  I won a bet and have been locked out of my account pending a review. Ive emailed them 12 times and no one has made any effort to update me on the status of this review. This company clearly doesnt have the spine or resources to be doing what they are doing (with peoples money). The second I get access I am pulling everything and shutting down my account. Just a pathetic company with crappy customer service.will be all smiles and welcomes when you lose money, but the second you win this is how they treat you.

  I 'm getting a divorce and staying with a friend. I made a withdrawal and wanted the check sent my my friends house. They locked my account. I proved I was the owner of the account and they still would not unlock account. They wanted me to prove I was living there with a **** in my name. I could not do this because only staying for a few weeks. I sent hundreds of emails and requests for a phone call. Not 1 call and now they are ghosting me. My money is in limbo. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Screen name Trippinastro

  Someone has stolen my social security number and they made a Draftkings account with it and no one will get back to me. I tried to go through all of the proper channels and never heard back so i emailed a few people in the company and they blocked me. I don't know what to do, someone is just running around their website with a stolen SS number and no one gives a s***

  Just reading all of the reviews. I'm saddened that this company is not fair. I also have been scammed. I played a few times and won nothing. When I won, they wanted to verify me and suspend my account. For what reason? I will never give them a ***** again. I rather play in another country. Done!

  DraftKing obtain and exploits your identity by keeping your money. They make force-make you confess to things in order to get your money. The end, they decide you have gambling issues and still wants to get that out of your mouth because that is absolutely irrelevant and false in my case. Nevertheless, they have no right to take your money and identify to try to mentally torture you which is absolutely clear if you have one month worth of time and patient to deal with them. They all use pseudo names and have no clue what is going on with your request and they make that clear if their emails when you communicate long-enough with them. Any suggestions how to get your money back? I have proof of every little bet and parlays and details information that would easily shows the truth about my balance.. they even had me to act that money is for food on table that I dont have and your action is simple causing harm to people. Theyre the biggest liars ever! I wish there was a more proper manner to approach them

On Blackjack game on DraftKings casino and somehow the app logged me out too many times I don't know what happened, DraftKing logged me out as I was going to take a hit. I just thought it seemed kind of odd that Draftkings will shut me out the game soon as im getting ready to make a decision. And this was going on throughout the whole game. I was just being ripped off and I know for a guarantee fact I was and I have the right to speak and say what I want. The game is control like its some type of a systematic automatic robot controlling the game knowing everyone wins and losses Sometimes I can't make any decisions meaning there was no hit or stand button. It's a lot of glitches in the game and I have evidence to prove that. So that should be technical issues on DraftKings end, not mind. I was 100% connected to Wi-Fi and have one of one of the best Wi-Fi's internet connection out there. That was Draftking interference. Because when we decided to come back to the table, the table was gone, it no longer exists . And my battery life was fine. It was plenty of times I let my phone battery play all the way down to its last with no problem. So it can't be my battery as DraftKing say it was. They emailed me so many excuses to try to up cover their. I just reviewed my statements from ******************* and my transaction history, it's not even showing the exact time, but I have plenty of screenshots of the incident, and this was happening many of times. If the transactions not showing what is going on here, is this really? And this is not the first time this had happened I just didn't say anything about it because I was winning. I even tried deleting my account once I won some of my money back but it wouldn't even let me do that

  DraftKings hasn't take any money from me but won't allow you to place bets on sure bets promos that they offer go to try to pull up betting slip continuous told something was wrong don't trust this site! Website moves too slow and freezes up sort of like dial up while sites like FanDuel moves like high-speed!

  Scam steal money and doesnt give winnings and days u lost when u won stole hundreds from me over bull c*** and no response from customer service ever *** horrible odds to win payouts of a dollar what a joke
