      I made a $20 bet using the sgp promo where if I bet up to $20 on a sgp and lose I will get the $ back in the form of a bonus bet. I made the bet- DK638821028240335072 Lost and have not received anything. I contacted customer support, was told I would receive a email within 1 hr. That was 2 and a half hours ago and no response. I wrote them back and no response again. I feel very disrespected and upset!

      Subject: DraftKings Locked My Account and Withheld Winnings After Legal Bet To Whom It May Concern,My name is ******* ********. I am filing this complaint because DraftKings wrongfully locked my account (Username: ******** and is refusing to release my funds after I made a legitimate deposit, placed a valid bet, and won.Shortly after my winning bet, I was notified that my account was being closed due to claims that I had multiple accounts. This is completely false. I only have one account and never received any warning, investigation notice, or chance to appeal before they froze my access and withheld my money.This feels like a clear case of bad faith business conducttaking my deposit, allowing me to bet, and then using a vague accusation to avoid paying out.       On may 4 2025 I deposited 500 dollars on my draft kings account but the realized I had needed the money for other things being that its my money I figured I can just withdraw it no harm no foul but then they put me on a withdrawal restriction basically forcing me to ****** the money I did not want to so over and over cant talk to anyone at there mercy with my money cant even close account cause they wont give me my money

      Username jeffcif Transactions between 11/01/24-01/03/25 Amount: Over $50,000 I had spoke to customer service of ** that clearly stated during this time my account was compromised and that my account was logged into in another state. When asked for a resolution they locked my account and I could not log in. Now since I can not see what is going on the only thing they state in a email over and over again is that there is no evidence of compromise. When I have screenshots and email records that state otherwise. I disputed these charges with my bank which were denied since the merchant has to do with gambling. So now I have decided to take legal action. I have filed reports with the *** about possible identity theft since I did not make these transactions, Monday morning when this department of my local precinct is open I will file a police report and present all required documentation to my attorney against draftkings.

      Years ago my banks were hacked and so was my phone number I was fighting identity theft and my draftkings was affected they forced me to pay an amount that I didnt do which I paid and sent them a police report as well they told me once I paid my debt then my account will be reinstated then they asked me for 2 bank accounts that I was unaware of and I told them those are the accounts that did the unusual activity so I paid them $197 Im not being told my account cant be reopened like what ? I want my money back if its like that Ive been reaching out for years regarding this issue and they gonna do me like that

      I placed a bet on draftkings sportsbook and it offered me a cashout for more than I wagered so I tried to take it but it kept saying error and wouldn't let me cashout and I contacted support but so far nothing, I haven't got my cashout or even my original wager back. I don't think I should be punished because there app wasn't working correctly.

      I won on this site and they are rejecting my payment for winnings this occured 3 times here are screen shots they tried stating i was in demo mode which is incorrect now they have locked me out of my account so i am unable to gather mroe evidence i have all the emails as well explaining how i have tried to gather my winnings.

      I won a bet using draftkings for 400$ and they locked my account and cancelled my withdrawal when I did nothing wrong and they are asking me to upload a picture of me holding my ID which is completely unsafe and uncalled for when I did nothing to get my account locked but try to withdraw the money I made.

      As of October DraftKings been with holding my winnings I won on the game sports bets they put me through so much getting my winnings I had to get a new id which I did submitted that now they saying I need proof of address I sent them important documents I had in my name address and all they saying they cant use it they trying to keep my winnings if I didnt complain they would of just kept it swept everything under the rug I need my winnings im a struggling parent
