      Warning: DraftKings Account Security for Minors Be cautious DraftKings allowed my 15-year-old son to sign up, deposit money, and use their platform without age verification upfront. While they blocked him at the withdrawal stage due to lack of ID, they didnt check his age before accepting the deposit. DraftKings permanently closed his account but has yet to return his funds, leaving us in a frustrating loop.If youre concerned about minors accidentally accessing these platforms, know that age verification might only happen when trying to withdraw money. Ensure strict monitoring and be aware of potential loopholes.

      Ive been playing on DraftKings for more than 10 years now. My use has substantially decreased over the last few months. I recently went to log in and received notice that my account had restrictions placed on it and to reach out to customer service. When I do so they told me that I violated their terms of use but refuse to tell me exactly what I did to violate them. They have banned my account permanently and have kept all the money in my account and will keep any future winnings from active contests (bestball). I urge you to use other platforms such as *******, ******** and other like companies. DraftKings continues to abuse its power and rip off its customers. Just like they did with their Reignmakers product where they made millions of dollars selling digital cards for a game that they rug pulled on everyone and paid them pennies on the dollar for their investments. The lack of transparency is unbelievable and unacceptable. Please avoid at all costs and safe yourself the money and grief.

      Complete trash of a betting site. I am literally shocked at how they treated me. I am a existing customer. Redownloaded the app to join the *** Lebetard promo. They made me send my face my driver license utility bills all to get verified to make a bet or use the app. I did everything they asked. They still didn't verify me. Guess what they did managed to do very well? Allowed me to deposit money with no issue what so ever. They are a bunch of crooks. Take my personal information and my money. They didn't give me any sort of service in return. Terrible customer service and a even worse app.

      I am another sucker who dealt with draft kings for seven years I won ****** they want my drivers license picture I.D when they have my bank account number.I just want my deposits back.I will never deal with this crooked site ********* can they have commercials when they are so crooked they are theives I wished I would of read your bbb site ahead of time

      Worst Sportsbook to ever have, as soon as I won some money, I was locked out of my online account. They still owe me $120 in withdrawals and they locked me out of my account asked me for certain documentations which I provided everything they asked for. I have waited very patiently and was told more than once they would be getting back to me very soon and the next minute its another representative emailing you so its like every reply from them is a different representative telling you a different thing. Very frustrating and I feel like they do this to a lot of people and if you dont follow up they steal or keep your money. I see a lawsuit coming soon

      They locked me out of my account asked me for certain documentations which I provided everything they asked for. I have waited very patiently and was told more than once they would be getting back to me very soon and its been several days since Ive even heard from any anyone from the company even though their policy is we will answer you back within 48 hours. They locked me out of my account after winning some money And refused to release my moneys. Its been extremely frustrating and I actually liked their company but now I doubt I will ever use their company again

      As soon as I won some money, I was locked out of the online account. They still owe me $200 in withdrawals and I have $75.00 remaining to ****** on, but my account has been frozen.
