      My last bet with DraftKings was a *** bet that I won $2000. After that my account was locked. They wanted documents pretaining to my ******, source of income (which I don't know why that is any of their business) and on top of that I'm a losing player. And by a lot. I've emailed them, chatted with them and got little to zero response. I can't even withdraw my balance.

      Horrible customer service they stole my money and they can do whatever they want with no regard and nothing happens to them and it is ridiculous. It is not okay for a casino to steal your money when you're winning because they're already stealing your money when you're losing I have been targeted for no reason and I am sick of it

      DraftKings locked my account after I caught them cheating. I placed a wager and they took the money out of my account. They acted like the bet wasn't accepted ?? when I caught the transaction in my ledger DraftKings management offered to pay me the amount I won. I told them don't pay me just stop cheating, after that incident they locked my account and said I violated one of there terms of the contract. I asked them which term did I violate and they said they couldn't get into details, just something to review.

      This service is horrible. I accidentally added a 0 on the end of a deposit so instead of 100$ it was 1000$. When I realized it I tried withdrawing. They locked my account, now I have to jump through hoops to verify that its me. Selfies with my ID, utility bills, bank statements, etc. They can obviously see its my account (based off the info I used) and my ID. Will not help. **************** is non existent. Going to try and dispute the nonsense of this all since IT IS MY MONEY locked in the account that I CANNOT ACCESS. STAY FAR AWAY!

      I dont ****** much but I figured Id place a bet I bet $10 on a fight and I won $16 total. I tried taking my money out they wouldnt let me so I asked them to give me my money back in at that point then they blocked me from my account its $16 but when you have no money $16 a lot.

      Account with over 5000 CAD has been blocked without any reason!This website is an absolute scam!I had a horrendous experience with DraftKings.In mid July 2024, I transferred a significant amount of money to them because they promoted a 20% bonus for every deposit up to 5000 CAD. This was my first time attempting to capitalize on a bonus from a gambling site.After transferring the money, they flat out refused to give me the bonus, claiming they "didn't know" anything about the promotion. I sent them the link and a screenshot, but they still arrogantly denied me the bonus.I was infuriated and immediately tried to withdraw my money.Contacting their support was a nightmaremostly automated responses, and nearly impossible to reach a real person.When I finally did, my account was BLOCKED!!!I contacted 13 or 14 different people over the past two weeks, each with different pathetic excuses and bogus reasons for my account being blocked.I sent them all the required documents, including photos with my ID and bank statements, etc. Despite proving that I am the account owner and transferred the money, they continued to make excuses, offering no solution.The most outrageous part is that they are holding over 5000 CAD and had the audacity to accuse me of having a gambling problem!This was my first (and definitely last...) time trying to maximize a bonus, and I absolutely have no history of gambling payments.It is beyond outrageous for them to keep my money and falsely claim compulsive gambling!Their recent emails about a so-called "gambling addiction" pushed me to write this review, and I hope this helps others avoid falling into their trap.I will definitely file a dispute with my bank about these fraudulent practices, and I have already filed a complaint with AGCO (Alcohol and ***************** of Ontario) to expose these crooks!Stay far away from this sitethey are nothing but deceitful, dishonest thieves!

      Out of $6,000 I wont a total of 7 hands that equaled $135 in return. The odds are so awful you are better off booking a trip to ***** and playing becuase its cheaper than playing DraftKings. They offer no credits no matter how much you spend and you can never get a live person. When your winning they will close your account if you say anything but when your losing they have no problem collecting all your money. There are better options out there. I know at casinos youre not always going to win but when you lose over 10 grand and dont win even a small amount the writing is on the wall. With tough times I even noticed that it has gotten worse like they know things are slow so they are collecting all they can right now. My friends and others are saying the same thing with their experience

      I just looked at my checking account and $150 was taken out by DraftKings. Never heard of this company and don't know how they got my bank information. I will be calling my bank first thing. I live in *****. Don't know if they have a business here or not but I will find out who did this.

      I was playing a slot machine online and I was winning then start lagging and getting stuck,I went to the bonus round had 4 bonus lights drop the bonus got stuck on me $625 which I took a screenshot of and they still denied me my money, they email saying they game developer didn't see nothing wrong within the game! The developer finding which is wrong then trying to blame my internet connection which is false they app They games are always lagging when you winning and getting stuck and they know it so they telling me forget my screenshot it's what they cheating game developer say
