A dispute was made in error due to a mix up with credit monitoring . Once this was brought to my attention , i canceled the dispute right away . I paid the $75 in good faith since they told me they would pay me back once it was confirmed I canceled the despite . Draftkings said it could take 14 days in order to receive a refund . It is now day 16 and DraftKings is not providing me a refund , they said they checked their systems but that is doubtful since they did not even get my name right in response emails . I have never been told why I was blocked and when I ask them they don't tell me why and I made the ****** truck series contest been on draftkings for several years and they can't tell me why I blocked they just say idk and that's it plus they still got all the money I added and I messaged serval times to see why and I get no answer on why I just want use of my account again

I relocated from *******, ***** to *****, ********. I had to get a new debit card from my bank. At this time, draft Kings requested I upload bank statement with new address but due to the move I did not have it. On 5/16/2025 I uploaded my bank account statement with the new address in *********. As soon as I did so, my account was closed and my earnings from winnings revoked. There was no opportunity for me to discuss, correct, supply or even know what the problem or "violation" was. My DraftKings username is BankrollJax My email associated with the account is *********************** May 14, 2025, 9:08AM , I created a draft kings account. May 14, 2025, 6:18PM , I deposited $500 from my ***** bank account .Later this day from approximately 6:18PM - 8:00PM I have placed multiple bets, resulting in the win of only 1 bet which brung my balance back to the amount of $538. May 15, 2025, I have placed another bet for $38 and decided to cash out on the remaining $500 of MY MONEY. At May 15, 2025, 9:27PM , the withdrawal request was received. 2 minutes later it says my account is locked and to send in a selfie with my drivers license, which I sent via link & via email. May 16, 2025, 4:44AM EDT , I was emailed in response to my *********** was told this. Thank you for reaching out to DraftKings. After reviewing your account, we see that it is ineligible for reinstatement due to a violation of our Terms of Use. Due to this, we are unable to reinstate your account. I placed a Bet on DraftKings on 5/12/2025 that I won around $10,000 after tax/fees. Money was paid out, I put in a withdrawal, at 5AM they cancelled it and put my account on restriction lock. Now, I have to verify my identity with my ID, bank statement, and proof of ownership to ***** because I used Venmo to deposit to DK. I submitted all these documentations several times on 5/13/2025. Ive been cooperating for several hours and then I get an email saying At this time, your account will remain restricted until further notice. Please note that this decision is final and we cannot provide you with more details. Also, you will be unable to withdraw your funds until we have a resolution. They wont let me back in the account to withdraw even though I rightfully placed a bet and won money off it AND on top of that submitted documentation proof etcCustomer Answer
