      When the installer arrived and showed us the product it was not the one we ordered I signed a lot of papers when I called the woman was very nasty and kept saying thats what I signed for and to change it was gonna cost me a $700 restocking fee I tried to work with her but all she kept saying was thats what I signed for so I lost my $240 deposit terrible company

      I've used National Floors Direct three times. Each experience was great. The *** that came to my home was on time and brought great samples. Installation was painless and clean. The installers were very professional and respectful of my home, removing their shoes each time they entered. I would absolutely use them again.

      My 83 year old mother had National Floors Direct put in LVP (Mohawk Product) on 3/6/2025, ***** ******** our salesperson came out , showed us different flooring options, gave us a tutorial , on Luxury Vinyl Plank, insured us the product was perfect for Florida lifestyle, highly rated, warrant guaranteed. Since the flooring has been put down it has buckled in 3 different areas, I've called company numerous amount of times, they sent a 3rd party to inspect buckled floors, person showed up with a 2nd party in truck smoking, no business card, 41/2 hours late, no communication, he had no tools and ripped up trasim and left my Moms home with no explanation, no ***ort, no communication. I followed up with company to find customer service said they wont help, they wont send ***** the sales *** back, they wont fix the probkem, trying to sell me a 2nd floor, over talks me, terrible communication and annoyed with my calls. Im reaching out for anyone who reads this to give me suggestions, this is a horrible way to do business. Very disappointed and thought companies like this should be red lined.Dissatisfied Customer,****** ************** ********

      Service above and beyond The salesman arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He measured my unit and then suggested the best carpeting choices. Samples were a big help.Contracts were signed and installation date was established.All company discounts were applied. The salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. On the day of the install the men arrived on time and did exactly what was promised. They did a thorough and complete job.       We were initially skeptical of using National Floors direct. This was based on reviews online. We are so glad we did choose to use them. Their products, installation and customer service is excellent. The installers arrived on time and continually cleaned up behind themselves. They worked extremely hard and ensured every detail of the installation was done correctly. I would have no hesitation using them again.

      National Floors Direct changed 3 floors in my house to hard wood laminate. The choices I had were vast and multi-faceted. I chose a dark hardwood and a white plush carpet for the stairs. They came and did the floors quickly and efficiently. They removed all carpet that was there and then they replaced it with the hardwood. They also took the old carpet away. They were professional and courteous. I couldn't be more pleased with the flooring and plan to use them again.

      National Floors Direct came to my house on May 15th and installed my carpet. They showed up when they said that they would. The installers were very polite and they did a terrific job installing my carpet. ***** the sales guy came out to our house and was very polite when we were trying to decide which carpet that we wanted. I would recommend *** to anyone who would like a great carpet at a great price!

      Working with National Floors Direct was a pleasant experience. We selected carpet for our master bedroom and the walk-in closet adjacent to it. We selected flooring that has high pile and is very soft. The installers removed the old carpet and installed the new very efficiently. The company honored our request to make a change in the color we had originally selected. The best part is that we saved $500 by not purchasing the carpet from a nearby company that gave us an estimate $500 higher. Were very happy with the quality of the product and the skillful work of the installers. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

      3000 dollars and they left my floors looking horrible . called customer no service and got no help at all. I had to go to the big box ,Buy some thresholds and glue and staind and complete the job These folks are horrible

      On April 4, 2025, we had our master bedroom carpet removed and replaced with vinyl flooring from National Flooring Direct. The salesman who had previously come to our home was very knowledgeable and brought samples so we could see how the flooring would look in our home. The installers arrived a couple of days after we signed the contract and had the old carpet disposed of and the new vinyl flooring installed in approximately three hours. The installers were courteous and helpful in moving old furniture out that we were going to get rid of and new furniture in. All our friends and family who have been in our bedroom have raved over how beautiful our new floor looks. I recommend National Flooring Direct.
