Literally every single time i request a withdraw, they restrict my account claiming "suspicious or unusual activity". In the past 24 hours they've restricted my account 4 times! this time, they unrestricted my account and then restricted it again less than 20 min later! It's absolutely ridiculous, and they keep getting away with it! I'm sick of them thinking they get to decide what is fair or not, and thinking that what they FEEL is suspicious or unusual trumps everything else. How can they tell what "unusual" is for me? That's impossible if I've only been on their casino less than a day!Business Response

The company has offered no such thing to me. they closed my account completely and refuse to pay out my $146 balance that I had in the digital wallet. After attempting to extort me for another users debt to them, they proceeded to continuously restrict my account as I tried to withdraw winnings. The final time, after being told to upload the same thing multiple times because they would change their mind on what they had previously accepted, took over a week and when all their demands were met they closed my account giving me no reason and not cashing out the $146 I was waiting for them to withdraw. So now, I'm in contact with the *** and state attorney general's office, they will give me what im owed, or the feds and state will help me take far more.

My draftkings account was locked out. They are requesting a picture of my drivers license. I do not have a drivers license. I do not have a state id card. I do not use them documents. I have provided any other means of verifying my identity. Including giving my social number, birth date. Access to my bank account. I want access to my draftkings account, or the 50$ deposit refunded to my card that i used to make the transaction. There is no way to get my account unlocked and they have stolen my 50$ i want my money back i need this money. I worked hard for it.Business Response

The company offers profit boost if you bet a certain amount. Say if I bet $100 on a 4 leg parlay, they'll give me 100% profit boost that I can use on my next bet with a limit of $150. I'll go to put in the bet of $150 and the company will only let me put in a $10 dollar bet not the $150 that was stated.Business Response

I had made a withdrawal attempt at DraftKings, and it has stalled. It usually deposits but for larger amounts its always shady and delayed. Im always told that it has to be investigated when it clearly came from and went to the same account, where it was depositing my check from my account. Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally file a complaint against DraftKings, Inc. regarding an unresolved issue with my account that has persisted since February ******* February 2025, I placed two sports bets on DraftKings platform, both of which were successful. I received payment for one of the winning tickets; however, shortly afterward, DraftKings locked my account without clear explanation. I promptly followed all the steps DraftKings instructed me to take to resolve the issue, including submitting any required identification and documentation.Despite my repeated efforts to comply with their requests and resolve the situation, my account remains locked as of today, April 2025. I have not received the remaining funds owed to me from my second winning bet, and I have been unable to access my account or receive any meaningful assistance from DraftKings customer support team.This situation has caused me significant frustration and financial hardship. I am seeking the BBBs assistance in resolving this matter promptly. This All occurred on 4-24-25, I was using the DraftKings Sportsbook app. I havent used the app in a while and I had gotten a new debit card from the time I last used it to now. I tried to put in my new debit card information and they were giving me error messages saying to contact support and no other explanation. Once I was able to get it working, I deposited $250 into my account. Next time I log on about a half hour after I deposited. They tell me that my account is locked and I cannot access my account at all. My $250 is stuck in the account and I cant withdrawal at all. They emailed me notifying me of this and the only explanation they had was that it was unusual activity? The only thing I did was try to put a new payment method in. So now my money is stuck in my account with no way or access to withdrawl it. When investigating this issue I found that it takes up to months to get my account reinstated after supplying all correct documentation. I find this completely unacceptable from DraftKings and if theres anything you guys could do to speed said process up and get my account reinstated that would be appreciated very much.Initial Complaint

On October 13, 2024, I placed a $10,000 wager on a 4 leg parlay that hit for $74,000.(Broncos team total under 16.5, ** *** over ******* yards, then the kickers each had to make x amount of fgs)The wager was sucuessful and my account reflected the amount. When I went to withdrawl my account went under review for months. At the time of wager I was employees at *******. But in mid November to early December, they asked for my papal statements (how I make my deposits) my license and paystubs. I was told because I wasnt employed my acct was suspended for 6 months. I tried the email chain and kept getting automated responses. So I flew to their headquarters in ****** to speak with someone about why my account was suspended.Not only did nobody come and talk to me In person, upon learning of my arrival they closed my account with all remaining funds and claim they have the right.I still have not even been told why my funds were held in the first place. I have been an active member of this for for nearly 10 years.And in the 6 months prior, I had made $112,000 in deposits. And my account was never as much as questioned. But the moment I go to withdrawl my winnings in a large amount my account was closed and I was never payed. This does not seem fair. I am still lost to why it happened. Either Id like to be able to withdrawal my winnings or it seems fair that the money I deposited be refunded for $112,000 if the company didnt want me playing to start.This at all does not seem fair to me.
