      This company promotes and allows racism and sexism in their discord and their owners participate and allow the dialogue. Draftkings is disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves.

      The absolute worst customer service, they lie in emails! Zero way to speak to a representative, website link request for a call is inoperable.

      DraftKings is the latest woke company. Beware if you use DraftKings. I recently played and then applied to their 100 percent guarantee bonus. I spent 175 and got nothing. So I made another deposit of 18 and than they gave me bonus on small amount. I simply asked why I did not receive my bonus. And the overseas response was rather rude. He spoke in explanations marks. I will post chat transcript later when I have time. They then blocked me from playing totally and I never received my 175 they owed me. I noticed that only the games I was winning large amounts on suddenly stopped working. Every game except two I played. I emailed them several times and could never get answer. They made the wrong decision to block me for no reason. I plan on warning everyone. DraftKings will block you if you are winning on games that you play. I been blocked. Its been 10 days since this newly woke company is now blocking who they want for no reason without explanation. I have always spoke highly of DraftKings. But I noticed they have started suspending lots of people. And they have taken a turn to the Woke side. Beware of them. They waste time on commercial advertising and customer service is very rude if you can ever get them. I will be posting chat transcript later. Go to Fan Dual....

      Bunch of scammers! Live bet odds go down as soon as you start a slip. Pick the other team and what do you know, magically the odds go down for them when slip opens. Meanwhile the game is on a TV timeout and hasn't changed at all. **************** is an generated responses. If you finally do get someone it won't be over the phone. It will be through email with form letter prepared responses that they will repeat over and over until you give up. No appreciation for they're customers.

      This is the worst customer service Ive ever seen. There is no way to speak with a human and it seems the goal of their AI system is to keep you occupied and frustrate you into giving up and leaving them alone. It works too. Im giving up and going to Fan Duel.

      I made an account for an offer on Swagbucks. Draftking had another offer running were as long as you deposit and bet $5 they would give you $200 in credit for their site. I don't really know sports and just wanted to get it over with and withdraw my money as soon as possible. So I used the vouchers it gave of $25 and placed 8 different bets on random games that were playing that day. I ended up winning $525. When I tried to withdraw through PayPal it said I needed to have deposited through that account first. So I cancelled my withdrawal and attempted to deposit through PayPal but it didn't let me. Then latter I got banned from my account from suspicious activity. I then submitted my photo Id and the information they wanted and they still refused to reopen my account.

      They can take money off my bank account but cant withdraw back onto my account, I feel like its a way for them to scam people out of getting their money back

      I have had an active DK account for years. Dont use or play much, maybe once or twice a month open it. I went to check it today 4/13/24 and realized my account is now locked and there is no way to contact support. I messaged in, and gave my email and such and have not heard back. There is also no way for me too call looks like. They said I should have been emailed why but I have not received one email in regards. I was getting DK promo emails up to 4/7/24 then they stopped and I checked and logged in and found out. I havent messaged in, havent played in over a month nothing to cause the closure. Very strange and also just no transparency and scary thought if had funds in.

      It's not always a negative experience, but there are times when it seems like the casino games are completely rigged. I made a few deposits, and played a game call Secrets of the Forest Extreme, and I swear you will go down to $0 on this game, because you will only win a few spins. On a spin there were 3 free games symbols, which is what you need to win 8 or 10 free games, but I did not get them. I contacted customer support, and apparently you (the customer) have to find the transaction id, not for the game, but for the spin, when there are tons of them. I feel like having separate transaction id's for each spin is a way to cheat people when there is a game error and they reach out for help, because there is no way for us to know which spin it was.
