      I have been trying to get my refund returned with this company for over 30 days. **************** continues to say its coming but I have seen nothing returned to my card as of yet. Need additional get this closed.

      I ordered an air mattress and a fan in Black Friday. I never received either item. I had to call BJs over 5 times, and they still never resolved my issue. Finally, a month and a half later, customer service advised me to dispute the transaction with my bank. I did that, but BJs fought the dispute and had it denied. They basically stole $150 dollars from me.

      Good Afternoon. Our membership numbers are *********** and ***********. My husband went up to BJs this afternoon around 1pm est on 1/14/23 to renew his membership. He received a brochure that said rejoin for ***** and get a 20 bonus in the mail and via his email. He went up there with the email and ****** refused to renew his membership. Even with the email that he showed her. He called and woke me up, which I am not too happy about and I had to take pictures of the brochure in order for it to be renewed. This is unsatisfactory. I told him next time to go to **** because it shouldn't take that to renew a membership at all. We will keep the membership for this year, but at this point we wouldn't renew our membership afterwards if you paid us to. I am sick with the Flu and it was an inconvenience for me to get up out of the bed to take pictures of something that he had in his email and showed her. This is not the first time that this has happened, but this is the first time that I am submitting a complaint about it because it shows me that BJs doesn't want to honor this brochure in the email and that BJs employees just want to be difficult. Did I mention that my husband walks with a cane and I am sure that it was difficult for him to stand there while the employee chose to be difficult. Next time we will stick with **** and take our business elsewhere. We want to be compensated for our time and the lack of cooperation from ******.

      I recently bought food from bjs the first thing i bought was a pork shoulder it was spoiled i immediately called complaint the secontd thing was stuffed shells and mozarella with ground beef i made a meal and noticed the cheese was spoiled i called and complained about that too. *** from bis corporate reach out to me told me to bring the perishable back for a refund i explained to him all my items were frozen and that it cost a lot for me to get to and from the store i also explained that if someone was willi g to compensate me for my travels than i did not mind bringing the items back but i did not have the means.after spending ******************************************** a fifty dollar gift card . I sent video and emails and pictures a pong with phone records that i called immediately. When i spoke with *** as well as ****** neither one of them seemed to care or take any accountability . I asked to speak with someone else over him for some resolution as i did not feel it was fair that i should have to go out of my way spend more money to return items i honestly just want replaced. I have had to feed my family bare minimum from risk of exposure to food poisoning. He further insulted me by saying he doesnt know the dates or how long i had the items sitting out as if i were dishonest. I took the liberty of recording the convo as to prove how i was insulted . I have shopped at this market for more years than half of the people employed there. It is the most convenient for my large family. I am ashamed at the customer relations as well as the professionalism i have experienced. Right is right and wrong is wrong if i have proof and im being inconvenienced why should i have to go through this?over food? They offered me a *********************************** food this is disgusting

      On August 2022 I was asked to sign up for BJ credit card . I was told it will have Zero interest for 18 months Plus i will be able to save 10ct on gas. This morning checked my bank statement with ************* ending with **** and discovered that I am being charged over 27% interest rate . This is a false advertisement by BJ and their bank > this is great theft By BJs I am requesting the Bank to honor its offer and refund me all interest added illegally.

      In August 2021 I signed up for an annual membership with BJs. In august 2022 I cancelled the membership and was refunded the membership fee and severed ties with them. Then in September 2022 (one month later) I was charged the annual fee again after everything was cancelled and refunded. I called AT LEAST 20 times for a refund. Every single time I spoke with a supervisor who assured me I would get the refund for Septembers charge and that they would follow up in three days. It is now January 2023 and still no refund. This makes no sense why I would have to pay twice for one annual fee after the service was cancelled and only get refunded for the fist charge. *** had to pay interest on this $57.98 for 5 months. All I want is my money back. The last time u spoke with someone I advised them that my bank said their system is probably confused because its for the same amount twice in two months but thats not my problem. I cancelled this service because I never use it and now Im paying to have it from September 2022-2023 and it closed. How does that happen? Im being robbed of my hard earned money and just want the refund that 8 different supervisors promised.

      To Whom It may concern:On 10/13/22 I took my vehicle to BJs tire to purchase 4 new tires, my order # is *********. I was greeted by a representative named ***** who was going to put my new tires on my car. As I was in the waiting room ***** came in to tell me one of my sensors was broken and I asked him to show it to me. Prior to my going to BJs, I did not have any issues with my tire sensors. I went back to the waiting room and asked me to give me the broken ********** also asked him directly did he break it as he was taking the tire off, and he stated he did not. I continue to give him the benefit of the doubt. Once he was completed with the tires, the sensor light on my vehicle would not turn off. He told me to drive it for 25 miles and it should reset. Before I left, he told me if I purchased a new sensor that I could bring it back and he would install if at no charge. So, a week later I did just that, I brought the vehicle back to him with a brand-new sensor. He installed it and the sensor light would not turn off. He then told me to come see his supervisor and he would know how to reset it. I setup an appointment and the supervisor did not want to deal with it he in turn set me up with another appointment but with ***** again. I came back and ***** told me that his supervisor told him that I needed to take the vehicle to ***** dealership for them to reset the sensors. I took the vehicle to ***** in *************** informed me that I had 3 broken sensors. ***** was too expensive, so I made an appointment on 11/19/22 with ************ located at ******************************************************* *************) who replaced my 3 sensors and got the sensor light to go off. On 12/8/22 at 2:10 pm I received a call from ***** (who identified herself as the store manager at BJs in ********* **) about my issue with the broken sensors. She stated that ***** (the rep that worked on my car) told her that I went there because I had a broken sensor. I told her the whole story and she stated she was calling to get my side of the story. I told her I would not go to BJS for a tire sensor, I would go to *****. She asked me for a copy of the receipt from the tire center in Stratford that put the sensors on. She looked at my email and found the receipt and she was trying to say that it was not a legitimate receipt. She called me back to ask me what the *********** of my service at BJS and I told her it was 10/13/22 at 5:30 pm. She stated she would call me back 12/9/22 and to this day has not called me back. This has cost me more money than I planned, much anxiety over a how this has happened with such a reputable business as BJs to hire such unqualified employees and horrible follow up service. It has also cost me more time than I can count. This is horrible customer service from a very well know store and I do not want it to happen to someone else. I am seeking refund for the damages to my 3 tire sensors. Please find attached a photo of one of the sensors broken and a copy of the receipt of the extra cost to replace them.I look forward to hearing back from someone about this matter.Very unsatisfied customer

      I purchased a BJs membership online on 12/5/22. My membership number is/was ***********. After realizing the BJs club I intended on using was still under under construction and not open yet, also that the location would be inconvenient for me, I called to request my membership be canceled. I was told that the $25 fee was refunded to me on 12/19/22. As of today, 1/12/23, I still have not received this refund. I have spoken to my credit card company directly and the refund has not been issued. I have called BJs 'customer service' multiple times and keep getting different answers. I was told I would get my refund in 7 business days, 3 business days, 5 business days.. I always get a different answer. The BJs customer service has terrible reviews online and now I understand why. Next week will be one month since they 'say' I would receive my refund.

The problem with them saying that my refund was issued on 1/12/23, is that when I spoke to them on 1/10/23, I was told that the refund was issued on the 10th, so I keep getting the run around.  Also I was initially told that my refund was processed on Dec 19, 2022.  Every communication I have had with them I get told that my refund was issued on a different date each time, yet I still have not received it.  But I will wait, once again, to see if it might have actually been processed this time as this has been going on for almost one month now.  Thank you for the update!

      I have always been hesitant about buying televisions from BJ's but they had a great deal on a television I wanted for my garage it was a 32 inch ******* supposed** brand new in the box when I opened it up once I got my garage together a little while later it had trouble streaming and I contacted Xfinity they came out and had trouble getting it to stream as well I took them in an hour and a half to try and bypass it and it would not work on a regular basis so I had to buy a box for this particular ** which cost me an additional $11 a month the other day the sound went out for no reason called BJ's they were absolute** no help try to give me $20 credit and transfer me to a company called Assurant which has nothing to do with anything because I didn't get assurance when I bought the ** so I decided to call ******* direct** myself and I got a customer service representative** transfer me to a tech support representative he stayed on the phone with me an hour to try and get this resolved after he got the serial number in the model number he told me this ** is out of warranty even though it's been within the year because this is a television that was made in 2017! I could not believe it they sold me a television that was made in 2017 in 2021. It was clear** new in the box unless they just put a return ** in there and taped it very neat** but this is fraudulent I cannot believe it and my ** is now installed on the wall and it would be very hard for me to get it down I am over ** disappointed and I feel like that they do this often and then they have no type of support I want my money back I do not want to have them bring this television back I just want my money back which is $250 and they need to be put on notice about doing this at the store in ******* *******. No I know when you go to Best buy another places you might find a ** that's within the last year but not selling **s that are over 5 years old when they should have been sent back to the manufacturer. This is bad.

      BJ's Wholesale Club charged me for a renewal membership that I did not approve. I previously had a membership and it was last used in 2017. I called the business to resolve this and was informed that when I swipe my credit card it uses that info to renew. I have not been in a BJ's since 2017 as I now live in ***** and there are none in our state. The last card on file with BJ's has expired, and the number and address have changed also. I asked the customer service representative how they acquired the credit card number they charged and he didn't know. I was informed I could not speak to anyone at BJ's, only to the offshore customer service. I am requesting ********************** to refund me the cost of the membership they charged without my consent. I also want to know how they got my credit card number to charge.
