      I recently used Premium Parking on two occasions when I was visiting Mobile for Mardi Gras. The first night in our hotel the lot was full so we parked in the Premium parking garage. It was $10 for 24 hours. No biggie, we paid it and enjoyed our night. The next day we left the garage to do a few things and when we returned local Mardi Gras was about to begin in a couple hours. This was around 3:00 PM and I believe the parade started at 7:00 PM. The garage was much more crowded than the night before so it took us over 30 minutes to find a parking spot as there were no handicap spaces available. We finally found a spot on the top level of the parking garage. We exited our vehicle and upon using the app again, instead of $10 to park for 24 hours it was $83-$90 to park for 12 hours. We took a minute to call our hotel next door to see if there was a guest rate for guests staying next door. When we were told there was not. Since the parking was for 12 hours, it expired at ****ish in the morning. I had no idea what rate would be charged at that time since the only advertised rate was $10 on the parking garage. We decided to exit the garage. This process maybe took ***** minutes. As we were leaving parade traffic was getting heavier so it took us maybe ***** minutes to exit garage. There was no option to pay for parking less the $83-$90 12 hour rate and we were in the garage less than a hour. A week later I recieved a parking ticket for $85 for $10 parking fee plus $75 fine. I filed an appeal for the situation stating the same story just posted above and that there was not a $10 fee available to so called park in the garage. My ticket even states I was in the garage for less than a hour. I offered to pay the $10 for the parking fee but I was not paying the fine because I never parked and left the garage. Premium parking said they would reduce the fine to $40 but the appeal was final. From their response you can see that they did not read my appeal for the situation.

      This is a scam I have a ** plate parked in P2424 ******************* Garage in *************. I have a receipt for hour parking via the app for $3.25 after the grace ******* I received a very official looking parking ticket with logo "Municipal Parking Services of Enforcement Department with a pay by check address of PO Box *****, ***********, ** *****. The web address is not a government address: enforcement-web.premiumparking.com according to other scam reviews on ******* I received two tickets ******** and ******** for Over ***** and non-permit. I have been alerted of this scan and will not be paying the tickets or using the app in the future.

      As the administrator of our company's fleet, we deal with many parking companies in the ********************. It is my absolute pleasure to report that my recent experience with ******* and his team at Premium Parking *********** was perfectly stellar. Our issue involved a technical problem that was difficult to solve, and instead of allowing the issue to persist, ******* found the solution and fixed the problem so it wouldn't happen again. His professionalism and concern for us as a company is completely refreshing. Not every parking company is easy to deal with, and often times we are left feeling taken advantage of after dealing with many of them. This was definitely not the case with Premium Parking. Thank you to ******* and his team for taking the time to help us and treating us with respect. We appreciate it!

      With regards to parking a strong warning! about Premium Parking across the street from the *****************, they booted our car even so it was paid properly. Admiral ******************** responsible for the car boot, mis-identified the car, forced us to pay $133 to remove the boot, and currently is not answering any phone calls to remedy the false action. BEWARE of these parking facilities as they had done the same to my sister not but 3 months ago! The City of New Orleans needs to be notified of this malpractice!

      Appears this company is engaging in fraudulent billing practices by issuing "parking tickets". It is my understanding that only governmental agencies have the authority to do so. Just one such article appears here:************************************************************************************************************************************** I used one of their garages on 12/31 and the app said there was no charge that day. I received a "parking ticket" today saying I was over the grace ******* I was not notified that my time was about to expire so I could add more funds on the day in question. Blatant effort to extort $50 from me.

      I stayed at a hotel overnight. The parking system allowed me to pay for parking on my hotel bill. When I needed to leave for a few hours I was able to leave effortlessly cause there were no barriers at the exit. When my parking expired I received a notification on my phone that offered an easy way to extend my parking. I didnt need to extend but I found the experience to be very user friendly.

      Got a ticket for parking in a reserved space. Appealed and showed the space wasn't well marked and that I had paid for a reservation. Ticket was voided and the customer ********************** rep ********* was very pleasant.

      Parking is not hard to find in ***********, but safe parking is. Parked at Premium Parking lot in the French Quarter and it was easy and simple. Paid with the app. Loved that the app reminded me when parking was close to expiring. Great location for all that we wanted to do!
