      I am deeply frustrated with GE (a division of Haier) and its repair partner, ** *********, over a month-long unresolved issue with a broken GE gas stove. The problem began on April 5, 2025, and despite multiple calls and interactions with GE representatives, no progress has been made due to poor communication and the unresponsiveness of GE and US Appliance. I have repeatedly received scripted responses, was told the appliance must be repaired four times before replacement, and have been offered inadequate compensation (e.g., $250 reimbursement or extended warranty). Attempts to escalate the issue or receive timely service failed, and a new service appointment was only scheduled for May 2—25 days after the initial report. I feel wholly unsupported and burdened by the financial and emotional strain of not having a working stove, especially with a sick child and recent holidays. Also, they seem to not care that you must take time off of work each time they schedule a service technician to come and check your appliance.

      i bought a GE electric range less than 8 months ago i chose one with the 4 removable stove top coils They have special feature that i never saw before on any other stove coil and that was the only option for that type of stove. One of the larger ones stopped working.. i had to order a new one at the shocking cost of $180.00.. i advise anyone considering that stove model JB256DM4BB to reconsider..

      I purchased a GE dryer just six months ago, and I’m already experiencing issues. For a major appliance from a well-known brand, I expected better quality and support.
      Unfortunately, my experience with GE’s customer service has been extremely disappointing. I reached out for help, but the representatives were unhelpful and offered no meaningful solutions. I was left feeling frustrated and unsupported, especially given how recently the dryer was purchased.
      When a product fails this early, and the company isn’t willing to stand behind it or assist their customers properly, it’s very concerning. I expected more from GE and won’t be purchasing another appliance from them in the future.

      Our GE fridge with a bottom freezer is less than 45 days old- it won’t make ice and all the food in the freezer has spoiled! GE said it would take 2 weeks to get the part! When I asked for a new fridge/freezer they went silent. Repair person thinks the replacement part will fix the problem but he doesn’t know because the problem is complicated on a brand new fridge/freezer! This is really bad service and bad quality!

      The double oven that I purchased 2 years ago for more than $2000 dollars exploded. It is very clean and hardly used. We only use it for mostly reheating pizza and Thanksgiving and Christmas. I called GE and they sent a maintenance and looked at it. He said that it is not repairable. Now GE wants us to pay $473+ so they can send a replacement. They are lucky that we did not encounter any damages and injuries. Why would we have to pay when it is a factory defect? This is unacceptable, we could have almost burned the house down and someone could have been hurt. How can they guarantee that this won’t happen again in another two years. Bad appliances, I won’t recommend unsafe appliances and poor customer service.

      If i could leave 0 stars i would- GE IS THE WORST APPLIANCE COMPANY. Customer service is horrible. Bought a brand new fridge. Had it for two years and it’s already been fixed twice. Now that it’s out of warranty they refuse to fix the same problem that’s been happening since the moment I got it… Please spend your money somewhere else. GE is a horrible company and I have no idea how they are still in style.

      Do not stand behind service or warranty. This is day 3 of waiting on a tech in my area to fix a washer less than a year old. I would not recommend ge for any applaince. They waste your time and hard earned money.

      My dishwasher is five years old. The silver trim around the edges where the buttons are has fallen off. When I call to just get new silver trim (which is flimsy plastic) it is hundreds of dollars because I have to buy a whole new top piece, not just the pice I need. This is price gouging and I am disgusted with the company. We will be going Bosch next time.

      GE dishwasher has such bad quality now. The racks became all rusty just after 3 years while my older GE dishwasher is shiny after 16, years. Such a dramatic quality decrease now. Not only that, the racks are even selling for much higher price like $80+ each which can easily become rusty. Such bad racks should be only worth $20 or so. The company is so greedy by making poor quality products and then selling you so expensive parts of bad quality. We should stop buying from GE for such expensive products with so bad quality. The customer service offered me 50% off the racks replacement, but why I should spend $40+ each for such bad quality racks every 3 years or so. The cost of the rack may be less than $20 each?

      bought a stack able washer dryer. It lasted for a few months. It was replaced under warranty. The second unit stopped working called Bodewell back to repair. Took off work for the appointment. Appointments are scheduled in 4 hour increments. They came could not fix had to schedule another appointment to bring parts to fix. Appointment was scheduled on Monday between 1pm and 4pm. I missed their call at 2:43 and 2:45pm called back 2:55 they said appointment had been canceled because I didn't answer phone. Talked with Kendal the service tech he was rude and condescending. Will NEVER use them again.
