      I bought a GE gas range oven less than 5 years ago and needed to replace the heating element three times. The oven took hours to heat up and did not stay consistently hot. Now, not only does the oven not heat up properly but the electrical board isn't functioning well either. Sometimes it does not sound when it used to, and the buttons don't always work. I now need to pay someone to remove it and get a new oven. Not worth fixing.

      I purchased a CAFE Dishwasher and it was installed in March 2024 along with the other appliances from the order. Since its installation, the dishwasher has had ongoing issues. It operates for 2-3 months before failing again, each time displaying an FTD code. Initially, resetting the power would sometimes clear the issue, but recently that has stopped working, and now the dishwasher is completely non-operational. GE has attempted to address the problem 5-6 times, but the servicing company recently declared the dishwasher "non-repairable." I was informed that someone from GE would contact me regarding a replacement, but that never happened, so I had to reach out to GE myself. When I did, GE informed me that because the dishwasher was purchased over a year ago, they would not replace it but would instead offer me a discount on a new one, pricing it at approximately $450. This is unacceptable, I just want a working dishwasher and I shouldn’t need to pay more to have one that works.

      Awful Experience- DO NOT BUY GE MONOGRAM
      We are extremely disappointed and upset about our refrigerator and lack of service. Our refrigerator has been out of service for 7 weeks!
      We had a first appointment when the diagnosis was made and another appointment was rescheduled. We had a 2nd appointment resulted in a different diagnosis in which all the parts needed to replaced. We had to wait for another 2 weeks.The tech confirmed the date and time on May 9 as he had to schedule 2 techs. I took the day off and waited all day and he never showed up. (3rd appointment was NO SHOW)
      We waited another 2 weeks for the 4th appointment- I took the day off of work and waited from 8am-11am for the tech to show up "so he can tell me in person" that a second tech wasn't scheduled and he couldn't do the fix today. I think he came in person to watch me cry.
      I'm at my wits end. We are a family of 5 living without a fridge for 7 WEEKS and now have to wait ANOTHER WEEK.
      This is VERY UPSETTING!

      We have had 7 issues with our GE fridge. There is always some excuse from tech and CS team that these issues. They offered a gift card for 75 dollars and never sent it. We.feel like with all the issues in the first 7 months of life this is a lemon a bad unit. GE is unwilling to talk about options or stand our behind product

      I've been a long time GE customer with both myself and my entire family. It's all we had and we swore by it. But within two years of buying a new GE DISHWASHER GDP the door seal gasket has failed. I get that seal gaskets they get abused but this company thought that riveting the door seal gasket at the bottom to the inner door assembly. So what should be a 25 dollar fix and 1 hour of my time they want you to purchase a completely new inner door assembly for a simple 25 dollar part. That is asinine and completely a steal just to generate money with this dishwasher. I don't need any of the parts of the inner door assembly just the lower door seal gasket. Called there customer service they pretty much said sucks to suck that's how it works. They have lost 3 generations of customers that will happily spend a little more for the B**** or competitors with how they design this washer and the customer service I experienced. They should be shamed and disgraced for ever designing such a stupid idea.

      I have 3 year old washer GTW720BSN1W that has a broken lid. I went to close the lid today and the metal hinge broke through the white plastic frame that encompasses the glass window. I called GE and I told them this along with being a customer for 30 years. I am also struggling financially and the best they could offer me is a 30% discount. Extremely disappointed on their attempt on keep customers happy. Please keep in mind they have a history of this happening with this machine and still will not offer the part for less expensive. I have now resorted to duck taping the part for proper functionality.

      They are an absolute joke doesn’t matter what department you try to talk to. It’s the same person like they literally have one person working that has absolutely zero common sense. Worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with.

      HORRIBLE. Product stopper working after 2 cycles and GE is the absolute worst company I have ever had the pleasure (ha) of dealing with. Apparently since it was after 48 hours from installation, it is a manufacturer issue, not a **** ***** one. As part of the absurd warranty process with GE, they have to send a repairman out to see if it can be fixed. Well.. GE scheduled my “repair” with a company that is no longer in business, yet told me they had a window for when my repairman would arrive. The window was 8–5p LOL. When I tried to call the number to see when they would be here it was disconnected, which is how I discovered the company they “scheduled” me with was no longer in business. I had to call GE back to get another repair company to come out. They finally sent someone that is in operation for me to only be told that the motherboard has to be replaced on my SIX DAY OLD DISHWASHER, and that they have to order the part. We’re going to be without a dishwasher for about a month now given the part has to come in then I have to be scheduled for the repair to take place. I will NEVER EVER buy another GE appliance. Their customer service department is the biggest group of idiots I’ve ever encountered.

      The LED lights in my fridge went out after 3 years. It will cost about $480 to have GE come out to replace them. WHAT??? What ever happened to a $5 screw in light bulb? How in the world can you justify this? Why would you create this situation? To get more money? Those light boards should cost about $10 each max. What a joke

      I have been supplied a new GE washing machine that does not work, I lodged a complaint we GE customer service. They insist to repair, refurbish the new washing instead of replacing it. I will never buy another GE appliance in my life.
