Premium Parking is a terrible business. If you get a ticket and attempt to dispute it, you get NO WHERE! They advise that they will respond to your dispute within 72 hours and they do not respond. They then charge you an additional $10 fee if you do not pay after 11 days from the ticket. They provide a customer support telephone number that they do not answer. They provide a message chat which they do not respond to. They are a scam. Do not park in their parking lots!

Horrible. That one star is a negative one star review. There was no sign, no booth, no security, no anything that said pay to park. And it was on a Sunday, most places are free or less. I was given a 97 bill. I dispute it and it was dropped to 47. They try to tell me there were signs. How if you wasn't there to see it? I think this company is run by foreigners that are scamming people. I will report them to BBB. And I will put a sign up that say "see ****** reviews first" next to the "signs" they have. You guys are attached to mall that doesn't even exist because of the crime rates that you contributes too.

I was showing properties on one apartment complex in *********************. I parked on the design spot for future residents, we did the tour and exit. After a month I received a ticket, i dispute and receive an email that the manager will contact me in 72 hours already passed more than 10 days and no answers. Finally I paid the ticket due no answers and, but I believe this company is unfair and terrible service to the community.

On 4/25 I went to a reds game, scanned the ** code but the website would not do anything when I tried to register my vehicle, thought maybe I just pay afterwards. After the game before getting to my car, I loaded the website again and it worked, but the only options for parking was starting at that moment, not knowing how how this worked, I payed for parking at that moment. When I got to my car there was a $62 ticket.I tried disputing the ticket, asking to have the fine waved and a return of the additional parking I payed for. Since the website was not working properly and there was no attendant at the time to help, but they were there to give out tickets later. I never heard anything back about my dispute. This practice of not having an attendant to help but to give out tickets feels predatory and the fact I tried reaching out but never heard anything back, is the reason for this complaint.Invoice: *******

On January 21. 2024 I reserved parking in *********** lot P401 specifically to reduce the walking my handicapped wife would have to do on April 12 during our visit to the city. We paid ***** for that privilege. On April 11 we received a confirmation email assuring us to find a spot and park, that our license plate was all we needed to continue. When we arrived at the lot there were police barricades preventing access, and when I wiggled my way past a barrier I was told in no uncertain terms that there was no way in h*** I could park there, as the lot had been rented out to a music festival, and there was no supervisor or authority I could talk to. I was told to move, and perhaps I could find another spot (meantime our reservation for the Natchez Steamboat deadline was looming). We considered ourselves fortunate to locate a spot in the Premium Parking lot P407 and I called customer ********************** and transferred our information so I wouldn't be towed or booted. ****** maps indicates our walk from the new spot to the Natchez boat was 2/10 of a mile as opposed to 200 feet. The wife used her ****** and we made the cruise with a lot of anxiety on my part. We wonder why we received the parking confirmation the day before, number one, and number two as we were parking another customer was commenting on how he couldn't believe they were charging $30 to park. 30?? Our fee of ***** certainly seems out of line considering the reason we chose the P401 lot. I requested a refund and to adjust our card to compensate the $21.95 we appear to have been overcharged. The response was quick. Premium Parking never refunds once the session has started, despite the fact they rented out our spot to the festival. A second request was also immediately denied. So disappointed.

I parked at 126 Beale St. Memphis on the evening of 4/7/24 which was a Sunday evening. I have parked there multiple times with no issue but there has always been an attendant. It was pouring down raining and there was no attendant. I tried to use the QR code which would not load, possibly because of the weather as another couple was having the same issue. I tried to call customer service three times but it was never answered, possibly because it was Sunday night, but it did not give me the option of leaving a message. I tried the app but it would not download. When I came back I looked again for an attendant but there was not one. I tried the QR code again, still wouldn't work. At this point I left. About 3 weeks later I received a letter from their collection arm stating I had to pay the $25 fee plus a ridiculous $50 fine. I appealed, explained the situation, and offered to pay the $25. It was denied. I am aware that they would probably not be able to enforce the fine, as there is no signage about the fine, but I paid it anyway. I will be much more careful about where I park.

I visited ********, CA and parked at ***************************** have a Disabled Veteran plate and parked in a handicapped labeled parking spot. There were no signs stating this was a paid lot and to the contrary a sign specifically stating if I have the proper placard I will not get towed or receive a fine. Well someone placed a "citation" on my vehicle for $115. We attempted a dispute and received a rude response with a reduction to $45. We contacted the Temecula PD who advised that this is not enforceable and to forward all correspondence. Company is obviously shady and I will purposely avoid at all costs and make sure all my friends and family know as well.

This company has an extremely costly parking rate which also fluctuates with events in the vicinity of their parking areas. That being said we parked in their P1250 garage in downtown ********** for an event. No signage stating the garage elevators were not operating prior to paying for parking. Would have been fine with adults but having children in strollers and not having a notice of inoperable elevators is a huge inconvenience, especially after parking on. The 5th floor. $60 for parking for 3.5 hrs and having the deal with a cannot customer ********************** who refuse to refund for their crappy garage. This company is a scam!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This company should be flagged for predatory business practices. I was a premium parking customer for years, but it seems some recent changes have severely affected the way this company is being run. Recently, I was parked in one of their lots, a lot I've parked in many times before. Their system wasn't working and of course there wasn't a ticket box to pay an actual person. I called for guidance, and they told me to just add up my time at the end and pay through their website, which I did. I received a notice in the mail claiming it was the second they sent me, and I was officially late paying and therefore owed the higher amount of $100. I never received a first notice. I appealed the charge, considering I did in fact pay. The appeal was declined even though they did acknowledge that I did pay but had to charge me because I paid AFTER my session. I called regarding the appeal to which they told me it would be reopened given the fact that I PAID FOR MY PARKING and was supposed to have someone at the local office give me a call to address this further and have my appeal reopened and resolved. I have yet to receive a call from anyone at their local ****** office and in fact received a "third" notice in the mail. This company operates outside the bounds of actual parking laws, they don't have an appropriate system for contacting and get timely information about faulty bills, and the purposely don't send first notices in order to collect a larger fine. I'm sure they remain in business because people continue to fall for their charges, but it is a scam.

I’m writing a letter as a concerned customer. I have concerns with Premium Parking (***********) garage at 1400 Dock Street, Baltimore MD 21231. I want to file a formal complaint regarding some of my concerns with their parking ticket. First, the Excess Charge Notice (ECN), of $105. The duration of parking on the parking ticket is 1hour and 5 minutes. Hourly parking rate is $12 at this garage per Emma at Premium Parking. The parking ticket states “unpaid parking fee $40.00, ticket amount $65.00 and amount due $105.00”. So for a $12 hourly rate parking fee there is a $93 upcharge. This is the reason why I say its excess charges. These fees are more than the local government authority in Baltimore City (Department of Finance City of Baltimore). Second, on the parking ticket it states, “tickets not paid after 60 days will be referred to collections. Violator’s vehicles are subject to booting/towing” and if not paid in one month you owe $145.00. This verbiage is very threatening. Third, I don’t see Accredited Trade Association on the parking ticket. The ticket symbol “Enforcement Department Municipal Parking Services, it’s a symbol similar to Baltimore City. This is not a local authority but the symbol is very similar to Department of Finance City of Baltimore. Next, Protection of Freedom Act, I see where on the ticket they have a picture of my license tag but they have not identified who the driver of the vehicle that incurred the parking charge. The Protection of Act bans private sector authority with no lawful authority. For example, booting and towing. I have tried to reach out to Premium Parking with an appeal to resolve this situation but was unsuccessful for an solution and was told their citation decision is final. I’m requesting only to pay the actual parking fee of $12 for the 1 hour parking fee.
