On 04/16/25 my DraftKings account stated that is was flagged due to a chargeback. They have locked my account with 200 dollars in it that I want to withdrawal but DraftKings wont let me because its locked. They said I have to deposit the chargeback amount but wont tell me how much the amount is when I emailed them. DraftKings as a company have some shady customer confirmation practices, where I had to go through rigorous means to provide not just proof of Id, by providing my passport and license but also had to provide numerous proof of income and investment documents as well. All in response to me asking to get my money which is right fully mine out of my account. Ive had 1250$ sitting in that account for more than a couple days now, and have went through a number of customer support methods, by calling, emailing, etc, but no amicable response from any human being just, A.i support. And its honestly frustrating because the things that Ive provided Ive done so against my will, simply because I was asked too so I can access my funds and even then, no real response.Business Response

DraftKings accepted several small bets for the *** Super Bowl this coming year (*********) season. They then locked my account. They asked for idea, in spite of receiving all the money. But then they also asked for my banking information and told me (in writing through email) they wouldn't be giving a refund or allowing the current bets to stand until they received such personal information. I am asking they do the right thing, and give a refund since I am not ok with giving my banking information to a shady company like DraftKings. Hi my names **** I spend a lot of money on draft kings Sportsbook they made me a VIP member which I thought meant you get free stuff and bonuses but when I ask my vip host for bonuses he gives me a hard time and I respect him but I asked again and he got my account banned for 3 months after he told me to reach out to him later in the week and I have proof and text from my VIP host *** *****. I dont appreciate spending my hard earned money on there Sportsbook just to be banned and inconvenienced because I was following what my vip host said to do its not right I did nothing wrong and thats not how a VIP Member should be treated after I invested so much money with them this is the thanks I get I want the vip host fired he has given me problems in the past I didnt do anything wrong sometimes I ask for bonuses he told me to reach out to him and this is what he does. I placed sports bets at DraftKings and found my account locked in the afternoon of April 12. The account email is ****************** There is still 756 Canadian dollars in the account. I tried to contact their customer service, they gave me an explanation because I violated the user policy, I asked which specific policy was violated than I wanted to explain. But they said they couldn't provide details and asked me to look at it myself on their terms. I found this hard to accept and tried to send out multiple emails with basically similar answers. I believe that if DraftKings cannot provide an explanation then the account lockout is unfounded. And they also replied that I could not withdraw the remaining balance in my account. **************** couldn't help me solve the problem and they just withheld my money. In the reply from the merchant, they stated that the problem has been resolved and they have already contacted me. However, up to now, I haven't received any message from the merchant. My account is still locked and there is no email notification or call from them, nor have I received any calls. The problem has not been solved. I would like to know when they can unlock my account or directly refund the remaining funds in my account. I need the merchant's specific reply and the time for the problem to be resolved.

DK abruptly closed my account June of 2024 after numerous emails to CS with zero results, finally I was told that I violated there TOS and he suspicious activity. Never did I currently violate a term. I was a client for many years and they just dropped me with no valid explanation. I had plenty of bonus money there, but its more than that. Hi yes Ive been playing on DraftKings for years and for some reason my account was locked because they say my bank claimed activities were not authorized through and hr block card first of all I dont do my taxes with hr block.
