      This company charged me for parking in a handicapped spot. I have a handicap license plate clearly seen on the photos of the ticket. I parked in a legal handicapped spot, meaning the associated codes of the laws were on the sign. This means that local, state and federal laws must be followed, including certain measurements and accessibility. Parking in a handicap spot while being handicapped is not against any laws or even private owner's policies. Local, state, and federal laws ***** any private policies made up by the parking lot owner. I would like to get them to drop this, unless they want a federal *** lawsuit on their hands. Also, this seems fraudulent when the parking lot attendants waved everyone in to park there in the first place.

      I parked i went through the app to pay and it kept timing out by the third time appeared that it paid i get home a few weeks later i got a ticket in the mail that it was not paid and i need to pay $91 instead of the $26 if the can pull my car up they can pull up me standing there scanning the app to pay three times i do feel that this is a scam i could pay the ticket i was not trying to skip out but this is ridiculous i will never use this company i have to give a star but i would rather give none

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the excessive fees charged by this company and the lack of accessible customer support. I was charged $120 for a parking fee that was originally stated to be $30. This represents a 300% increase, which I find to be unjustifiable and exploitative.Despite my efforts to contact this company to resolve this issue, I have found no available means to reach customer support. This lack of communication channels is highly concerning and unacceptable.

      Im formally disputing charges associated w/parking ticket on 5-10-2024 @9:04pm. First & most important I do not drive the vehicle mentioned in ticket. Secondly, Im in bed by 9pm. With my health & age, I avoid driving at night.Ive tried multiple times to contact someone by phone to appeal/dispute ticket w/no success, at phone #s 888-& 651-- on MPS website. 888#was a invalid #, 651# option was only leave message. I feel this is a scam especially after trying to contact someone. The ticket amount is $50. ($20. being service fee). So frustrating, as I can see there are lots of similar & other issues related to MPS. I want this resolved, void ticket since I was NOT the driver .

      Gave me a ticket with no warning or notice for parking in a public lot. I don't care who hired them this business is disgusting and predatory. What kind of world do we live in where I have to pay a ticket to a private company half way across the country for parking in a ********* going to the building next door. Truly a disgusting business model. Will never be providing business for this company's lots or ********* again.

      I was illegally given a citation for parking at P4765 for shopping at Walgreens ** **** ******* ****** in Albuquerque, NM. Dispute/invoice#2430813. I had asked for them to rescind or void the citation as it was an illegal citation. Clearly signs show walgreens customers are okay to parking in the lot. Shared to me they cannot void the ticket for $24 because I did not purchase anything at the Walgreens to show a receipt of proof of being at the store. I was looking for a birthday card and none of which were to my liking so i decided to leave and shop elsewhere. Find Glideparcs/Premium Parking Service to be a very predatory parking service. Avoid if possible.

      I think this company is using tactics to cheat customers, by issuing false violations and charge fines, specially for rental vehicles where they charge the rental company the fine and they in turn charge us; and then when we dispute it, they ignore you until you forget about it. And the entire process is so painful since we have to not only work with this company who ignore you for months, we have to then follow up on voiding it and then claim the refund from the rental car company too.Seems like a big scam. After many many attempts filing online disputes, complaints and calling this parking services company, it has still not been resolved after 2 months!! And I already got charged from the rental car company.I really hope the BBB takes action.

      $62 violation for paying charged amount of $10.35. They say it should have been $12.00. Have parked in many, many garages. You take the ticket, and at the end of stay, you scan said ticket and pay stated amount. How is this a choice?

      The app allowed me to not fully complete the information needed. The sends me a violation ticket with an additional potential fine 3 times more than I had paid to park the correct amount of time. Once I read the ticket I went to the web address listed and it had been shut down. Had to call the home office to get a correct address. Filed a complaint while showing 100% of the time had been paid for. To make it go away and keep my vehicle from being booted paid $20 dollars for a fine so it would not go into collection. A total word trap with the terms and condition to extract more fee from someone that had paid to park in full for their service.

      I put one star only because I had to put something. I give this serice NO STARS! BEWARE - Do not park in Premium Parking lots! We came to visit New Orleans for the 1st time yesterday (6.13.24) and used their parking lot P407. We followed the instructions: send a message to P407 to 504504 - add our contact information, including a PICTURE of our license plate. We did not manually type in our license plate, but used the provided prompt to send a picture - this to leave no room for error. Came back to our car after a long day to find a boot on our rented vehicle. After further investigation, I see the WRONG license plate number on our payment receipt. This is not our license plate, and thus not our error! After our family stood in the parking lot for an hour after a long hot day, we finally got someone to come take the boot off. But, not until after we paid the $146.35. Talk about feeling STUCK! My mom and her husband were also there with us, their vehicle also got a boot put on it. They too followed the exact protocol. Interesting though as their payment reciept did have their correct plate number, even though the ticket on the window said: "plate not in our system" ! This is a SCAM!! We will not be back to New Orleans again. Thanks Premium Parking for ruining out day's visit with family!!!
