      June 27 ********** Staples.***** was very helpful to me making sure I received the $10 credit that I had missed. She reentered everything and I bought *** I added an additional product to make $30. She was very thoughtful and efficient taking time to make sure I got everything I deserved. She is a great employee and should be promoted. Thanks *************** Retired Teacher *************.

      I stopped in on May 7th to pick up a simple 700 dollar laptop. The associate who introduced himself as "the computer guy" started out with wanting to explain to me this laptop will actually cost **** dollars by the time we check out. I asked, "it has a processor, memory and a drive"? He said "yes but it comes with nothing. He said, "you're going to want office 365". I said no, just the laptop for 700. He told me "I can't do that". Then he said I was going to want the extended protection plan. I said no, just the laptop at the price on the tag. And he said "No". I walked out drove over to Best Buy and purchased a laptop. I feel bad for anyone that gets swindled by that guy. I would also think he has to be breaking some federal consumer law. I can't recall ever having such a negative experience shopping in a store.

      I visited Staples to print passport photos today. Initially, I had a positive experience with a helpful and multitasking young lady. But, things took a turn for the worse when I was sent to another employee, a man wearing glasses who appeared to be a manager.Unfortunately, this particular employee seemed frustrated with his work. Instead of providing helpful answers, he responded to my questions with more questions. The passport photo he took had a glowing effect on the sides of my face, which clearly did not meet the standards set by the state department. I requested a retake, emphasizing the need to avoid the shiny effect caused by the excessive backlighting. His response: "How would I do that?" It was disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially considering that ensuring accurate photos is part of his job. After all, I am paying for pictures.The second unpleasant incident occurred when I asked if he could cut the photo printed by the lady to standard passport size. His response, "I am not following what you are saying," was quite baffling. It was a simple request, yet he seemed incapable of understanding it. Frustrated, I approached another store employee for assistance, who had been helpful until I asked if he could cut the photo, he replied, "I can cut one, but I won't cut the other because it takes time." Keep in mind that there was no one waiting behind me, and yet he was unwilling to allocate the time for such a basic task. It was an extremely unprofessional and shocking experience.In contrast, the initial lady who assisted me was friendly and provided good service. Unfortunately, these two male employees exhibited an unpleasant and unhelpful attitude. In today's highly competitive market, one would expect employees to treat customers well and be proactive in providing assistance. However, these two individuals acted as if they were completely disillusioned with their jobs and harbored resentment towards people seeking paid services.

      Placed an order for a Laptop $800 cost. Supposed to arrive at store May 11. Called them May 12, and personnel were lost in space. Spoke with 3 different employees. They didnt had my order. Transfer my to Help desk. Finally someone informed me that order was CANCELED, due to lack of info from buyer. They mecer called me, nor emailed me, asking for it. Never justified reason of not contacting me for the Cancelation. They offered to re do order. they came back to me, emailed me cancelation and option of placing order again. They came back to me, saying that they wont be able place any order. So rude and lack of professionalism.

      I would definitely recommend the Staples store in ****, ****. They are so good. They are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help you any way they can.       I have been a customer at the **************** ********************** and am always so impressed with the outstanding customer service. I place many orders in ******************** and ****** and ****** always go above and beyond. The store manager, **** exemplifies leadership and is a great role model. I would recommend shopping at this Staples store to everyone.

      I come here quite often to print for my business and other personal materials.Today I received the worst service from Violet.The new ** was very nice nasty as well.I arrived before they opened and left with nothing. I will never shop at this location again. As a rewards member and a constant shopper. I am appalled. The ** insinuated that I work in fast food when in fact I work in the clinical research field. I felt like my needs were not met because I was black. As the ** TOLD ME... I am Posting this to ****** and Yelp as well.

      Racist TSA Experience. Just had a pretty horrible experience with TSA precheck at this store. As a child of military parents, I was born on a military base in *******, and because of that my birth certificate states ** Citizen born abroad. Well, the older white woman with blond hair and glasses was very confused by my birth certificate, so proceeded to ask loudly multiple times to coworkers " I've never seen anything like this, Do we accept this?" I was completely dumbfounded when I heard that. She walks away to double-check, and when she returns she proceeds to tell me my Birth Certificate is not acceptable because it does not have my parent's name on it. I have never heard of such a thing, and the certificate is sealed and signed by the US state department. But I guess she was in a hurry to get rid of me since there was an elderly white woman behind me in line that was impatient. I have never experienced anything like this, and as a person who owns a passport and SSN card all of a sudden my birth certificate is not sufficient for TSA precheck?!? . . . this is laughable and as a black woman I was offended. Staples hire someone who knows what they're doing.
