      The amount of STRESS I have endured from GE is unimaginable!! I have a 48" Built in refrigerator that i spent $12,000 on. The refrigerator is two years old and stopped cooling. GE sent 4 repair guys out in a span of 3 1/2 months and its still not working. The customer service is awful. !!!!! On Wednesday one supervisor hung up on me and another supervisor was condescending. They do stand behind there product. They expect me to wait another two weeks to get it repaired, again!! On what planet is this acceptable? My family of four has been without a refrigerator for almost 4 months-Unacceptable!!!!!!!!

      Bought a new washer, three months later the wash broke. They sent a repair person out who was not able to make the repair without the right parts, he needed to order them. (Understandable) once the parts came … a week later the repair man returned to make the repair. I was informed at that point that seven more parts would need to be ordered and we would come back once the parts had been delivered. This was not acceptable. A three month old washer that had to have ten parts replaced already. I called GE several times and they said the only thing they could offer was to keep sending the repair guy out until the washer was fixed. I explained again that this is a brand new washer, equipment breaks I know that but to be this new and have to replace this many parts already was not acceptable and they refuse to replace it. I will no longer be purchasing any GE appliances. GE has a friendly staff when you call but they are hand cuffed.

      I bought a washer (GTW335ASNWW) which turned out to be a piece of GARBAGE. GE attempted to swap it but sent the impeller instead of the agitator which is what I had so therefore I had both of them returned. They were to send me a check on August 19, 2024 which I have to receive and refuse give check details. I was told by support agent Troy Medley whom I had been going back and forth with via email refuses to respond to my email about details on check status now. Far as I am concerned a check has never been sent.

      I called GE Repair at 10 am on 9/11/24 and was prompted to make an appointment through the website. I made an appt for 9/17/24 and received a confirmation email then at 2:30 that same day I received a call from GE, my phone rang twice and before I could even answer they hung up. I called back but in the meantime received an email from GE with a new date and time and thanking me for “rescheduling”. I did not agree to reschedule my appt nor did I authorize anyone do so. I called GE directly and was told they tried to get in touch with me but couldn’t leave a message because there was no option for voice mail which is a bold face lie! I changed my schedule at work around my original appt now I need to find coverage for 9/25. I am extremely upset as to my appt being moved and feel it was done in a very unprofessional manner. My freezer/fridge isn’t cooling properly and two weeks is not acceptable to get someone out to look at my fridge. GE service department is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. I have had the same appliance repair man over 20 years the only reason I am going through GE is because my appliance is still under warranty.

      This is new dishwasher we got along with home. Totally 4 times we requested for service and still the issue is not fixed. It’s been 5 weeks I couldn’t use my dishwasher. I got case number, but the customer relations is not even helpful in getting expediting the next service appointment. Long wait times on phone to get hold of customer service representative.its well accepted that they could not fix the issue. They don’t want to accept it but want us to suffer.

      Bought a fridge not even two years ago. Have had constant cooling issues, had it repaired. They have came out three times to fix it. Dennis out repair man said the last time he came he would come the day after the parts came in, told us he would come out and fix it that Saturday. Completely ghosted us. It's not Wednesday. Called customer service and they pretty much said it was going to be another week without a working fridge. We have had to throw away groceries 3 times. They do not care about customers. We have worked out schedules around them numerous times for them not to show up. Very displeased. I will not buy anything from ge again.

      I purchased two GE window A/C in May of this year. Installed them both myself. At first we only used one do to spring temps. On June 17 2024 we turned the second one on. Later that day we notice it wasn’t getting cool. I called GE which was the first of the 33 phone conversations I’ve had with them up to today 9/9/24. I explained to customer service regarding the a/c not working. About 10 days later they sent a repairman to check it. After doing so he told me the unit had a defective compressor and that was by GE protocol a part he couldn’t get. I reported this to GE serve department. This began the 33 calls with 33 different answers and solutions along with 21 emails that has added 21 more different solutions that have been fruitless. The a/c is still under factory warranty for 7 more months. Along with this I’ve asked multiple times just to refund me the cost. Consumer support stated it was there protocol that once a replacement was put in motion they couldn’t refund me.

      Purchased all new GE monogram Suite. Had for 3 years. The side by side fridge/freezer has been horrible. The seal broke, the ice cube machine has broke, it’s noisy, but the absolute worst is the GE repair service man Bill who has been out at least 5 times. He is unpleasant, unprofessional, and a nightmare to deal with. He makes rude comments and seems like a miserable person. I would not ever purchase any GE appliances in the future knowing that he is the only repair man.
      I’m beyond dissatisfied with my GE monogram appliances and their warrantee repair man who works with ******** ********* repair.

      I have a Cafe Refrigerator that has toooo much moisture. After numerous service calls, and some part replacements, the moisture problem persists. They claim there is nothing more they can do and they will not replace the refrigerator. They will do nothing more to make it right. As the consumer, I am stuck with a very expensive malfunctioning fridge. Buyer Beware!!! Do not buy GE products!!!

      I would post zero stars if possible. I recently purchased a brand new home with a GE profile appliance package. The only appliances I needed to add to the residence was a new Fridge and I replaced an older washer/dryer pair as well. I purchased close to $6000 in appliances and the washer was defective from day 1. It is leaking internally and I have had the installers out twice to verify the issue. GE will not replace the unit without an authorized GE appliance repair tech's inspection first. The "Authorized Appliance Repair Company" which at this time I will not name did not answer their phones after 18 minutes on hold after not showing up for their scheduled appointment. GE's response is that they need to reschedule the appointment. Now the appointment is for the 12 of this month, if they show up! I will have been without my new washer for three weeks at that point and all they offered was a $75 payment. I do not want or need the money, I want a working appliance. I just don't understand why they will not just replace the defective unit they sold me. Very poor customer service!!!!!!
