      Had a 20 leg parlay tonight on a total of 4 *** games. I hit 19 legs, with NOT A SINGLE CASHOUT OPTION! Had I been in a different Sportsbook such as FanDuel, I would have been offered a cashout option. Once I submit this review, Im withdrawing my last amount of funds from DraftKings & deleting it. Absolute ******** how they do people. And I only lost the last leg by 1 point.

      They fraudulent closed my account say I was jumping but I been in same location since 2023 February playing on my laptop and phone. In last 3 months say I am jumping whatever that is. They open my account back up I made 3 more bets not counting the bets I had already then went then minutes that close my account. Remind you I just did 3 deposits not mention bets I had ** coming who in thier right mind we cause thier account be close and lose money really. I think they system is fraudulent saying people are jumping with out looking for proof

      If I could leave a 0 I would I down loaded $310 on 12/25/23 they locked my account when I went to cash out my winnings & account balance . I have been trying to work with them for 10 days they have been giving me the runaround. With all kinds of excuses . At this point I figure they owe me $690 they say they are trying to prove my identity . I gave them several forms several times . This is the sorriest thing I have ever done . I would suggest to anyone wanting to do online betting with this company dont

      I been using DraftKings for months basically deposited several payments with my Apple Pay card and the minute I inserted my physical card on the app to make deposits and withdrawals they lock my account and now they are asking for bank statements to both cards and they are asking for checking accounts that are linked to the debit cards when I used debit cards its confusing and doesnt make sense to what they are asking of me but overall I submitted the information and now each representative keeps saying they dont have a timelime for when my documents will be reviewed or accepted it was never a problem depositing money!! I won my betting slip tonight and I am locked out on the night I win and uploaded my debit card to properly withdraw my funds DraftKings need a customer service person that customers can physically talk too and each email doesnt need to be a new person because they dont simply understand whats going on directly with each customer its too much to have to deal with when depositing money is so easy!!!!!!

      I recently won a bet and asked for some of the winnings to be deposited into my account. Instead of doing that they locked my account and asked for bank statements, PayPal statements and statement for my debit card which is linked to my bank account. They make no sense and I don't want to do business with them. They have 24/7 support but it seems like they're ignoring me at this point.

      After a couple hard days of trying to win my money back I hit one jackpot and request a withdrawal they canceled my transaction and is asking for all of these banking statements Ive provided them and still havent got nothing accomplished then they ask for cashapp bank statements as if they are the same like regular banking statements they have made 9 different request after i verified then closed my account for the word I NEED MY MONEY then email me saying hey after reviewing we are re opening your account and still have not done so or released my funds and have stopped responding to the email with no phone number to contact Ive never seen a business so big with commercials and s*** with no phone number for customer service this most definitely is worlds most greatest scam site

      DraftKings is the biggest scam in casino history! They lag and make you lose all your money due to geolocation error. You contact support and the support team doesnt care and acts stupid to the situation. I believe this should be shut down till they fix it and *** spent a lot to win nothing!

      I place a $100 Dollar bet and I put the wrong thing and it was never a cash out option so I can cash out and do it again. but when I placed a $10 dollars bet it's a cash out option. It is way better sports betting apps if you can avoid them do so because they are a scam.
