      We had an excellent experience with National Floors Direct from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and the salespeople were super-efficient and helpful. They offered a great selection of flooring choices, with both modern and traditional options. We appreciated how they took the time to explain the different materials and helped us choose what would work best for our home. The installers were knowledgeable, walked us through every step, worked seamlessly, cleaned up thoroughly, and were friendly throughout the process. Most importantly, the final result looks fantastic we are very pleased and highly recommend them!

      Although some reviews are rather mixed, I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. I feel like I got a good deal on the flooring-- especially with the installation considerations that had to be made with the various underflooring in my old house. The crew that installed my flooring was subcontracted by *** to do the installation. I found to be extremely quick and professional-- they floored my entire house in just one day (two stories).***** ******

      The National floors team was exceptionally professional and courteous. The salesperson arrived, took my order, gave me a great price and schedule me all in the same visit. There was no need to haggle. The sales professional was already willing to work with me to provide a satisfactory price. His home team agreed and approved the price right over the phone. The sales experience was stress free along with working with the install team. The install team was fast, clean and very professional. I really enjoyed and appreciated the finish completed work done by the install team. You can tell they took pride in their work. I will call National Floors again to complete my kitchen floor. Great job!

      Terrible terrible experience. It was done last August. Couldnt even understand the people laying with floor than the one guy that could speak English got drunk and never showed up again so they sent somebody else out. They could hardly ever speak. English took almost 2 months to get the floor and Now its chipping in the corners $12,000 piece of s*** floor.

      National Floors Direct installed a Mohawk wood laminate floor in our lower level last week. Even though ******* specs called for pre-finished quarter round to complete the installation, white primed quarter round was used. This doesnt match either the floor or the base board. White stripe around room sticks out like a sore thumb and is totally unacceptable. Over the past week I have talked to my salesman who tried to help but couldnt. He referred me to customer service which was totally unhelpful. ******* from customer service did call back after an unsatisfactory call and referred me to their e-mail contact ************************************ Its been over 24 hours since I contacted them without any response. Today, an **** called from *** customer service which to follow up and was totally unhelpful. Not sure what the purpose of his call was. The only thing he offered was $100 towards a future purchase. What a slap in the face. As if I would ever deal with them again. Just further confirmation that they care nothing about the customer once they have their money. Today I called Mohawk to see if they were willing to help have NFD comply with there written specs. Once again, no help. My last hope is the BBB. Making this rather significant home improvement should have been a good experience. Instead Ive spent the last week trying to get someone to complete the project in an acceptable way. ***** Wiedeke *********

      I am so glad that I went with ***. The team hired for my installation were professional and accommodating. The took extreme care of my furniture. I didnt have to worry about cleaning up after the completion of the job or stress over putting my furniture back in place. These guys went above and beyond my expectations. *** and the crew deserve kudos for doing an amazing job!

      I made the call and the set up with the salesman was quick and easy. He brought all the necessary samples and we were able to shop at home and put the samples on the floor to get an idea of how our install would look. Our installation was the following week. We had a little problem and that was immediately taken care of. I will be using them again.

      National Floors Direct did a great job for us. The initial consult was with a salesperson that was so friendly and helpful, and we felt great about the company before they even came to install. The people who came to put the carpet in were fast and friendly and gave us a courtesy call when they were on their way. The work they did was great and the quality of the carpet was exactly what we were looking for. They installed carpet in one room that connects to another and the seem connecting the two was done very well. They clamped off the ends of the room for us, and were able to get the carpet very close to the walls so our baseboards would cover where the wall meets the carpet. Overall, I would use this company again and would recommend them to a friend.

      I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. My floors are beautiful, changed the whole look of my first floor! My sales representative did a great job finding flooring options that worked for my family's needs and our budget. The company followed up many times prior to installation, to make sure I was prepared for install day. The guys who installed the floor were pros but I, especially, liked that they left my house clean and all of the furniture was returned exactly where it should go. I would not hesitate to use National Floors for my future flooring needs.
