      I regret being a member and spending money on that!!. My online order was cancelled at the last minute with no explanations. They don't respond to phone calls and no one will help.

      If I could rate BJs at 0 stars, I absolutely would! We spent over $200 on July 3rd with a pick up July 4th for groceries. There was a $.50 off per gallon if you spent over $150 (which we did). The reward never posted. I thought maybe it was a holiday and it will post tomorrow. Never posted. I checked the app today and it said expired. I called the customer service number, spoke to a supervisor and he refused to help me. Bjs customer service department is horrible. They dont know how to or are willing to provide good customer service. This isnt the first time this has happened. We will be switching clubs as they do not value their customers.

      My wife purchased a fountain weighing about 50 lbs. it was delivered damaged in a box that was partially crushed. We called them and reported the problem in April/May. They horsed us around for about 2 1/2 months passing us from one department to another. We told them that if they wanted the fountain back, they would need to supply a shipping box, as the original box was destroyed. Today we received an email informing us that we needed to repack the fountain on our own and ship it.We received damaged merchandise, called immediately, they took far to long to respond and now we have to clean up there mess.*** and ******

      Worse bjs. Same day delivery is cancelled at the last minute or items are missing when there is a delivery. I have never been successful when calling the store it just rings out and when I am in the store everyone is in a bad mood. Steer clear from this location.

      I wanted to purchase a patio seating set at the ****************************************** location. I was told that they were out of stock. I asked the employee if I could leave my name and number to call me when they were able to sell the floor display. I was told they would not be able to sell it till 3 months had passed.I visited the store the next day to find the floor display missing. They sold it to someone else.I have been a BJ's customer for over 25 years. I canceled my membership.

      Needed a beach umbrella. Saw there was 5 in store. Employees refused to look for them. Said that they were reserved, then said that they were in the back, then said they were in a pallet and needed fork lift that would take so long. We agreed to wait. Then the said I had to order it online. I told them I had but didnt want to come back 2 hours later when they clearly have them. They said they didnt have them and the order would be canceled. Guess what?? They did have it and made me come back two hours later. Only because the employee, the MANAGER, and customer service refused to look for the item and actually do their job.

      I received a bill in the mail for BJ Mastercard that I haven't used zero dollars charged to the card by me. I showed I was being changed for the renewal of the membership before the renewal date of 5.31.24. I called on 5.23.24 to bjs cancelation for renewal and cancelled my membership. I was told by the representative it would be rectified within a few days. If it was not I was advised to call back. I received an email from BJs credit card telling me I was past due for the credit card and being charged a late fee I called back into bjs for the renewal cancellation last week. I was advised by this representative that the refund process can take ***** business days. I was frustrated about being told different things by each representative but I accepted it and allowed the time for it to be taken care of. Today is 20 business days since I called in to cancel the membership, I received another email from the BJs credit card telling me that I'm still past due. I called back into bjs renewal cancellation. I spoke with **** this time. I'm was told Different information again. **** told me in one of their systems that the refund was issued on 5.23.24. In another area of system **** said that it will be Rectify within 21 business days. I expressed my concern with their systems providing different information. I asked **** if there is conflicting information in their systems we need to speak to someone within the refund to see why there is conflicting information in their system. I was told. By **** no that I will have to call back tomorrow. I told him that this is a concern with the conflicting information in their systems and I would like to speak to his supervisor. **** rebuttled with me for wanting to speak to supervisor I was transferred to an automated system that then disconnected me. This is a concern to me the way this has been handled. I love BJs but I don't like how this was handled with the miscommunication and conflicting information in the BJs system

      This business is extremely poorly run. On 4/1/2024 they deliberately charged me $110 for an executive membership I did not ask for and for which I did not have auto-renewal. I called to ask to be downgraded to a regular membership, and for a $55 refund and I was told it would handled within 10 business days. The 10 days went by and I was NOT refunded the $55. I called several times in a span of almost 3 months now and theyre constantly lying on what is happening. They say they refunded the money to a card number but that card is not mine. I called again today and after 45 mins theyre still not getting to the bottom of it. Furthermore, the supervisor I am speaking with tried to tell me my story keeps changing. The level of ineptitude of this company is beyond ridiculous. Imagine how many people lose their money to things like that! I understand there is definitely an element of convenience when shopping at BJs but is it worth the constant checking they might steal your money???? I will not renew my membership ever.

      Worst experience ever. Was accused of stealing because my daughter and I went to the Food Bazzar first. The very rude worker at the door stated that I was lying when I stated that I purchased certain things from the other supermarket and not BJs. The police office scanned those items and determined that the upc was not connected to the store. The worker never apologized. He was rude and embarrassed me and my child. We spent over 400 dollars at that BJs location on that day. I will NEVER step for in that location again. While they were checking us there was people walking around opening boxes and stealing. But they wanted to check the 2 black women. It was embarrassing. We was forced to wait a extra 20 minutes for the worker to be wrong. Our receipts matched our shopping carts. That worker was disgusting and he is detrimental to your company. Incident occurred the afternoon of 6/13/24
