I purchased a set of tires from BJs, I have been having my tires rotated and balanced for several years since purchased. I was out of town and decided to visit the local BJs in Va, made an appointment and arrived to have service and shop worker denied me the requested service. I ask to speak with the store manager, he called me and stated they no longer rotate purchased tires with after market wheels. I explained to ***********************, I never heard or had this issue before, especially when the same wheels were on the original vehicle at hand I am very disappointed with my purchase at this point, I feel like I paid for the tires and the service which come with any tire purchase and mid stream they changed the gameBusiness Response

Better Business Bureau: on August 2022 I called and closed the account till this day BJ's continue to send me membership fees and late fees. Once again, I'm requesting for this to be closed with a zero balance immediately

On 22 September 2022 I purchased a window fan from BJ's Wholesale Club in *********. It has been in the box since purchase since I did not need to use it. Yesterday I took it out of the box and placed it in the window. When I turned it on it made a horrible noise. I boxed it back up and returned it today to BJ's only to be told that it could not be returned since it was considered "electronics." When I questioned how it was electronics, I was told by two "managers" and a clerk that it didn't matter they would not take it back. I find it very interesting that a small appliance than it mechanically driven by a motor is considered electronics. ******* defines electronics as a branch of physics that deals with the emission, behavior, and effects of electrons (as in electron tubes and transistors) pas lus electronic devices and as the branch of physics and technology concerned with the design of circuits using transistors and microchips, and with the behavior and movement of electrons in a semiconductor, conductor, vacuum, or gas:"electronics is seen as a growth industry" "electronics engineers" circuits or devices using transistors, microchips, and other components:"the electronics have been incorporated inside a connector" None of these definitions define a window fan. Due to this reason I feel that I am being denied a refund due to staff at BJ's not being educated in their products.Business Response

Dear NC Better Business Bureau,I would appreciate you assistance with the issue I have with BJs Wholesale **** expecting me to eat the expenses I incurred from their error of sending me a shed with a missing necessary panel that they could not send to me.The shed was sent to me with two left side back panels when they should have sent a left and right side. As the shed was down to putting up the last panel (the right back side) it was noted to be a left side, not the needed right side. The person hired to assemble the shed work in 90+ degree weather and I took my vacation to observed the assembly and assist in purchasing the needed items to put it up. To this day I still do not have a shed, and my items are cluttering the space we live in.I purchased the shed on 5-24-2022 and did not get the refund for the shed after a very lengthy ordeal with communicating the issue with them via email. They did not refund what I paid for the shed $1524.74 until September 19, 2022. I am requesting that BJs refund me the full amount of my expenses incurred from their error in the amount of $1447.00, not to mention the agony, pain and suffering associated with their debacle. I would like for BJs to refund me the entire amount of the expenses incurred from their error. I should not be made to absorb their error for what they made me lose. Please do not close this out as satisfied, because it is not satisfactory to me. BJs should be held accountable for taking advantage of me and they only come across a ***** in my opinion if they do not do the right thing by me and refund me what they made me lose.

On the BJ's website it says " a $30.00 award will be added to the primary membership account 24 hours after enrollment to be used 30 days from the date of membership enrollment". I enrolled on 2/1/2023 paying the enrollment fee of $30.00 + tax. On 2/5/2023 I went to check out $37.14 of items and was not given the award.I had brought this to the attention at customer service and they knew nothing about it.My membership # is 31244586924.Enclosed is my receipt from todaY 2/5/2023.Where is my $30.00 award ? BJs has not helped to resolve their credit card issue with me and ************** Their credit card { Comenity- BJs Wholesale Mastercard} was terminated and relinquished to the store on 6/16/2022. Since that time, ************* has continued to bill us for membership fees for a credit card WE DO NOT HAVE and do not want. There was a $zero balance on the card, **********, as of 4/23/2022 at the time the card was surrendered to the ************************************** location. Calls and visits to the location have not resolved the issue and *************, at times, does not answer the phone or will not give us any answers.Business Response

BJs requires a credit card hold for *** curbside orders to be processed. This is after they confirm that the *** funds are available. This seems like an unnecessary inconvenience for those using *** for purchasing. My concern is that people already in need of assistance are being discriminated against.Business Response

In oct of 2022 I canceled my bjs membership numbered ************ , as a result of me and my husbands decisin of upgrading to the $110 gold membership. However, i was charged automatically for the already canceled membership card; in Jan 2023, the bank contacted me informing me of late fees. I was not aware of the charge. Since Jan 6, i have been reaching out to the company to get a refund, and i have called 5 times and have recieved no notice back. The bank reportes the late fees and my credit score has gone down tremendously, causing me an unbelievably large amount of stress since this has never happened to me.Business Response

I was a member of BJs Wholesale Club here in *******, *******. The incident happened on 1/1/2023 during the renewal of membership. I updated my payment method using their mobile application. I replaced my old credit card with the new one which the Apple Card. I then used it to renew my membership. Upon checking the old credit card they already charged me for the renewal. So I was charged twice. I filed a refund request the same day of the incident. But was asked to wait for 3-5 business days. There were back and fort email conversations. They even ask for the first 6 digits and last four digits of my card. But until now they have not processed my refund yet.Business Response

Ive been trying to contact customer service and every time I call they either say that theyre gonna call me back in an hour or that they cant help me. Im very frustrated and someone needs to handle my issue. I dont know if its because the power went out and came back on, but I should not have to deal with buying bulk freezer burnt items. Thats a lot of money and product two have to throw out customer service instructed me that I could throw everything out and that they would be taken care of it and there replacement and I could go pick them up then today when I call back, theyre telling me they cant do anything and if I dont like it. Oh well, Im very frustrated. Im at the point where I just want to yell and scream this is not OK at all. You just messed up my birthday cake last week and gave me a frozen cake and stale cookies.
