      I would prefer to give zero stars.This organization is borderline criminal. Their system erroneously thought I parked on the street rather than in the garage.I have now received a Parking invoice for $75.00 for neglecting to pay for parking in the ********** submitted a dispute/appeal and it was declined.I submitted further elaboration and an offer to pay the correct amount since I expect it is higher than the amount I paid for the street rate. Customer ********************** says the dispute decision is final.I have not been allowed to speak to a person. All correspondence, so far, has been a conversation ending declaration.

      I parked in Lot 406 across from Canal Place to run it to pick up my passport. I paid for my parking at 2:37 p.m., and my parking expired at 3:37 p.m. per my receipt. I was in the passport agency for 12 minutes. I walked out to my car, and a boot was on my car because my "time expired." I showed my receipt to Admiral ************ and was then told that my license plate did not show up on their system. I was told to call premium parking, and the representative was not helpful AT ALL. I was told that I would have to pay $150 to have the boot removed, even though I already paid. After waiting for an hour, their system magically started working, and the boot was removed from my car. This was the most unprofessional and ridiculous experience. I would not recommend that anyone park in this lot because they will try to scam you out of money.

      We paid for parking for both days while in *********** during our anniversary weekend. We received a ticket in the mail for the 1st day there. We filed the appeal providing the receipt of payment along with our bank& debit transactions for both days that reflect the payments. Because their booth didnt pick up our tag number correctly(solely their fault), they reduced the ticket to $20 as a courtesy (they say) despite the fact that we paid in full for both days there. Thats not a courtesy, thats fraud. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and an affidavit with my bank then to get my money back since thats how they do things. Im not giving them extra money when I have paid in full both days in which I parked. Whats more is that we paid the fee for 4 hour parking both days and didnt stay the entire 4 hours so they still have extra money and still want me to send them a $20 courtesy payment. Who else yall ripping off?

      My review is similar to what's already been said, but I am adding to the pile because this business is scamming customers. I've only twice in the past year used their parking services. The first time I paid for parking using their QR code, and having been in my spouse's vehicle, I used his license plate. The second time, just a couple weeks ago, I again paid for parking using their QR code and typed in my vehicle's license plate. But their software reverted to my spouse's license plate by either recognizing my card information or my phone number from the prior purchase. I received an $85 ticket on top of the $25 or so that I had already paid. I submitted an appeal and included screenshots of my purchases. They reduced the $85 to $15 and turned it into a gaslighting situation. From their response, "As this was not an oversight on Premium Parkings end, we are unable to void this invoice. However, we understand this was a mistake and we are willing to split the invoice fee with you. Therefore, the best we can do is reduce your invoice to $15.00. This recompense covers the administrative fee associated with your invoice. We hope by reducing your invoice, it will bring you some closure to this situation." The detailed their terms and conditions, but its ridiculous to read as they are too long and too small. They MUST be breaking a law with that. Its a criminal company!

      The 1 star is a generous rating. I received a ticket and followed their instructions both online and by phone to dispute the ticket. They never responded to my emails. Instead, they tacked on further charges and threatened to boot my car as well as to send my unpaid ticket to collections. This business is fraudulent.

      This company is horrible. I had planned ti be in the lot for at most 2 hours and the ************ they had were 1 and 3. And to be in the lot for 3 hours wouldve cost almost 3 times what it was to be in there for 1 hour. I was not only fined but given a ticket and it costs more than the price of parking in the lot! This company is ripping people off and something needs to be done about it, ASAP!!!!

      DO NOT USE PREMIUM PARKING PENSACOLA!!! I received a citation in the mail for $50 plus a $10 service fee. We'd parked in their lot and used a credit card that was immediately recognized by the Premium Parking system, which included information we entered when we used Premium Parking in Atlanta several years back. Since that time, we got a Save the Manatee license plate, so the one in our account did not match the one now on our van. We paid for three hours and left before that time was up. I was cited during the window of time I was there. Premium Parking uses a third part enforcement company, and an appeal process was offered. I sent receipts showing I had paid and explaining what had happened, but they refused to eliminate the citation and instead just said they'd reduce it in half to $25. I responded that common sense and fair play should prevail, but instead they're basically using unfair and deceptive business practices. The appeals process is a joke! It's not like I parked there in a pay lot and didn't pay. I paid for the time I was there! These people are not worth your business, and the City of Pensacola should work with partners who respect and play fair with their customers.

      This rating is negative stars. Stay far away from these company.Premium Parking tried to rip me off. I paid for parking using their app and they mailed me a ticket saying that I didn't pay.When I called they said that I parked for 40 minutes before I paid. Their lot is totally unattended and payment must be done through and app which is not user friendly. I had to get out and read their signs to understand how their payment system worked, load the app, find another sign with the location number etc. All this takes time.The "fine" was more than double the parking fee. They didn't even give me credit for the 4 hours that I paid for or credit for the fact that I left 30 minutes before my time expired.Their rates excessive.This is extortion.

      This is a terrible company. Based on the unpleasant experience and what's observed, what they do is to circle an area, as bad as little rocks covered area and start collecting money.They call themselves "Service" but they don't provide any service rather than just taking money from people.We were trying to visit a place that people will need to park outside on an empty lot, which you can imagine is labelled "Premium parking". We paid and approached the entrance. But we were told that the place had reached the **** capacity and we could not go in. They also told us that, we can go to the website of Premium parking and request a refund since apparently we didn't use the "service" (if you call that a "service").After submitting the request, it took super long and finally I received an email saying "the request has been denied". That is absolutely absurd. It is a world wide know rule: you use the service, you pay for the service; like you eat the food you pay for the food. Vice versa. You take the money you provide the service. Otherwise, it is called stealing, both ways. On that sense, Premium Parking is robbing people of their money. Their people were trying to use "policy" to push you away: policy says once time starts there is no refund. HELLO! you are telling people you like the money so much which is ok. But it's not OK to just take people's money without people using the service at all. Their so-called Refund processing manager was a under qualified individual, or maybe the business culture is just low-if you tell people I will call you, you keep your words. Otherwise, you are no better than a brainless machine that only know about MONEY.All after all, this is horrible business if it calls itself a business. The place we were trying to get in and were not able to, also told us that we were not the first one who had this issue, which does not surprise me when during the first phone call I was told there is this so-called "policy".       Garbage, no signs up to pay, ran in to grab my food came back not even 10 minutes later to a 28$ "ticket"
