      On April 5th 9:31 at night I won a $****** jackpot from DraftKings as soon as I won it they locked my account and restricted it. After that I've contacted them for days got no answers got ran around with all these different people that could not help whatsoever. Then this morning I finally get an email back from them stating that my account is ineligible to be reinstated and I have ****** in there and that's all they said and they want nothing else to do with me they're annoying ignoring me avoiding me my emails texts I have all the pictures all the emails chats everything. I won the jackpot and they locked my account basically and now they won't let me take my money out and now I can't even get in my account no more. I have all the pictures from when I won the jackpot I have everything emails draftking chats everything I need I won Fair square and they're not trying to give me my money.

      Hello. I submitted a parlay on DK. It was a 20 bonus wager to win ******. My first 3 legs won. However one of the legs they claimed lost. I was going to hedge the bet by putting 22k to win 7k for **** ******* not to *****. **** was the chat support. He claimed I lost and they dont use **** they use *** he sent me the link, the link even state *** hit a home run. This didnt let me do a hedge bet and guarantee me 7k profit. I am seeking 7k deposited into my account.

      Made a bet. they say i lost. I am asking for explanation of what bet means. They will not advise. The bet was "when will the 5th run be scored" I bet 7th inning+ or no run......what does the plus symbol mean? I was led to believe from previous chats that the terminology means the 5th run needs to be scored in the 7th inning or later....If this isnt the definition of the plus symbol, please advise what it means. If it means 7th inning or later i should have won the bet. I cannot reach anyone to help on customer service. they will not explain the terminology. only say that i lost when i have in fact won bets where the run was scored later on in game.

      I was victim of fraud called several tike to merchant and my bank to resolve this issue i ask them thry have any documents of agreement or me signing a documents to have agreement to make any kind of business my bank is overdraft ***** I have police report as well they say wasn't no fraud i contact ************ like 10 time thry can't come with a solution they say some transactions was fraud some of them is not with the same merchant

      Title: Unauthorized Withdrawal & Unacceptable Customer Service On April 6, I made a single, authorized deposit of $50 to my DraftKings account which is clearly shown in the transaction history within their app. Then, at 4 a.m. the following day, DraftKings withdrew an additional $110 from my bank account without my permission. This charge was completely unauthorized. My card is only connected to DraftKings so theres no third party involved.When I contacted customer serviceand provided proof, instead of resolving the issue, they restricted my account. They initially requested verification documents last week, which I already submitted, and now theyre asking for them again after taking unauthorized funds and offering no real help.Their response was to pass the blame telling me to contact the bank or police even though they processed the charge. Im now being forced to involve an attorney to protect my rights and recover my stolen funds.This kind of behavior is unacceptable. DraftKings has shown they cannot be trusted with personal or financial information. I urge others to be extremely cautious what happened to me could easily happen to anyone.J

      On 04/06/25 a bet was submitted on my account without my consent for $800, as someone who doesnt ****** more than 50 cents to a dollar at a time this was shocking to me. Contact Draft Kings immediately and was told I would be helped within an hour, I wasnt helped for 7 hours after sending several emails reaching out to my bank as the deposit was made 10 minutes before the bet was placed. No help refused any sort of help, solution, anything until eventually I was told they were giving me two $50 bonus bets which is genuinely offensive considering the gravity of this situation. Still attempting to talk to customer service to get this taken care of.

      Hello my name is ****************** on April 5, 2025 I was given a jackpot through DraftKings the money never went to my significant others account mind you I have been using this same card for months I have been emailing ************ with DraftKings allday yesterday on April ****** only to end up getting told my account will remain locked and my money was withdrawn this is very disturbing news I spend alot of money and as I said the card should not be a issue seeing I've been using her card for multiple transactions ************ for months can someone please contact me to help me resolve this issue.

      I woke up this morning and draftkings locked my account saying i have multiple accounts which is just not true.I have 1 account the same account i always had and using the same debit card.They give no proof of anything just tell you that you have multiple accounts and shut you down.Not fair at all i spend money and lose alot but when i finally start to see wins they close my account.I'm not happy at all because i did no wrong.Draftkings needs to open by account back up.

      My complaint is shockingly similar to the reason why the city of ********* Maryland filed a suit against Draft Kings today. They offer promotions that when added to your account, and say "active", they are actually not active unless you log out of your account and then log back in after activating the promotion while you are logged in. This seems like a clear tactic to trick customers into thinking they have a promotion when they actually do not. When contacting draft kings they blamed my fiber optic internet connection, which apparently only has issues with the DraftKings website. What a coincidence.

      After 2+ years of using the same log in, my account was locked because attempted to open a second account. I have not tried to open a second account and explained this multiple times. My account log in was changed by DraftKings for no reason, without my consent. My account is still locked. **************** has been of no help. I want my account unlocked. ***** ****
