      Bose Incorporation.I am a die heart Bose FAN and reaching out to you as a last resort after having a terrible experience with Bose customer service (contact center and message support). I will keep this message short and expect a resolution (unlike only assurances and false promises that I got from customer support).Since May 23, I am awaiting a delivery of remote control (BOSE Lifestyle 650 home entertainment system) item no - ************. Since ******** hasn't been able to deliver it to me as stock is not available with them. I have had ~10 connects with customer service (phone and message both) and got multiple updates (right and wrong) of product availability, incorrect ETA and got back cover of the remote control today (instead of remote control as original order).This product is not available with any of your retail partners ********* Target and Best buy) as well. As a music and movie lover, I am not able to use my home theater system (despite paying a high price for it) due to remote control unavailability.       On December 15 2023 I placed an order for earbuds. I received that order defective. the order was returned and ******* offered to upgrade the earbuds to a newer model. I have not received this. I called the Company and was advised that the color was on back order. The non- US based rep could not understand what I was saying. and refused to transfer me to a US based person. They claimed to have canceled the return and re-created an order and sent an email wanting something that has already been returned. see: 1Z4019RY9099928545 Bottom line is **** has my money and was shipped back a defective product.       Requested a replacement for a faulty product within the 1 year warranty time.Was sent a shipping label through *** and sent item to Bose.Item was delivered at Bose facilities (see proof of delivery).**** claimed the item was empty, i.e., that the faulty item was not sent to them (see proof of delivery).**** denied liability for losing the item at their facilities and rolled liability back on to the customer (myself).**** refuses to replace the lost item, saying (falsely) that the 'box was empty' - why would anyone send an empty box and keep a faulty item?!

I bought 5 of Bose Solo Soundbar II Home Theater, Certified Refurbished. This order shipped with **** the tracking is 1Z061R620359227230, but it is never delivered. So I contacted with ****. they refused give me replacement and refund, they ask me to file claim with **** so, I did. *** closed my case, ask for me information. I tried to submit again, they are not allow me to do it. **** says they cannot provide a refund unless *** provides the resolution. **** as a seller, and own an account with **** they should file claim with **** give money back to me. Please help

      I contacted **** on 12/31/2023 about my quiet comfort headphones not powering on, I went through all of the trouble shooting steps with no resolution. The agent offered to look into service options, I agree. She came back and said they could do a replacement, I said great and then she said I wouldn't receive them for up to three weeks and until they received mine. I explained I had a training camp coming up and need them shipped immediately. She was rude and took over 20 minutes to answer me each time. I paid $329+tax for them to not work and for **** to not help me at all. I want my replacement headphones shipped immediately. I just purchased them in October and they should not already be unable to use.

      This company was supposed to send me an upgraded replacement for a defective headset. Well, that has not happened and their horrible agents in the *********** havent done a thing to fix this. Terrible company! They have the defective headset and I have tracking information to prove it. They need to send my replacement upgraded as promised or I intend to *** them.

      Hello, I purchased a BOSE SMART soundbar 600 on June 12, 2023. The soundbar I received from BOSE was defective and I returned the defective soundbar in September. On October 24, 2023 I received an email from **** stating that I should be receiving my refund in 3-5 business days. That was in October. It is now the end of December and I still have not received my refund. At the beginning of November I started calling **** about my refund. They sent a case to finance and told me that I should call back in 10 days. I called in 10 days and they said that finance said my refund should be processed in 10 days. So, 10 days and no refund - I called BOSE again. They told me to wait another 10 days for a response from finance. And so on telling me to keep waiting - and here we are at the end of December. I am still waiting for a refund that I should have received in October and hours of my time wasted calling BOSE customer service department. I still have not received my refund and **** still has my money and the defective soundbar. I have a very extensive call log with BOSE customer service - Case #********. I would like to receive my refund as stated by **** that they would send to me in October, 2023.

      I ordered Bose QuietComfort Ultra Wireless In-Ear Earbuds on November 24, 2023. It was delivered fast. Order B000526445. By the way I realized that I ordered the wrong model so I started the return R000282525 on November 27, 2023. I never unboxed the earbuds so I packed it up back and sent it with a provided *** shipping label. It was delivered back to Bose on December 6, 2023. After that I contacted the customer service and I got cases opened ******** and ********. I was promised by agents that I should get my refund in a few days but after a long time I still haven't got any update or refund. The agents keep telling me to wait, which doesn't make any sense. I was about to buy another model on **** but after this happened I realized that I don't want to have a business with such company.

      I ordered a cord through Apple Pay and was not given an opportunity to correct the shipping address to match the billing address. Immediately attempt to contact **** to change, took 45min to reach a rep who told me it couldnt be changed. She requested the change to be made, and asked me to wait 72hrs. I received a tracking number around 64hrs later. Tracking number shows as invalid 6days after order. Reps wont give correct tracking, tell me they cant change the address and I wont get a refund until I refuse a package I wont even receive and they receive it. They cant confirm package was even sent, and refuse to get me a manager, or a refund.

      **** quite comfort headphones, first pair had issues with a constant feedback they replaced it after going back and forth for days, 2nd pair after 2 months right one stopped working completely and they arent trying to help make it right, based on other customers complains its a defective product and I want a refund
