      Order placed Dec 1 with estimated delivery Dec 8. Items not received. Called customer service and they said they would look into it. No calls back. When I logged into account it stated items iwould now be delivered by Dec 20th. No followup. No apologies. No reasons provided. think they would have overnighted it to make it right.

      Made my first order from staples online. Had other options and THOUGHT Staples was the safest most reliable place to order office equiment. Was sent a confirmation of the order saying it'll arrive in two days and that they will send further info when when my order is shipped. So here we are waiting to see if it shows up, despite it never updating past the confirmation they got my order. I called the 800 number to see if it's even been sent yet and there is a recording saying they cannot answer my call, call back later....Tried 3x. Tried chat....thats really just email now and will take 24-48hrs for a response. Called a local store for help....They say they can't do anything or check past what I can see and sometimes you just have to wait a day or two later. I'm not ever sure it's shipped yet and no one can tell me? I was told I can cancel my order, if it never comes. The website says they keep their customers informed of what's happening with their order....I guess it's just certain customers. It also says not all shipping services share tracking, which I get but to be left completely in the dark isnt cool. You can see doing a quick search online that this is an issue and has been for some time. The fact that I can't verify the status or reach anyone that can, is enough for me to never want to order online from Staples again. No thanks. Staples, 5 stars are important to you from what I read. I'd have never ordered if I knew I couldn't reach anyone at the customer service number or chat (for a day or two) if I had an issue, and I'll not make that mistake again.

      Purchased a fifty dollar gift card from Staples. Employee did not know how to activate. I questioned rather it was activated. ****** found out he did it incorrectly. I have spent over a month and three trip and several phone call with no attempt to resolve this issue. Very unhappy with effort to help me. Several phone call not returned. Several lost documents, phone numbers.

      I purchased an office chair on the Staples website. The website was very clear that shipping was free. At the end of the transaction, the invoice showed $0 shipping but added a handling fee of $12.95 which is just a made up charge to offset the so-called free shipping. This is the very essence of bait and switch advertising. I emailed a complaint and the handling fee was refunded. But what about the thousands and thousands of customers that dont recognize the scam? This isnt a practice I expect from a national firm that obviously knows better. Where are the regulators that allow such shady behavior? I wont be buying anything at Staples in the future.

      I went to staples on ************ ********** **(****) . They were super busy. I was having a hard time figuring out the digital uploads and printing. The staff was amazingly patient, kind, helpful, and very accommodating. Thank you so much ******* and Gio!!!

      I have been a customer and rewards hold holder with the ********************** on ********** in ********* for many years. I visted there this last week and I was so happy to have been served by ************** and **************. They both work in the Copy and ************** I am very happy to give this store 5 stars because of the **************** that they both gave because were patient, professional and polite they have mastered their department. It's a pleasure to shop there because of them. Their level of intense customer service is very reflective of the hiring and training practices of the store manager Mr. ***** he is super and manages from the floor not the back office. .

      Staples Business Advantage online ordering is committing fraud on a regular basis. I order items for our business, they say several items or the entire order weren't delivered and recharge my card. I inform them immediately that the order/items were received, and they tell me to wait up to 30 days for a refund. We are a small company so I notice this fraudulent behavior but am betting other larger entities don't. Staples either delivers/charges for both orders, boosting it's sales without your approval/knowledge, or they cancel the 2nd delivery of items and hope you forget to look for the refund. I am going to issue a formal complaint to the BBB shortly
