      I bought a refrigerator and the only way I can get an owners maual is to down load it which I can't do. An owners manual should be included with your purchase.

      Purchased a GE Profile appliance package ( $6,000 for stove fridge dishwasher and microwave) 3 1/2 years ago and my dishwasher is not working. Repairs approximately $500. Contacted customer service only to be told it is no longer in warranty but they can ‘offer’ a 25% discount on part if I order through them??. Can NOT recommend these appliances. Repair man says to stay away from GE appliances and I will be taking his advice when I purchase my new dishwasher. Also noteworthy, I am a single senior and dishwasher has been used minimally (2X a week, maybe 3 if I have guests)

      I have a GE Café fridge and we purchased an extended warranty on it when we bought it. We had an issue with the middle drawer (which houses the control computer) the second year we got it. GE hung us out to dry, they kept sending the wrong part and gave us the run around for about 10 months. They do not care about anything but their bottom line, and I will never purchase another GE product. Beyond that several design flaws in the fridge, which only became apparent after we purchased it. Bottom line, they will not honor the warranty if it is a significant expense on their end. So now, I spent $4k on a fridge and it didn’t even make it 3 years. I have heard good things about ********* fridges. I prob need to look through the reviews on here first.

      Extremely Disappointed – Dryer Stopped Working, No Resolution Despite Multiple Attempts
      I purchased the GE Washer/Dryer All-in-One unit in December, and just a few months later, the dryer stopped working. It has now been over two months with the issue still unresolved. Despite several calls and emails, GE customer service has been completely unhelpful.
      They’ve sent a technician three times and even replaced a part – yet the machine still doesn’t work. Now, they’ve stopped responding to my emails and phone calls altogether. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.
      Terrible customer service and absolutely no accountability. I expected better from a brand like GE. I will never buy any GE product again, and I strongly advise others to stay away as well.

      I ordered a new GE Profile electric slide-in range from the GE Appliance Store on March 24, 2025, with a delivery date of April 10, 2025. Since there was no communication that the delivery date would change, on April 8, I removed my old stove to prepare for installation. Less than 24 hours before delivery (on April 9), I received an email saying the unit was suddenly out of stock, with no timeline for fulfillment.
      Glenda in customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. When asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told, "Supervisors do not have phones." When I escalated to a higher-level contact, I was told, essentially, “We found out yesterday too,” with no real solution since any future delivery date would not be guaranteed. So, less than 24 hours before the delivery, I was left without a stove, no options, and no offer to substitute a similar model, expedite delivery, or even help source an alternative.
      This was not just a missed estimated delivery—it was a complete failure in communication, logistics, and customer care. Had I been informed at least 72 hours in advance, I would have left my old stove in place and possibly made other arrangements. Instead, I’m left scrambling without a functioning stove and zero trust in this company.
      I’ve canceled my order and will not purchase anything from GE Appliances again. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution you to avoid purchasing directly from GE Appliances unless you are prepared for last-minute cancellations, zero accountability, and a customer service team that treats your urgent issue like a shrug.

      I bought the new GE profile washer/dryer combo. I believe the motor broke on it. Have tried calling and calling and calling to get it serviced but they just give me the run around. Even though there's a 10 year warranty right on the front of the machine. They are just refusing to repair it.

      I wish I would’ve read these reviews before we bought a GE dryer. They’ve been out here four times to fix a hose and a left arm right arm assembly. The dryer still isn’t fixed. We had a huge argument with customer service. I just read one of these reviews that said GE employee wouldn’t listen to them on the phone and over talks them. That’s exactly what this China named lady did. GE is not the company it used to be. We bought a $1200 dryer that was just a year old. What a mistake. China put us on the “do not service” list. Can you imagine? She answers phones for a living. But acts like she is the one fixing the appliances. Pray for this country??

      GE is terrible to deal with. I had a repair needed on my double oven, 1st company they had sent out to repair was supposed to be here 8am-noon a week ago. I took half day off work, they were no show no call. I called GE several times to get updates and find out where they were to no help or solution at all, only to stay I'm on the list today. They showed up to repair at 6pm! 6pm! By that time I called GE to escalate the situation, they assigned someone else to come on another dayto repair. Those people are supposed to come today, this morning. Its 10am, I have yet to hear from anyone. I was supposed to get a call yesterday to confirm a time and they never called. I will never buy another GE, they are super difficult, disappointing and untrustworthy. On another note, when I reached out to GE, they kept saying the repair is on my washer, I haven't had a GE washer in over 12 years despite I keep saying it's my double oven and gave them the item # that they entered in the system. So why they keep saying my washer is beyond me. Don't waste your time on a GE, you will get no where if you ever need service.
