor went out and faulty evaporator grill replaced, worked for another few years then just stopped working all of the sudden. Scheduled repair for two days away but they called the day before to reschedule a WEEK later. Repairman showed up with no parts (fan motor and control panel are the only two extended warranty items on the contract) he brought neither, therefore he has to order it lol, another week wait, beyond ridiculous Daryl Daryl and Daryl..... Probably intentional since this happens every time, he most certainly gets reimbursed for each trip. I call SCAM....intentional.

      The CEO needs to know their dishwashers are trash. I thought mine was a lemon after 4 repairs in 2 years. Then saw other people call theirs a lemon.
      The repair part is so bad that it has 1 star.

      Spent over 20k and and on my 8th delivery attempt and still cannot get my appliances...each customer service representative acts like they are helping and then they completely mess up the next delivery or order. I have now taken off 8 days of work olin total for delivery's that have either not happened or damaged appliances and no reimbursement...the list goes on. Horrible service Horrible company

      Bought a new GE washer/dryer. After 2.5 weeks, started smelling a burning smell. Pulled dryer out and the wires were melting. GE sent out repairman who said a whole new wiring harness was needed. Waited more than 3 weeks for the parts to come in and repairman to come back out. GE did not provide a new electrical cord with the wiring harness. Called GE and they said the power cord is not provided and it is an additional kit that has to be purchased. Husband had to go up to Home Depot while repairman was still at house, in order to purchase an electrical cord so that we can test out dryer and see if it works. GE is horrible and I don't understand how they charge extra for the electrical cord that it attached to the appliance.

      Washer only 1 yr old and waiting for a repair man from GE to come out as it won't fill! Wow what junk and I read they don't back there product! Never buy GE!!!
