      Zero stars. Avoid Premium Parking Services LLC. The amount of money they charge in ticket fees are ridiculous. Parking in a garage in *********, I tried using the app but was not able to due to no WIFI in the garage. Instead, after driving around I managed to locate a pay machine in the back of the garage and placed the ticket stub in the window. I still received a parking ticket, stating I did not pay. The unpaid parking fee was $24.00 and on that they tacked on a $65.00 ticket fee. Not sure how they get away with this money grab but someone ought to look into this. Luckily I had my bank statement to prove payment but it was a hassle. It should not be up to me to prove their mistake. They still tacked on an additional fee for supposedly me parking 5 minutes 'over ******* And please, spare me the canned letter of 'We apologize.. ". I am not looking for apologies as my situation was settled but rather attempting to make the public aware of their business practices of charging exorbitant fees and to avoid their parking facilities. It may be legal what they are doing but it feels unethical. Based on reviews by others I am not alone in this assessment.

      If 0 stars were possible, Im sure everyone would give them a 0. The first issue I have with them is safety. My reserved spot was taken by someone else and Premium Parking did nothing to have towed, booted, or even fined! The owner of the car then threatened my life and slashed my tire in the garage. Premium Parking did nothing to help me or protect me from this assault. Their cameras conveniently glitched during the time the crimes were committed as well- very suspicious behavior on their part trying to cover up a crime. They do not care about the safety of the people who park in their garages so please beware, have your own dash cams, and have your phone ready to record in case you fall victim in one of their properties.The second problem that I have is that they said that they would clear my parking tickets for an error as a one time courtesy. A month later, I am still receiving mail about these tickets that havent been cleared. I saw that a woman is pursuing legal action pertaining to their misleading municipal ticketing and fraudulent ways of finding home addresses as well. I think this needs to be investigated as well.

      Called customer service and got ****** ******was so friendly and immediately found my error of forgetting to add my license plate. Helpful customer service reps are hard to find!

      Great parking company! Dont say that very often. You can do everything from the app! Fastest way to pay for parking.

      The App has a default to *** hours ($32.00). So, they will charge you the full amount UNLESS you specifically decrease hours. All legitimate corporations and companies have default to zero, and you manually enter the amount of hours you want. Premium Parking Services App should be investigated by the BBB.

      Zero Stars! Avoid Premium Parking at all costs! What a crooked company! Poor customer **********************! Unreasonable. Won't listen to a rational appeal. A 1.02/5 average on 45 reviews! My story: I parked in a parking deck (P3408) in *********, ** (just outside of *********). Approximately 300 people parked in their parking deck after 6:00pm for a meeting at the ********* *********************** There were signs about paying $6.00 to park, but I couldn't find a payment location. Dozens of folks showed up and the people flocked to the meeting site. During the meeting we were told to make sure to pay for parking. During a break, I went to the deck, couldn't find a location, so I downloaded the app and paid for my parking. I tried to pay for more time but the app wouldn't let me. They fined me $32.00. I submitted an appeal, proving I paid, explained the timing, etc. I believe they state that they will respond in 15 business days (3 weeks!). Their response? "When determining a customers request for a review, we fully investigate each customers complaint. In doing so, we must always follow company policy. There are signs posted throughout the garage, the explain the parking payment process."They also tacked on another $25.00 late fee. No way to appeal again. Case closed. You cannot speak to a person. I will certainly appeal to Rock ***************** to cancel their contract with Premium Parking.

      We received in the mail from "Enforcement Department of Municipal Parking Services" a parking ticket for 1010 Common st., for Nov 2, 2023. With photos of our license plate! We have proof that we paid for the parking spot when we parked in a car with that license plate on Nov 2, 2023! The garage was in very poor condition. We decided on Nov 2 that we would never park there again. So it's doubly offensive to receive a parking ticket for $86. Will spend time to contact the company with proof. If Premium Parking continues to harass us we will take further action.

      Zero stars. Terrible. Scam. You will pay close to 200 by the time you are done with them! Dont do it! Shame on them. Got a citation because they claim my tag number isnt in the system. Rediculous
