      They took my money close my account permanently and refuse to give me my funds I placed in my account.my money

      Onyx member here. It takes a great deal of money to get there. They only block your account when youre about to win a large tournament or after you cash funds out. A very good friend of mine just received a message from protection services saying that her account is restricted because she gave them her opinion of how they could better the site and give customers more incentives. She has $$$ in her account theyre refusing to give her. If you read the reviews they do this to everyone. Its not fair and Ive instructed her to contact a lawyer and the gaming commission in ********.

      At least half of the promos Ive participated in DraftKings would stall paying out on. I have had enough. The last one wasnt even for much. Theyve told me I didnt play on live dealer tables, showed them I did, then they changed it to having to wait 72 hours, its been over 80. Then they clakmed live dealer games didnt apply, they do. Now Ive come full cycle back to the not having played any live dealer. They have terrible customer service so beware.

      If I could give this no stars I would! I wont a bet for $395. DraftKings locked me out of my account 7 months ago. I have contacted them through email more than 100 times and they are no help. They keep asking me to send in information that I have sent them prob 50 times. They wont release my money they owe me and they wont unlock my account. This company is a fraud and should not be able to do this to people.

      TERRIBLE customer service. They entice you to deposit funds and dont let you withdraw. You can withdraw earnings.You CANNOT withdraw deposits.Despicable

      Put a couple thousand in the app and got locked out. Worst betting app. The customer service is terrible too

      I deposited, placed money into account made bet and attempt to use the fingerprint login method after learning of strong timeout. 2 factor authentication was activated and under inspection it was incorrect after reaching out to customer support they proceeded to lock my account and ask for a selfie with ID no other options were offered and policy does not state this is a default security feauture. First claiming every unrecognized device in Mass this feature is activated then to any login attempt from any device from Mass to then there's no number on my account.

      What a joke of a company, Locked out of my account after winning some off money i deposited and free bets i used. Let me tell ya nothing in this world is free, they now wanting my banking statements which ive submitted, photo of me and my ID also submitted to tell me its not good enough. Its like they want every little bit of info they can get for whatever reason i really dont understand, but dont use this app i hope the people thinking about using Draftkings read these reviews before they do. I would of gave 2 stars but the customer service is also a joke, bots. Just literally a broken record repeating the same thing over and over, I told them CSV file format from venmo is not supported and that if i convert it , it'll look like a spread sheet. They told me how to sad if it as pdf and what do you know, its a spread sheet thats not acceptable lol. Dont know if they just want to keep the money or sell our info for profit but joke of a company.

      I was locked out of my account. I can't withdraw my money. It's just sitting there. Customer service consist of bots. I've sent 15 emails today alone. I get cookie cutter responses from a bit. They get paid when I loose and I want to get paid when I win. They don't play fair. It seems criminal. All of this with no explanation to why my account is locked. The bots requested photos of my Id, photo with me holding my id, a bank statement, a price of mail with my name and address. None of this worked. So they can take my money legally? No. They are not. Now I'm waiting on a computer to do the right thing
