      Absolute worse bank ever. Makes it hard for you to pay your vehicle off. Gives you the run around when calling and no one has any answers when on the phone !

      I Applied for a personal loan; after being approved I agreed to the terms and the amount was deposited in my account; that same morning I called to cancel after realizing that with the ***** %interest rate I would have to pay back close to the amount I borrowed which was 30k. When I spoke to them they declined to reverse a charge of $30.22 for interest incurred, claiming that the loan was approved 2 days before. I tried to explain that I received the funds this morning and to kindly cancel the charges of $30.22 but they refused. I said I will follow up with you; I called a few days later and they still refused to credit me back the $30.22. Never again will I do business with this bank. It has Zero customer service and ********************** skills; they do not know how to retain a customer. No wonder they keep closing branches; do not fall for their dirty business

      All Santander banks are useless, I dont have a problem with the people its the constant hoops that upper management make you jump through. I dont have an account there and never will. They have to have all my information so now Im sure identity will be stolen when their firewall is breached! Horrible harassing policies

      Santander called from this number and refused to identify themselves! I have never had any dealings with them. However when I gave my son a check last year they held it for over 2 weeks and the money was unavailable to him even though the money was available in my bank. Then when he asked about it they said that my bank had not provided the money to them. I checked with my bank and they said that was a lie. That the cash should have been readily available for my son as it was to all of the other individuals with other banks who I wrote checks to that day. Santander committed a crime by not having the money that I gave to my son available and by calling me this morning and not identifying themselves.

      My car was repossessed. I made my call to Santander. They directed me to call the repo yard. Was told to make sure of any money owed to them and when I called the message you listen to before you talk to a representative says if you owe us money you must have correct amount as we do not give change back. Asked rep.do I owe any money. Was told no both times I called. On Feb 24 I paid $2,658.17 to Santander to get my vehicle back. At that point on recorded lines I asked them is this all I owe. They said yes. 5days later I got a bill for $900.00. When I called to ask what it was for they told me it was the payment for March that isn't due till 14th. And I had overpaid $130.00. and the other amount is for the repo yard. I have made sure 3times that I didn't owe them anything. Santander is trying to bill me for the repo yard that said I didn't need to bring any money to pick it up when I went to get it. It is looking like I owe car payments and I don't. It is affecting my credit. If this can't be resolved by BBB I'll get an attorney.

      I had ordered directly from a supplier spending more than $17,000. The supplier sent me the wrong product and wasn't responding to me. I had sent back the product to the supplier. and called Santander. Once Santander got proof of conversations and receipts of tracking numbers and all types of evidence showing me not being at fault and them getting back the product that was wrong in the first place Santander has not responded to me as they said they were now my account is Negative $17,000 I have no initial product and a negative balance

      Worst ever they do not honor written letter or verbal . Why would you trust have all info if anyone ever cared don't do business with them

      I had was charged twice by a merchant for the same product. I tried to file a dispute with Santander and they were horrible. ****, would not help, gave me attitude and treated me like s*** I am moving my money out of Santander and will not be banking with them again. ***** Fargo has much better customer service.

      Loan take way too long with no reply! I have called 3 times with no answers.
