      hello , i was trying to get my draftkings account back that was temporarily restricted with over 500 dollars in it. i followed all the steps to get it back and they decided to permanently banned the account. im reaching out because they stopped responding to emails and theres no other way for me to contact them.

      I have been locked out my account due to not being able to give all the debit cards I used I didn't realize I could not use other people cards I have no access to them and now I still am locked and my money $20 they will not release my funds

      Hello, so today was my 21st birthday and I was very excited to be able to open a DraftKings account with my friends referral. As I was signing up to make an account, I was notified the email was already in use and I had apparently made an account in 2019 which I dont remember and I wouldnt have been able to bet anyway. So my intention was to delete the account associated with my main email and create a new account so I would be able to receive the referral rewards. This however was a bad idea. I tried using the same email but now DraftKings support is saying once you close an account, they cant reinstate it and Im unable to sign up with DraftKings. Ive tried using a secondary email but then it prompted me saying to use my other email which was already deactivated. I guess it tracks ur social security and you can only use one email per user. At the end of the day, I know I made a mistake but the fact that I cant even use DraftKings when I just turned 21 is mind boggling and I dont get why they cant just reactive my email so I can use it. Customer support was also very ***** and just kept telling me they cant do anything. I was mislead when they said permanent delete account which I thought meant just deleting my email and not my personal data. So basically I cant use DraftKings for the rest of my life when I never got a chance to use it which is absurd. Nothing was made clear.

      DraftKings closed my account and is refusing to allow me to withdraw my remaining balance of $130.They claim I violated their Terms of Use but have not provided any specific reason or proof of wrongdoing.I believe this is unfair and I am requesting that they either provide evidence of the violation or release my funds.I am seeking the withdrawal of my earned balance.******* ********

      DraftKings mailed my winnings check of 200 dollars but it was stolen. Upon waiting for my check it was told to me from DraftKings my check was stolen and cashed. I tried to contact stride ******* and chime but no one has been answering my questions and its been a month. There is no one answering my calls or emails re a refund.

      I have $17,000 locked in my DraftKings account. They refuse to open my account and the funds have been locked since around mid January. I am reaching out because I believe that this is something you can help out with. All I want is to be able to get MY money, which they are not providing me.

      So I created a DraftKings account while signing up for a promotion that consisted of depositing 1900 and they would match my deposit with another 1900 in bonus bets once I played through my initial 1900 at least once. I created my account, no issue I deposited, no issue and completed the play through. Now here comes the issues, while I was waiting on my bonus to be accredited into my account, I tried to withdraw $1000 from my close to 1800 balance, and they cancel my withdrawal and instantly suspend my account, asking me to verify my identity, I did verify my identifiable showing a picture of myself holding my Driver license, then they request my passport instead because my DL was a little broken, submitted another picture holding my passport, then they asked for proof of address, I verified my address with my name and unique reference number. After over a day of trying to get my account unlocked through various steps of verifications, they told me me my account cant be reinstated and that I wont be able to withdraw my money by any means possible and while giving no specific reason other than I violated the terms of use. I have done absolutely nothing wrong and everything was fine until when it was time to get my credit and withdraw my money. I tried everything possible and they dont even care. This should be a scam. And Im pretty sure they are well organized and well aware of what they are doing and this is not a coincidence, I need help getting my money back, my account reopened and my credit back as well.

      They are locking out my card and my winning I have sent all the documents requested for verification Drivers license bank statements with proof of everything and still refuse to unlock my account

      I was locked out of draftkings sports betting account on 528/2025 after I contacted customer service on 5/23/2026 for a refund to get processed. I had entrys on 5/28/2025 in system that went undrafted due to dk locking my account. I provided all documents asked to unlock account. They respond with computer generated replys with different names of many associates and unreasonable requests.draftkings not trying to help me Access my account. Or refund me. I feel it's retaliation for me asking for refund on 5/23/2025

      On May 23rd DraftKings froze my account telling me I was not playing through my deposits. They requested I write back stating I would stop. I stopped deposits and withdrawing on the same day. I had around $5,000 in my account yesterday. I don't know the exact amount since I had money in play. This morning I was notified I violated the DraftKings Terms of Use. I was also told I would not be allowed to withdraw my money. I would like my money back.
