      Very disappointing!!!! From my tab it says. Pint of IPA beer, darn the glass is small and it fits 12 oz. And they charge $9.95!!!! H*** no!!! I will not come back!!!

      Ordered a patio set on July 8. I cancelled the order the same day at the club and was told I will get my money back in no more than 24 hours. Its July 31, my refund hasnt arrived, after 5 calls of over 45 mins on the phone promised that I will get my refund still nothing solved and came to a club to get it resolved and was told theres nothing they could do. Cc is charging interest for the purchase, still missing my $2k refund and still no solution since the order is locked and the customer service online is close and need to call on Monday, today is Wednesday 8pm. I asked for a manager at the club and unfortunately there was no one available.

      I've gotten gas from this station plentiful times since moving to hamden in september of 23. Today 7/30/24. I purchased ***** dollars worth in gas to my gmc ******* that takes no more then 41 dollars to fill the tank. On a have a tank full, I was charged less then 30 to refill. Only to have this station take 100 dollars out of my account. After my bank notified me I was charged ****** dollars, I immediately returned to be told by the attendant that it does that all the time it is normal for them to take a 100 dollars out incase you wanted to add more gas after you stop and that the difference will return to my card by midnight. Never ever will i purchase gas from bj's again without empting my account except what i intend to purchase. Which i should not have to do. I was told to come back with my receipt if my money isn't returned. shrugging his shoulders say its nothing he can do, it's normal. WATCH YOUR BANK ACCT. ***************************

      Never order anything online from BJs. They are horrible! Items take forever to put together, they come significantly later than what initially told when ordering, comes significantly damaged, and customer service gives you the run around instead of resolving the issue. Horrible customer service! Never again.

      I purchased a gas generator and ask before purchasing it what was the return policy they ask a manager and told me 30 days no one told me if I put gas to try it I wouldnt be able to return it so I tried the generator and returned it 4 days later because its defective it shuts off and when I went to return it they said I couldnt because it had but with gas even though it was already drained out.. so why sell something u cant return and after given the wrong return policy..called home office and was told they would help me and nope the store manager in BJs of old bridge denied the return after 2 times calling home office so will not renew my membership therenow Im stuck with a generator that does work thank you BJs in *************

      As a former employee for, about 2 years, of club 111 in *****, Hialeah I can say with absolute certainty that most if not all of the reviews on here about employee incompetence is 100% accurate but there are reasons and the main one is "management". MOST but NOT ALL managers in this club cause MOST but NOT ALL of the issues/complaints in MOST of these reviews stated by the customers. Unfortunately employees in this store specifically don't have any incentive to go out of there way to help customers with there problems/issues and they get in trouble depending on who is the *** (Manager On Duty) for that day. There is no reward for the employee that goes above there station to help others and solve problems. I myself started becoming the type of employee the "doesn't know anything" and just sends you to "talk with customer service" because its easier for the people who work here to send you to deal with someone else then to put the burden of your problem on there shoulders to try solve it only to later get scolded and or reprimanded by management for being a decent human being and helping others. there are good decent people who work here and unfortunately they get buried under the ** of the incompetent employees and managers. I recommend anyone looking for a job to keep looking and if this store is your only option then use it as a stepping stone, get in and get out before they use you and throw you away. Good people don't last in places like this.

      No working ride around carts for those of us who are handicapped. An I dont care attitude on the part of employees. This has been the case every time I have tried to shop there for many months. Every other BJs I have been to has working carts. This location clearly does not care about its customers who need assistance.

      ** is selling tomato's with plastic skin. Unacceptable. I was preparing dinner and I was piling the skin from tomato when I noticed the skin is a plastic and not a real tomato skin. We are being poison by the food industry. I am going to inform everyone I know about this. Americans are being poison with food and that's why Americans suffer from obesity and diseases. Shame on all of those who are behind this.

      I received expired veggie chips and after contacting them nobody bothered to resolve the problem
