Since when does Staples not sell pizza and they rudely hung up on me to! ************* was horrible, j asked if they sold pizza because I herd from a friend and he just no so I asked one more time just in case and he hung up. Staples ****, ****Staples, Inc.

Location: Staples Address: ********************************************************************************************** I visited this place as a 2nd option since they had the printing paper in stock and able and willing to do the job Like I said I came here as a 2nd option the 1st option made it very challenging as it is and end up here because lack of inventory.Upon my arrival by 4:42 pm on Thursday October 12th since they didn't want to accept my payment over the over the phone earlier that day they forced me to come in person from *********, ** in order to proceed with this order. By 5:33 pm finally got a chance to speak to someone after me having to raised my voice in order to get their attention.The gentleman after attending to my needs and the situation on hand offered to have it printed within 20 minutes which I was unable to wait for it since I have to attend my 2nd job and need it to be in ********* by no later than 6:15 pm. I asked the representative if they can have it ready for tomorrow morning by 8:30 am and he said Yes!Now its Friday October 13, a little after 9 am since I dropped off my kids a bit late in school that morning and to my surprise this incompetent employee is informing me that my order is set to be ready by 6 pm and not that morning and wanting to charge me 30% of surcharge in order to expedite my order (remind you! Just yesterday they were willing and able to print while I wait). Can you understand the level of frustration? This is just label sheets to be printed in black and white, nothing complicated or challenging for a printing company to have ready to go This experience falls on the customer service department from **********************, and the entire lack of management in this current store of Mt. ******" where several minorities hold their position with only one thing of interest, their pay-checks - nothing else! Not the customer or Not the service! Very disgusting with this experience!Staples, Inc.

However, the customer can call ********* phone team to get assistance with uploading their information and making a secure payment and then have it picked up at the store level (depending on choices and available options).Review fromNesha W

I tried to purchase a sticker book from Staples that was priced $.50 it rang up for $6.99. The cashier Sha did not offer any options other than to return the booklet if I didnt want to pay the price. I let her know I wanted the listed price honored. She just stood there processing a refund. I had to ask her to call a manager she said Oh! Okay told the manager the issue. **** the manager went to check the price I followed. Once back there I showed her the price and stated there isnt even a $6.99 price tag she said very rudely yea but I could have charged you $6.29 as she points to a product listed for that price. I said how. **** said just be thankful Im giving it to you this time because prices can change anytime. I cant believe the customer service is this horrible coming from a manager. I asked for the store managers name she said Im the manager; there isnt a store manager so what ? I will not be shopping there again!Staples, Inc.

Staples Amazon return drop off is horrible I waited in line over 30 mins with only me and another woman in line. No one would help her she was the only register open. Instead the manager from the printing station pretend as she was working.Staples, Inc.

On June 30th 2023, I went to staples in ****** to print a one page document. I threw out the receipt since I figured it was a $1.25 or something like that. It was just a one page document on regular paper. I went home and noticed my bank statements. I was charged $39.25 for this printing service. I called the store and they said to dispute it with my card. My bank had a dispute filed but staples said I was billed the correct amount. They attached their copy of the receipt which showed a charge for 1 Print from Email ******* $0.23 and 1 Scan to Email ******* $39.00. How can I possibly be charged this amount? Obviously this is a glitch in the system of the store.Staples, Inc.

Staples, ********* is run by incompetence. Print service ************* have no idea what they are doing. ************ ce ter needs an associate to key in a code for each customer, then you pay at register instead of at machine. They have extremely limited choice of paper colors on hand. If there was another copy place in town, then I would definitely use it.Lady at copy center is extremely rude.Staples, Inc.

Placed an order and they took payment that day. Then emailed and said the product was out of stock. It will take 3 to 5 days for a refund. Meanwhile, an order is delivered the next day and it's not our order. Called to let them know (being an honest Person) and they insisted We print off a label and call the delivery company to have it picked up. If we don't do this they won't refund us for our order. I am not employed or paid by Staples, but they expect me to work for them I guess. "No Pay though". We expressed our dissatisfaction however they didn't care. We then called to cancel our account and ordered from Best Buy. When they cancelled our account they still didn't do anything to keep us as clients. Really didn't careStaples, Inc.

I love the staples near me on **************** in ************. They are always so helpful and friendly! I had a return for Amazon and wound up spending money in the clearance aisle! While struggking through personal matters sat down on the floor after getting most items I was getting that day. The previous week I had purchased over $300 worth of product. This week would have been over $50. Store employee followed me, harrassed me. I told him I needed space and was having a bad day and just needed time to collect myself. The store wasn't busy. ****** got a manager. **** I think, who got in my face while I was merely sitting on the floor. Then called the police on me. For sitting on the floor? Shameful way to treat local veterans and paying customers.Staples, Inc.
