      Just to give some context, I am a seasoned DraftKings player. I currently am a gold card member. Ive spent a lot of money over the years on DraftKings always use the same deposit method. I go to make a deposit for which I had the funds to cover, and it was declined by DraftKings for absolutely no reason given ***** the funds were not deposited to my account. They are currently still pending with my bank three days later I have reached out through support my membership guarantees I have priority customer support numerous times without any response. Its impossible to get a call back or to use their chat when I submit a chat fora live agent. I have to wait hours and Ill randomly get out of response but Im not still connected at that point so its pointless. My bank says they are waiting for DraftKings to settle the pending charge to which they wont. Its just holding up funds in my bank and its the last of my money and no reason has been given to me why this happened or why theyre holding ontomy money and not releasing it. Im extremely frustrated especially because of how much money I spend on this site Im talking thousands and thousands of hundreds thousands of dollars and I cant even get an answer as to why theyre holding up this deposit.

      Company has restricted my account from withdrawing a balance from my account. They will let me deposit or add money but not withdraw even after providing account verification.

      Draftkings are changing stats for player props parlays. I had two parlays on 4/1/25 that were stolen from me. ******* ********* had 7 assists the start of Overtime. He recorded his 8th assist with 7 seconds left of overtime one. They removed an assists from the overtime when it was clearly an assists. This costed me $2000. *************************************************************************************************************************************************** The second steal was ****** ***** 11 rebounds they removed. With 0.1 seconds left, ***** clearly gets a rebound and attempts a game winning shot. Draftkings initially credited me with the rebound then removed and took my money. This was $748 stolen from me. *** stat corrections confirmed these should've contacted. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************

      I placed a withdrawal request for $810 yesterday morning around 9:35am on 3/31/25 and it was approved instantly at 9:35am it wasnt processed until 1:41pm and I got the notification that it would be 24hrs. Every other time i have made a withdrawal through the exact same bank transfer method its been deposited into my bank account within the hour so when it wasnt in my bank account after several hours I reached out to support and was told 3-5 business days. After showing them my screenshot that it says please allow 24hrs for bank transfers to arrive they changed their mind and said please allow 24hrs to receive your funds so now its been well over 24hrs and Ive still not received my money. Now when I go to my DraftKings app it says your funds will arrive between 1-3 business days thats THREE different expected time frames Ive now been told by DraftKings. WHERE IS MY MONEY and why am I being given misinformation?

      I placed a bet with DraftKings on March 31 for $100 and one for $25. My bet was made on ****** +2 1/2. I madethe bet the bet was accepted. The game was on the game got finished the bet was paid and then they took the money back 30 something minutes to an hour after I was already paid this bet that I made. How are they legally able to void a betthat I made after the game was already over. That should be highly illegal, and I can only imagine how many other people they are takingadvantage of this business should be looked into in a simple suit and a legal suit should be kicking against DraftKings because I know they do this to millions people. Im hoping we can solve this problem, but I can only imagine how many other people theyre taking advantage of s******* over. I know its $125 back but the fact that they just took the money back after the game was over paid out. Makes absolutely zero sense. They have no way to get a hold of that. They will email you back and they never do this company needs to be investigated and look into.

      On March 31, 2025 at 12:06 am I got a notification saying I've been credited with $25 from something I opted into 2 days prior. So I was playing and playing and I won over $900 from $25 free play. So I went to go withdraw at 2:29 am and again at 2:29 am I recieve a email from draft kings that states "There appears to have been a pattern of unusual activity on your account and, as a result, we have placed temporary restrictions on your account as a precautionary security *********** will notice that although you can still log in, you may not be able to deposit or withdraw. We will be more than happy to reinstate your account pending verification. To verify your identity, please upload an image of you holding your current drivers license next to your face by clicking the upload now button below.We appreciate you helping us keep your account secure and if you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to ************************************************************"So I go to click on the link and it won't let me upload because I have previous uploaded the same thing they are asking me for on February *******. It just says contact support. And because I'm not able to login I'm unable to contact hat support . They have a copy of my driver's license and me taking a selfie holding my driver's license, hence why I'm not able to upload another one. Theres no other reason I can think of that my account would be locked other than I won over $900 from $25 free play and went to withdraw and they lock my account and I'm unable to upload anything. This is ridiculous and I just want to withdraw any $700 and continue to play with the remaining amount without having to send in my driver's license with a selfie every time I want to wirhdraw

      This is a gambling platform. After I deposited funds into it, they refused to let me withdraw cash. I uploaded my bank deposit records as required, but they refused me again with my ID. I proposed to close my account and return the deposited funds, but they refused again. They kept finding excuses to fool me and kept inducing me to reveal more personal information. I didn't trust them, so I stopped uploading information and stopped using this gambling platform. They refused to close my account and return the funds.

      My drafting account has been locked i have had it for 3 days now made withdrawal that processed and have spent more than 600 dollar with themof my hard worked for money!       I enter money for a parlay ticket on draft kings i won the ticket they closed my account saying suspicious activity. I asked them what was the activity when I only played my ticket nothing else. They asked me for my credentials I tried uploading them by they blocked me from logging in. ***** ***** and ***** which i believe are fake names because they have No contact number and the only way to reach them is Gmail or bot ! This is a violation of better business...
