      Im sure it was a simple mistake but they advertise a certain payout in their Odds Boost than what the payout actually is. Ad said +150 but terms said +125

      DraftKings locked my account before a win, mad because theyre fraud and they locked my account been 2 months and will not allow me to get money off based on me responding after that I need my money which is true its not theirs its mine my name on account and how can a business keep someone elses money thatsss fraudddd need a class action lawsuit I seen ppl say they have never gave them their money now thats stealing if we used out money to earn that or if our money if left in that account like send a check or something but to keep they money is just fraud and stealing corrupt business I hate it and idc who you are if ur a business and ur not for the people have millions but taking people money is sad something needs to be done for those business be gone cuz a right to someone elses money can make u lose ur whole company greedy ppl

      So I deposited money an placed a bet DraftKings restricted my account. I explained I used Apple Pay linked to my bank account, an provided all documents I was able to. Only issue is my Apple Pay doesnt show the transaction but my bank account does shows the transaction I was charged for. I explained this to customer service a they are no help, then I ask for a full refund a close my account now they cant because of the restriction. As I came here I read comments and I cant say Im suppressed I feel ripped off and disappointed that big business is still stealing from hard working people completely disgusted with draft kings. If I could leave negative stars I absolutely would.

      After withdrawing a small deposit from their original application because it was not usable in my state I tried to use their fantasy app, they responded that they needed bank and credit card statements along with a picture while holding I.D. I provided those but after a dozen emails with multiple bank statements and forms of I.D it was clear I wasnt getting anywhere. A tremendous waste of time.

      Draftkings llc, locked/restricted my account unjustly. They have not contacted me, about my status after I sent my documents to verify my identity. I have emailed them multiple times, to unlock my account

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I have had with your company. My account, ********* was unexpectedly locked without prior notice, and as a result, I am unable to access my earnings.I have been a loyal and active user of ********************** for 2 years. However, the sudden and unexplained locking of my account has left me frustrated and disappointed. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue through your customer support channels, I have not received any satisfactory assistance or explanation regarding the reason for the account lockout.

      Beware! Draftkings held my withdrawals 3 times. 3 Strikes you're out because I'm done with you.The one that just happened they withheld because they said I didn't play through. I made 3 deposits for a total of $3,000 on 3-4-23. I made 5 bets for total of $3111.00. I had to threaten to get a lawyer before I finally received the withdrawal. I sent several emails before this happened.The second time they withheld my withdrawal was on 12-26-23. I had made a deposit of $3000 and another for $6000.00. I bet the first deposit $3000.00 through and tried to withdraw $3000.00. It was withheld and I was told I didn't bet both through but was finally put back on the credit card after I threatened them with a lawyer. The first time they withheld a withdraw was 12-14-23. I received an email that my withdraw was approved and processed. Then, they didn't deposit the money which always happened the next day. It didn't happen so I contacted them and told them that I didn't get the money and had paid bills that were pending with this money. They then held my money longer saying that they take this statement very serious and after I sent several emails they finally said I had to answer the following questions and be careful how I answer them:Why did you make the above statements? Do you have expendable income that you can afford to deposit and play through? Are you financially dependent on the funds in your DraftKings account at this time? Has your play on DraftKings caused you to be in a financial bind? How would you assess your ability to regulate the time and money you spend on DraftKings?Are you comfortable with your current level of play?Do you need a break from DraftKings?Why do you want your account re-opened?I answered the questions and threatened a lawyer again and the funds were released. I said you were so worried about me not having money that you withheld my withdrawal that was being used to pay some bills? How was this be concerned and helping me?

      I have spent a lot of money with drafting. I was forced to reset password verify social security number and birthday then was allowed to deposit money. Once money was deposited I was locked out of my account and can't retrieve bets or money. I recently moved and they want several documents that I don't have to provide being I'm a truck driver on the road. I just want my money back so I can bet with any other site besides draft kings. The Artificial intelligence technical support is the worst. These people will scam you and take your money and act like you don't exist
